1. A massage mechanism, comprising:
a main body;
the massage assembly comprises an electrode massage part and a rotary massage part, wherein the electrode massage part is arranged on the main body, the rotary massage part is rotatably arranged on the main body, and the rotary massage part can rotate around the electrode massage part.
2. The massage mechanism of claim 1, wherein the rotary massage member defines a through-hole around the electrode massage member, the electrode face of the electrode massage member being exposed through the through-hole;
and/or the electrode massage part is of a non-rotating structure, and the rotating massage part is of a non-electric pulse massage structure.
3. The massage mechanism of claim 1, further comprising a drive assembly disposed on a side of the rotational axis of the rotary massage member, the drive assembly in driving communication with the rotary massage member.

A massage mechanism as recited in claim 3, wherein the rotary massage member is provided with an outer ring gear, and the drive assembly includes a drive gear disposed at an outer periphery of the outer ring gear, the outer ring gear meshing with the drive gear; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
the rotary massaging piece is provided with an annular gear, the driving assembly comprises a driving gear, the driving gear is arranged on the inner ring side of the annular gear, and the annular gear is meshed with the driving gear; or alternatively, the process may be performed,

6. The massage mechanism of claim 5, wherein the plurality of massage contacts have a plurality of sizes and/or shapes.
7. The massage mechanism of claim 5, wherein the massage contacts are disposed obliquely with respect to the base toward a direction away from a central axis of the base.
8. The massage mechanism of claim 5, wherein the plurality of massage contacts comprises rotary massage contacts rotatably coupled to the base.
9. The massage mechanism of claim 8, wherein the plurality of massage contacts further comprises fixed massage contacts alternating with the rotating massage contacts about a central axis of the base.
10. The massage mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the massage assembly further comprises a heating element disposed inside the electrode massage, the heating element in thermally conductive connection with an electrode face of the electrode massage; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the massage mechanism further comprises a bearing, and the bearing is arranged between the electrode massage part and the rotary massage part.
11. The massage mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the electrode massage is telescopically disposed to the body, the massage mechanism further comprising an elastic member disposed between the electrode massage and the body; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the massage mechanism further comprises a bearing, and the bearing is arranged between the electrode massage part and the rotary massage part.

The massage mechanism of claim 11, wherein the body comprises a connection seat, and the electrode massage member is telescopically received outside the connection seat; the periphery of the connecting seat is provided with a limiting part, the inner wall of the electrode massage part is provided with an anti-falling part for limiting the limiting part, and the anti-falling part is arranged adjacent to the sleeved inlet of the electrode massage part.
13. The massage mechanism of claim 12, further comprising an electrical connector, the connector having a via, the electrical connector being electrically connected to the electrode face of the electrode massage through the via; and/or the number of the groups of groups,

The massage mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the main body is convexly provided with a mounting seat, the electrode massage member is arranged on the mounting seat, the rotary massage member comprises a base and a massage contact, the base is rotatably sleeved on the mounting seat, and the massage contact is convexly arranged on the surface of the base, which is away from the main body;
the massage mechanism also includes a seal sealed between the base and the mount.

The massage mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the body comprises opposing first and second ends, the number of massage assemblies being two, one of the massage assemblies being disposed at the first end of the body and the other massage assembly being disposed at the second end of the body.
16. The massage mechanism of claim 15, wherein the body includes a bendable portion connected between the first end and the second end.
17. A shoulder and neck massage apparatus comprising a massage mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 16 and a wearing piece, the wearing piece being attached to the body.
