Description
本实用新型涉及一种橡胶或橡塑类防中子复合板材。
随着科学技术的发展，很多工业、军事等领域需要使用能够防中子的材料作为设备的防护层。橡胶成橡塑类防中子材料虽然有较好的防护性能，较好的柔软性，但是均一的橡胶或橡塑类防中子材料制成的板材，在抗冲击性方面，还存在着明显的不足，不能适应某些实际应用的需要。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种抗冲击性能强的橡胶或橡塑类防中子复合板材。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的。一种橡胶或橡塑类防中子复合板材，它包括橡胶或橡塑类防中子材料，其特征在于：它还包括高强纤维布夹芯层，所述夹芯层硫化固定于所述橡胶或橡塑类防中子材料中。
所述高强纤维布为芳纶布。
所述夹芯层为1－10层
本实用新型由于采用高强纤维布夹芯结构，大大提高了该种防中子板材的抗冲击性，能够满足实际使用的需要。

如图1所示，多层芳纶布叠加一起构成的夹芯层1，硫化固定在橡胶或橡塑类防中子材料2中。
上述实施例中，芳纶布的层数可根据应用场合的不同而定，夹芯层的层数也可多可少，一般为1－10层，只要能满足抗冲击要求即可。
该种板材的制做方法为：首先在模具中放入一层橡胶或橡塑防中子材料，其次在上面放比其小的芳纶布夹芯层，芳纶布夹芯层四周放防中子材料，然后再放一层防中子材料。接上述方法放几层夹芯及防中子材料后，整体硫化即可。

1、一种橡胶或橡塑类防中子复合板材，它包括橡胶或橡塑类防中子材料，其特征在于：它还包括高强纤维布夹芯层，所述夹芯层硫化固定于所述橡胶或橡塑类防中子材料中。
2、如权利要求1所述的橡胶或橡塑类防中子复合板材，其特征在于：所述高强纤维布为芳纶布。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的橡胶或橡塑类防中子复合板材，其特征在于：所述夹芯层为1－10层
