1. A lumbar massage device, comprising:
a main body;
the first deflection massage head is connected to one end of the main body, and the second deflection massage head is connected to the other end of the main body;
the first deflection massage head and the second deflection massage head comprise a substrate, a first massage protrusion, a second massage protrusion and a plurality of third massage protrusions, wherein the first massage protrusion, the second massage protrusion and the plurality of third massage protrusions are convexly arranged on the surface of the substrate, which is away from the main body, the plurality of third massage protrusions are positioned between the first massage protrusion and the second massage protrusion, the substrate is provided with a reference plane, and the first massage protrusion and the second massage protrusion are convexly arranged on the reference plane, and the height of each third massage protrusion is larger than the height of each third massage protrusion convexly arranged on the reference plane.

6. The lumbar massager of claim 1 further comprising a functional massage positioned between the first and second yaw massage heads forming a kneading space therebetween, the functional massage comprising at least one of a hit massage head, a phototherapy, and a hyperthermia.
7. The lumbar massager of claim 1 further comprising a first rotary massage head and a second rotary massage head, the first rotary massage head rotatably disposed at one end of the body and spaced opposite the first yaw massage head; the second rotary massage head is rotatably arranged at the other end of the main body and is opposite to the second deflection massage head at intervals.
8. The lumbar massager of claim 7 further comprising:
a driving mechanism;
the first swinging piece is in transmission fit with the driving mechanism and the first deflection massage head and is used for driving the first deflection massage head to flexibly deflect;
the second swinging piece is in transmission fit with the driving mechanism and the second deflection massage head and is used for driving the second deflection massage head to flexibly deflect;
the first gear assembly is in transmission fit with the driving mechanism and the first rotary massage head; and
and the second gear assembly is in transmission fit with the driving mechanism and the second rotary massage head.
9. The lumbar massager of claim 8 wherein the first gear assembly comprises a first gear set and a second gear set, wherein the first gear set and the second gear set are in transmission fit with the driving mechanism, the first gear set is in transmission fit with the first rotary massage head, the first swinging member comprises a rotating ramp and a mounting seat, the rotating ramp is in transmission fit with the second gear set, the rotating ramp is provided with a chute, the mounting seat is movably sleeved on the chute and is in guiding connection with the main body, and the first swinging massage head is fixed on the mounting seat.
10. The lumbar massager of claim 9 wherein the drive mechanism comprises a drive portion and a rotating worm connected to the drive portion, wherein the first gear set and the second gear set are symmetrically disposed about the rotating worm, and wherein the first gear set and the second gear set are both engaged with the rotating worm.
