The inner cup body 211 surrounds a first accommodating space 214. The outer cup body 212 is fitted over and assembled to the inner cup body 211. A chute 215 is formed between the outer cup body 212 and the inner cup body 211. The chute 215 is separated from the first accommodating space 214. Two openings 2121 are provided on opposite sides of the outer cup 212. Two openings 2121 communicate with the slide slot 215. The lower cover 213 is screwed to the bottom of the cup 21, and shields the chute 215 and the first accommodating space 214. The lower cover 213 surrounds a second accommodating space 2131. The second accommodating space 2131 is used for accommodating a brewing material 200 such as tea. After the brew 200 is received in the second receiving space 2131, hot water is added to the cup body 20, and a brew 300, such as tea leaves, is brewed in the first receiving space 214. The stop portion 22 protrudes from the cup portion 21 and is located in the first accommodating space 214.
Please refer to fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the follower cup of fig. 1. The lifting body 30 is located in the first accommodating space 214, and includes a hollow portion 31 and a blocking portion 32. The hollowed-out portion 31 is connected with the blocking portion 32. The first accommodation space 214 and the second accommodation space 2131 may be connected through the hollow portion 31. The blocking portion 32 can be pressed against the stop portion 22 of the cup 20 to block the communication between the first accommodating space 214 and the second accommodating space 2131.
The operating member 40 is located outside the first accommodating space 214, and two opposite sides of the operating member 40 include two operating portions 41. The operating element 40 is slidably provided in the cup portion 21 along the axial direction of the cup portion 21, and the two operating portions 41 are respectively located in the two openings 2121 of the outer cup body 212. Each magnetic assembly 50 includes a plurality of first magnetic attraction members 51 and a plurality of second magnetic attraction members 52. The first magnetic attraction piece 51 and the second magnetic attraction piece 52 are, for example, magnets. These first magnetic attraction members 51 are provided to the elevating body 30. The second magnetic attraction pieces 52 are disposed on the operation piece 40, and each second magnetic attraction piece 52 is attracted to each first magnetic attraction piece 51, so that the operation piece 40 can drive the lifting body 30 to lift relative to the cup portion 21 by magnetic force. The upper cover 60 is screwed to the top side of the cup body 20, and shields the first accommodating space 214.
In the present embodiment, the lifting body 30 can be lifted relative to the cup portion 21 by magnetic force to be located at a follicular position or a drinking position. When the operating member 40 drives the lifting body 30 to rise to make the lifting body 30 located at the filtering position, the blocking portion 32 is separated from the stopping portion 22 and is communicated with the first accommodating space 214 and the second accommodating space 2131 located at opposite sides of the lifting body 30 through the hollowed-out portion 31, so that the hot water can continuously brew the brewed object 200. When the operating member 40 drives the lifting body 30 to descend and the lifting body 30 is located at the drinking position, the blocking portion 32 abuts against the stop portion 22 and the first accommodating space 214 and the second accommodating space 2131 at opposite sides of the lifting body 30 are not communicated by blocking of the blocking portion 32, so that the brewed beverage 300 is separated from the brewed product 200 and the brewed product 200 is stopped from being brewed.
In this embodiment, the follower cup 10 may further include a first seal 70. The first gasket 70 is, for example, a rubber ring. The first gasket 60 is interposed between the lower cover 213 and the cup 21. In this way, the first gasket 70 can improve the sealing effect between the lower cover 213 and the cup 21, and prevent the brewed beverage 300 from leaking out of the lower cover 213 and the cup 21.
In this embodiment, the follower cup 10 may further include a second gasket 80. The second gasket 80 is, for example, a rubber ring. The second gasket 80 is provided on the blocking portion 32 of the elevating body 30. In this way, the second sealing pad 80 can improve the sealing effect between the blocking portion 32 and the stopping portion 22, so as to prevent the brewed beverage 300 from flowing from the first accommodating space 214 to the second accommodating space 2131.
In the present embodiment, the number of the first magnetic attraction pieces 51 and the second magnetic attraction pieces 52 is plural, and each second magnetic attraction piece 52 is attracted to each first magnetic attraction piece 51 to drive the lifting body 30 to lift relative to the cup portion 21 by magnetic force, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the number of the first magnetic attraction pieces and the second magnetic attraction pieces may be only one, and the second magnetic attraction pieces are attracted to the first magnetic attraction pieces, so as to drive the lifting body to lift relative to the cup portion through magnetic force.
Please refer to fig. 5 and fig. 6. Fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the lifting body of fig. 1 in a follicular position. Fig. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the lifting body of fig. 1 in a drinking position.
As shown in fig. 5, when the user wants to make tea, the user can put the brew 200 into the second accommodating space 2131 of the lower cover 213 and screw the lower cover 213 onto the cup portion 21, so that the first accommodating space 214 of the cup portion 21 is communicated with the second accommodating space 2131. In this way, the brew 200 may brew the brew 300 under the brewing of hot water. Then, the user presses the operation portion 41 of the operation member 40, and the operation member 40 drives the lifting body 30 to rise in the direction a by the magnetic force between the first magnetic attraction member 51 and the second magnetic attraction member 52, so that the lifting body 30 is positioned at the brewing position, and hot water is added to the cup body 20 to brew the brewed object 200 to brew the brewed beverage 300. At this time, the brewed beverage 300 can flow between the first accommodating space 214 and the second accommodating space 2131 through the hollow portion 31 of the lifting body 30.
As shown in fig. 6, when the user considers that the strength of the brewed beverage 300 is in accordance with the preference, the user can press the operation portion 41 of the operation member 40, so that the operation member 40 drives the lifting body 30 to descend along the direction B by the magnetic force between the first magnetic attraction member 51 and the second magnetic attraction member 52, and the lifting body 30 is changed from the position of the brewed beverage to the drinking position. At this time, the blocking portion 32 of the lifting body 30 abuts against the stop portion 22 of the cup body 20 and blocks the communication between the first accommodating space 214 and the second accommodating space 2131, so that the brewed beverage 300 brewed with the brewed object 200 in the second accommodating space 2131 does not flow to the first accommodating space 214. That is, the strength of the brewed beverage 300 in the first accommodation space 214 does not increase as the brewing time is prolonged.
When the lifting body 30 is located at the filtering position, the first accommodating space 214 is communicated with the second accommodating space 2131, so that the brewed object 200 located in the second accommodating space 2131 can be soaked in the brewed beverage 300 located in the first accommodating space 214. When the lifting body 30 is located at the drinking position, the first accommodation space 214 is not communicated with the second accommodation space 2131, so that the brewed object 200 located in the second accommodation space 2131 is not soaked in the brewed beverage 300 located in the first accommodation space 214. In this way, the user can adjust the concentration of the brewed beverage 300 by positioning the lifting body 30 at the brewing position or in the drinking mode according to his/her own preference.
Because the operating piece which drives the lifting body to lift is positioned at the cup mouth, a user needs to wait for brewing because the upper cover cannot be covered on the cup body in the process of brewing the beverage. In contrast, in the present embodiment, since the operating members 40 driving the lifting body 30 to lift are located at two opposite sides of the cup body 20, the upper cover 60 is not affected to cover the cup body 20. That is, when the user is out in a rush, the user can first cover the upper cover 60 on the cup body 20 and move the lifting body 30 to the follicular position by the operating element 40 in the way of the overtaking route. In this way, the user does not need to spend additional time waiting for the brewed beverage 300 to be brewed, so that the brewing time of the waiting beverage 300 can be saved and the convenience of the brewed beverage 300 can be improved.

The lifting body 30 of the follower cup 10A is disposed in the first accommodating space 214A, and separates the first accommodating space 214A into a first subspace 2141A and a second subspace 2142A. The first subspace 2141A is configured to receive a brew 300, and the second subspace 2142A is configured to receive a brew 200. In addition, the lower cover 213 is mounted on the cup portion 21A and shields the two sliding grooves 215. That is, the lower cover 213 does not surround the second accommodating space 2131, and the brew 200 is required to be placed into the satellite cup 10A from the mouth of the satellite cup 10A.
In the present embodiment, the elevating body 30 is capable of elevating with respect to the cup portion 21A by a magnetic force to be located at a follicular position or a drinking position. When the operating member 40 drives the lifting body 30 to rise to make the lifting body 30 located at the filtering position, the blocking portion 32 is separated from the stopping portion 22 and is communicated with the first subspace 2141A and the second subspace 2142A located at opposite sides of the lifting body 30 through the hollowed portion 31, so that the hot water can continuously brew the brewed object 200. When the operating member 40 drives the lifting body 30 to descend and the lifting body 30 is located at the drinking position, the blocking portion 32 abuts against the stop portion 22 and the first subspace 2141A and the second subspace 2142A at opposite sides of the lifting body 30 are not communicated by blocking of the blocking portion 32, so that the brewed beverage 300 is separated from the brewed object 200 and the brewed object 200 is stopped.

In the present embodiment, the elevating body 30 is located at the follicular position or the drinking position by elevating with respect to the cup portion 21C by a magnetic force. When the operation part 41 of the operation member 40 is not pressed, the operation member 40 may be positioned with the inner cup body 211 in such a manner that the operation member 40 may be positioned at the current position by positioning the positioning block of the operation member 40 in the inner cup body 211, for example. When the operating portion 41 of the operating member 40 is pressed, the operating member 40 can move relative to the inner cup 211, and the operating member 40 is separated from the current positioning position, for example, the operating member 40 is compressed by a spring connected to the operating portion 41 to release the positioning state of the inner cup 211, so that the operating member 40 can drive the lifting body 30 to lift or descend relative to the inner cup 211.
When the operation member 40 drives the lifting body 30 to rise to make the lifting body 30 located at the filtering position, the operation portion 41 of the operation member 40 can be located at the location recess 2111 corresponding to the top end of the opening 2121, and the blocking portion 32 of the lifting body 30 is separated from the stop portion 22 of the cup body 20 and is communicated with the first subspace 2141C and the second subspace 2142C located at opposite sides of the lifting body 30 through the hollow portion 31 of the lifting body 30, so that the hot water can continuously brew the brewed object 200. When the operation member 40 drives the lifting body 30 to descend so that the lifting body 30 is located at the drinking position, the operation portion 41 of the operation member 40 can be positioned in the positioning recess 2111 corresponding to the bottom end of the opening 2121, and the blocking portion 32 of the lifting body 30 abuts against the stop portion 22 of the cup body 20, and the first subspace 2141C and the second subspace 2142C on opposite sides of the lifting body 30 are not communicated by blocking of the blocking portion 32, so that the brewed beverage 300 is separated from the brewed object 200 and brewing of the brewed object 200 is stopped.
In addition, when the operating member 40 drives the lifting body 30 to descend so that the lifting body 30 is located at the drinking position, and the operating portion 41 of the operating member 40 is located at the positioning recess 2111, the center of the first magnetic attraction member 51 is far away from the cup bottom 216 than the center of the second magnetic attraction member 52. That is, the first magnetic attraction piece 51 is dislocated with the second magnetic attraction piece 52. At this time, the magnetic force of the dislocation between the first magnetic attraction member 51 and the second magnetic attraction member 52 generates a force F1 towards the lower cover 213 on the operation member 40, so that the lifting body 30 driven by the operation member 40 can be more tightly attached to the stop portion 22 of the cup body 20C to further prevent the brewed beverage 300 from flowing between the first subspace 2141C and the second subspace 2142C.
In the present embodiment, the follower cup 10C can adjust the gap between the lifter body 30 and the inner cup body 211 by the lifter body 30 with different sizes, so as to control the flow rate and the flow velocity of the brewed beverage 300 from the first subspace 2141C to the second subspace 2142C.
According to the following cup of the embodiment, the lifting body can be driven to lift relative to the cup portion by the operating piece through magnetic force, so that the lifting body is located at a follicular position or a drinking position. Therefore, when the current concentration of the brewed beverage in the following cup does not accord with the preference of a user, the lifting body can be switched between the filtering position and the drinking position, so that the user can conveniently adjust the concentration of the brewed beverage to enjoy the optimal flavor of the brewed beverage.
In addition, because the water quantity adjusting piece can rotate through the driving of the guide block of the assembling column and the rotating piece, the communication ports of different sizes of the water quantity adjusting piece can be respectively communicated with the drinking ports, so that a user can adjust the water quantity adjusting piece according to own requirements so as to select the caliber of the proper communication port.
Moreover, as the upper cover is provided with the air hole, and the sealing piece is movably arranged on the air hole, so that air outside the following cup can enter the following cup through the air hole, a user can quickly move the lifting body, so that external air can be pumped into the brewing beverage in the following cup through the air hole, and milk or foam can be further pumped into the brewing beverage for enjoyment by the user.
