As shown in fig. 1, the present utility model provides a cover 100 and a cooking appliance having the cover 100. The cooking appliance mainly includes a cover 100 and a pot (not shown). The cover 100 has a shape substantially corresponding to the pot. The cover 100 is openably and closably provided on the pot body, and in particular, is pivotally coupled to the pot body by a pivot shaft (not shown) and is capable of freely pivoting about a pivot axis where the pivot shaft is located between a cover position and an open position with respect to the pot body to facilitate cover and open of the pot body.

The pot body includes an inner pot and has a cylindrical inner pot receiving part. The inner pot can be fixedly arranged at the inner pot containing part, or can be freely placed in the inner pot containing part or taken out from the inner pot containing part, so that the inner pot can be conveniently cleaned. The inner pot is typically made of a metallic material and has a circular opening in its upper surface for holding the material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The pot body comprises a heating device for heating the inner pot so as to heat the inner pot. When the cover 100 is covered on the pot body, it covers over the inner pot and forms a cooking space with the inner pot.

It is understood that the cooking appliance according to the present utility model may be an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker or other cooking appliances, and the cooking appliance may have various functions of cooking porridge or the like in addition to the function of cooking rice.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cover body 100 mainly includes a face cover 110, a cover main body 120, a detachable cover assembly 130, a snap button 140, a cover opening button 150, and a first elastic member 160.

The face cover 110 is located at the outermost side, i.e., uppermost side, of the cover body 100. The cover main body 120 is disposed below the face cover 110 in the lateral direction. The detachable cap assembly 130 is disposed below the cap body 120 in a lateral direction and is detachably coupled to the cap body 120. The locking knob 140 is slidably disposed on the cover main body 120 with respect to the cover main body 120. The cover opening button 150 is limited between the face cover 110 and the cover main body 120, and has an initial position and a cover opening position, and the cover opening button 150 is rotatably provided to the cover main body 120 by the above-described pivot shaft. In the present embodiment, the locking knob 140 is slidably disposed on the cover main body 120 in the lateral direction. The cover opening button 150 is provided with a key portion 153, and the cover 110 is provided with a key hole 111. The shape of the key hole 111 corresponds to the shape of the key portion 153, and the key portion 153 is movably provided to the key hole 111 so as to be switchable between an initial position and an open-cover position. The uncap position of the uncap button 150 is lower than its initial position.

One end of the detachable cover assembly 130 is inserted into the cover main body 120, and the other end of the detachable cover assembly 130 is clamped to the clamping button 140 to be detachably connected to the cover main body 120. Specifically, the detachable cover assembly 130 mainly includes a detachable cover 131, a fixing base 132, and a pot mouth sealing ring 133. The detachable cover 131 is generally constructed in a circular plate shape, and is disposed above the pan opening corresponding to the pan opening of the inner pan. The fixing base 132 is disposed at an outer circumferential edge of the detachable cover 131 around a circumference of the detachable cover 131, and the detachable cover 131 is connected to the fixing base 132. The port seal 133 is interposed between the outer peripheral edge of the detachable cover 131 and the inner peripheral edge of the fixing base 132 around the circumference of the detachable cover 131. The port seal 133 may be made of a flexible material such as silicone or rubber. When the cover body 100 is covered on the cooker body, the lower end periphery of the pot opening sealing ring 133 is abutted to the pot opening of the inner pot along the circumferential direction of the pot opening of the inner pot to seal the cooking space.

The first elastic member 160 is connected to the cover body 120 and abuts against the snap button 140 to apply an elastic force to the snap button 140 toward the detachable cover assembly 130. In the present embodiment, the first elastic member 160 is an extension spring. As shown in fig. 1 to 2 and 6, the cover release button 150 is provided with a stopper 151, and the stopper 151 is provided at a side of the snap button 140 remote from the detachable cover assembly 130. The stopper 151 prevents the snap button 140 from being separated from the cap body 120 when the snap button 140 is connected to the detachable cap assembly 130, thereby enabling the snap button 140 to be movably fixed to the cap body 120, and the cap body 100 has a simple structure and can reduce production costs. In the present embodiment, the stopper 151 is provided at the front side of the knob 140 to block the knob 140 from further forward movement.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the cover main body 120 is provided with a rail portion 122, and the lock knob 140 is provided with a slide portion 141 for engaging with the rail portion 122, and the slide portion 141 is movable along the longitudinal direction of the rail portion 122. Specifically, the rail portion 122 includes a lower rail portion 123 and an upper rail portion 124 disposed above the lower rail portion 123. The lower rail portion 123 and the upper rail portion 124 are each constructed in a straight wall structure extending in the horizontal direction, and the length of the upper rail portion 124 is shorter than the length of the lower rail portion 123. The sliding portion 141 is vertically restrained between the lower rail portion 123 and the upper rail portion 124.

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the sliding portion 141 is provided with a positioning groove 144, the shape of the positioning groove 144 matches the shape of the upper rail portion 124, the lock knob 140 slides through the upper rail portion 124 via the positioning groove 144 to move between the upper rail portion 124 and the lower rail portion 123, and the stopper 151 can prevent the positioning groove 144 and the upper rail portion 124 from being positioned in correspondence. That is, the stopper 151 can prevent the knob 140 from moving forward to a position corresponding to the positioning groove 144 and the upper rail portion 124.

Specifically, in mounting the snap button 140 to the cover body 120, the snap button 140 may be first disposed above the rail portion 122 such that the positioning groove 144 of the snap button 140 corresponds to the position of the upper rail portion 124. Then, the locking knob 140 is moved downward such that the positioning groove 144 slides through the upper rail portion 124 to move between the upper rail portion 124 and the lower rail portion 123, then the locking knob 140 is moved backward in the lateral direction such that the positioning groove 144 of the locking knob 140 is dislocated from the upper rail portion 124, and finally the first elastic member 160 and the door opening button 150 are installed to laterally limit the locking knob 140 so as to limit the locking knob 140 from being separated from the rail portion 122.

As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the cover main body 120 is provided with a mounting portion 125, the mounting portion 125 is provided with a mounting groove 126, the clamping button 140 is provided with a limiting groove 145, the openings of the mounting groove 126 and the limiting groove 145 are opposite, two ends of the first elastic member 160 are arranged in the mounting groove 126, and a middle section of the first elastic member 160 is arranged in the limiting groove 145. Specifically, the mounting groove 126 is configured as a U-shaped groove that opens toward the rear side (i.e., toward the detachable lid assembly), the stopper groove 145 is configured as a U-shaped groove that opens toward the front side (i.e., away from the detachable lid assembly), and the stopper groove 145 is closer to the front end of the lid body 120 than the mounting groove 126.

In the present embodiment, the cover main body 120 is provided with two mounting portions 125 and two rail portions 122. The two mounting portions 125 extend vertically and are spaced apart in the lateral direction. The two rail portions 122 extend in the lateral direction, and the two rail portions 122 are disposed inside the two mounting portions 125 and are connected to the two mounting portions 125, respectively. The click button 140 is provided between the two mounting portions 125 and two sliding portions 141 are provided correspondingly. The two rail portions 122 are oppositely disposed at both sides of the knob 140, and the two sliding portions 141 are disposed corresponding to the two rail portions 122.

The snap button 140 further includes a connection portion 142 connected between the two sliding portions 141 and a snap button 143 extending downward from the connection portion 142, and one end of the detachable cover assembly 130 is snapped to the snap button 143, so that the detachable cover assembly 130 can be disconnected from the snap button 143 by pushing the snap button 140 forward. The mounting portion 125 is provided with a mounting hole 127, the door button 150 is provided with a pivot portion 152, and the door button 150 is pivotably connected to the mounting portion 125 through the mounting hole 127 via the pivot portion 152. Preferably, the limiting portion 151 is disposed close to the pivot portion 152, so as to avoid the excessive force of the user pulling the button 140 to push the button 140 out of the track portion 122.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2 and 4, the cover main body 120 is provided with a first protrusion 128, and the cover release button 150 is provided with a second protrusion 154 connected with the key 153. The cover 100 further includes a second elastic member 170, both ends of the second elastic member 170 are connected to the first and second protrusions 128 and 154, respectively, and the second elastic member 170 is capable of applying an elastic force toward the initial position to the cover button 150. In the present embodiment, the second elastic member 170 is a compression spring, and both ends of the second elastic member 170 are respectively sleeved on the first protrusion 128 and the second protrusion 154 to be able to apply an upward elastic force to the cover opening button 150, so that the cover opening button 150 is maintained at the initial position.

1. A cover for a pot body that is openably and closably provided to a cooking appliance to form a cooking space between the cover and the pot body, the cover comprising:

a cover main body;

a catch slidably disposed with respect to the cover body;

A cover according to claim 3, wherein the sliding portion is provided with a positioning groove, the shape of the positioning groove is matched with the shape of the upper rail portion, the lock knob is slid through the upper rail portion via the positioning groove to move between the upper rail portion and the lower rail portion, and the position-restricting portion can prevent the positioning groove and the upper rail portion from being positioned correspondingly.

The cover body according to claim 2, wherein the cover body is provided with a mounting portion, the mounting portion is provided with a mounting groove, the snap button is provided with a limit groove, the mounting groove and the opening of the limit groove face opposite directions, two ends of the first elastic member are disposed in the mounting groove, and a middle section of the first elastic member is disposed in the limit groove.

The cover body according to claim 8, wherein the cover main body is provided with a first protruding portion, the cover opening button is provided with a second protruding portion connected to the key portion, the cover body further comprises a second elastic member, both ends of the second elastic member are connected to the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion, respectively, and the second elastic member is capable of applying an elastic force toward the initial position to the cover opening button.

10. A cooking appliance, comprising:

the cooker body is internally provided with an inner pot; and

the lid according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the lid being openably and closably provided to the pot to form a cooking space between the lid and the inner pot.
