All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the utility model without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the utility model.
Referring to fig. 1-18, a multifunctional tea water separation cup comprises a cup body 1, a cup cover 2 and a tea water separator 3.
The cup 1 has a water containing chamber 11 and a water containing opening 13, the water containing opening 13 being in communication with the water containing chamber 11 such that water (e.g. plain boiled water) can be added to the water containing chamber 11 through the water containing opening 13 or water (e.g. tea water) can be poured out of the water containing chamber 11 through the water containing opening 13. The material of the cup body 1 is not limited, and for example, the cup body 1 may be a glass cup body or a plastic cup body, and of course, the cup body 1 may be a stainless steel cup body. As a specific implementation mode, the cup body is a vacuum double-layer heat-preserving cup body, so that the cup body has a heat-preserving function.
A first convex clamping piece 12 is arranged in the water containing cavity 11 of the cup body 1. The first clamping member 12 is annularly arranged in the water containing cavity 11, is a raised annular member, and can be integrally formed with the inner wall of the water containing cavity 11.
The cup cover 2 is provided with a containing groove 21, and a convex second clamping piece 22 is arranged in the containing groove 21. Wherein the width of the accommodating groove can accommodate the extension of the tea water separator. The size of the receiving groove allows the cap to be used as a cup for tea, as can be seen in fig. 11. The second clamping member 22 is also disposed in the accommodating groove in a ring shape, and is also a protruding ring-shaped member and can be integrally formed with the inner wall of the accommodating groove.
Tea separator 3, it has body 31 and cover 32, cover 32 can screw on body 31 to form a holding cavity, this holding cavity can hold tealeaves, also can not hold tealeaves. The device body 31 is provided with a first through hole 33, the device cover 32 is provided with a second through hole 34, and the device body 31 is provided with a first elastic body 35; the cover 32 is provided with a second elastic body 36 and a protruding edge 37, and the second elastic body 36 and the edge 37 form a first clamping groove 38; the first elastic body 35 and the edge 37 form a second clamping groove 39, so that when the first clamping piece 12 is clamped in the first clamping groove 38, the first clamping piece has a use function; when the second clamping piece 22 is clamped in the second clamping groove 39, the other use function is provided. That is, the tea water separator 3 has a first clamping groove 38 and a second clamping groove 39, which can be clamped with the first clamping piece 12 of the cup body 2 or clamped with the second clamping piece 22 of the cup cover 2. The tea water separation cup has different use functions due to different choices.
In one embodiment, the first elastic body 35 and the second elastic body 36 are elastic compression sheets. Further, the first elastic body 35 is integrally formed with the body 31; the second elastic body 36 is integrally formed with the cap 32.
The first elastic body can be symmetrically arranged in 2, 3-8 or the like which are uniformly distributed, and the proper quantity is arranged according to actual needs. This embodiment provides 4 evenly distributed. Likewise, the second elastic body may be provided with 2 symmetrical pieces or 3 to 8 evenly distributed pieces. This embodiment provides 4 evenly distributed.
As a specific embodiment, when the cap 2 is screwed onto the cup 1, the first and second locking members 12, 22 are in spaced apart positions. The size of the interval is only required to enable the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece to be clamped at the same time or not to be mutually influenced.
As a specific embodiment, the body 31 is in the shape of a truncated cone. Other shapes with smaller top and larger bottom are also possible. The shape may be within the scope of implementation as long as the snap fit is not impeded.
The shape and size of the first and second through holes 33 and 34 may not be limited. The specific shape and size may be set as needed as long as the shape and size of the first through hole and the second through hole are made to be capable of filtering tea leaves and tea leaf fragments. As a specific embodiment, the first through hole is provided on a side surface of the body. The first through holes are a plurality of strip-shaped holes which are arranged. The second through hole is arranged on the bottom surface of the device body. The second through holes are a plurality of arc-shaped strip-shaped holes. Of course, the first through hole and the second through hole can also have other shapes, such as round holes and the like.
In the above-described embodiments, the "one use function" and the "other use function" are described to support the "multifunction" of the "multifunction tea water separation cup".
In fact, the tea water separator is clamped at different positions, so that different using functions can be realized. These two different functions of use are more fully set forth below.
When the first clamping piece is clamped in the first clamping groove, the novel multifunctional clamping device has a use function. That is, when the tea water separator is clamped in the cup body, as shown in fig. 1 to 11, the first function is: and (3) tea stewing function.
At the moment, the tea water separator is clamped on the cup body, and the cup cover can be freely unscrewed or screwed. And the tea and water are poured into the cup body before the tea and water separator is clamped in the cup body. Notably, the tea leaves are not contained in the tea water separation, but are directly contained in the cup body. At this time, the tea leaves and water can be soaked for a long time, which belongs to the stewing tea. This is required for some teas, such as white tea, pu' er tea, etc.
When tea needs to be poured out, the cup cover is only required to be unscrewed freely from the cup body, the cup cover is used as a cup, and the tea separator plays a role of a filter to filter tea and scraps. The tea is then poured into a cup. Fig. 10-11 illustrate such a process.
In this process of stewing tea, tea leaves and hot water are mixed together from the beginning.
When the second clamping piece is clamped in the second clamping groove, the novel clamping piece has another use function. That is, when the tea water separator is clamped in the cup cover, as shown in fig. 12 to 18, the first usage function is: tea making function.
The tea 30 is put into the tea water separator 3, the tea water separator 3 is clamped into a second clamping groove corresponding to the cup cover to be fixed, and hot water is poured into the cup body. When the hot water is contacted with the tea leaves, the cup body is inverted, so that the tea leaves are soaked with the water, and the purpose of making tea is achieved. Then when the tea leaves and the hot water are soaked together for a required time (specifically according to the shade requirement of the user on the tea), the cup body is erected, and the tea and the water can be separated. When the cup cover is opened, the tea water separator is opened along with the cup cover, so that the cup body can be taken directly for drinking tea. Fig. 16-18 illustrate such a process.
The tea making process can control the time when tea leaves and hot water are soaked together according to the requirement. Tea leaves and hot water are soaked when standing upside down, and the tea leaves and the hot water are separated when standing upside down. This is also a function of the tea separating cup.
Therefore, when the first clamping piece is clamped in the first clamping groove, the first clamping piece has a use function; when the second clamping piece is clamped in the second clamping groove, the novel tea water separating cup has another use function, so that the novel tea water separating cup can realize functions of a common tea water separating cup, can realize other use functions, and can realize functional diversification.
Of course, on the basis of heating water in the cup, fruits or flowers can be added, so that more fruit tea or scented tea with more taste can be soaked.
It should be noted that the tea water separator may also be referred to as a tea strainer, or other designation. This should not affect the scope of the utility model.
The above list of detailed descriptions is only specific to practical embodiments of the present utility model, and they are not intended to limit the scope of the present utility model, and all equivalent embodiments or modifications that do not depart from the spirit of the present utility model should be included in the scope of the present utility model.
