The gluteus training device as set forth in claim 2, wherein a rotating frame is fixedly connected to a side of the pedal facing the supporting frame, a rotating seat is fixedly connected to a side of the supporting frame facing the pedal, the rotating frame is rotatably connected to the rotating seat, a first positioning plate is fixedly connected to an end of the rotating seat, which is close to the pedal, and a plurality of first positioning holes are arranged on the first positioning plate.

The gluteus training device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the rotating frame is provided with a rotating shaft and a limiting shaft, the rotating frame and the rotating seat are rotatably connected through the rotating shaft, the rotating seat is provided with an arc limiting hole, and the limiting shaft is at least partially arranged in the limiting hole.

The gluteus training device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first fixing frame is rotatably connected with a first swing leg mechanism and a second swing leg mechanism, respectively, and the first swing leg mechanism and the second swing leg mechanism are connected through an asynchronous and synchronous switching mechanism.

The gluteus training device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the asynchronous and synchronous switching mechanism comprises a first connecting plate fixedly connected with the first swing leg mechanism and a second connecting plate fixedly connected with the second swing leg mechanism, wherein the first connecting plate is provided with a first through hole, the second connecting plate is slidingly connected with a latch,
the bolt is inserted into the first through hole so as to realize synchronous movement of the first leg swinging mechanism and the second leg swinging mechanism;
the bolt is pulled out of the first through hole so as to realize asynchronous movement of the first swing leg mechanism and the second swing leg mechanism.

The gluteus training device as set forth in claim 6, wherein the second connecting plate is fixedly connected with a sleeve, the plug is slidably connected with the sleeve, a limiting groove is provided on a side wall of the sleeve, a limiting block is provided on a side wall of the plug, the limiting block slides in the limiting groove, the limiting groove comprises a first sliding part and a second sliding part which are communicated with each other, the first sliding part is arranged along a length direction of the sleeve, the second sliding part is arranged along a circumferential direction of the sleeve, and the second sliding part is located on a side of the first sliding part away from the first connecting plate.
8. The gluteus training device as claimed in claim 7, wherein a handle is fixedly connected to a side of the latch remote from the first connecting plate, and the handle is positioned at a side of the sleeve facing away from the first connecting plate.

The gluteus training device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first leg-setting mechanism comprises a first leg-setting tube fixedly connected with a first weight plate hanger, a first connecting chain is connected to the first leg-setting tube in an adjustable position, a first leg-binding belt is connected to an end of the first connecting chain away from the first leg-setting tube,
the second leg swinging mechanism comprises a second leg swinging pipe, the second leg swinging pipe is fixedly connected with a second weight plate hanging rod, a second connecting chain is connected with the second leg swinging pipe in an adjustable position, and one end, far away from the second leg swinging pipe, of the second connecting chain is connected with a second leg binding belt.

The gluteus training device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first leg swinging tube is fixedly connected with a first adjusting plate, wherein the first adjusting plate is provided with a plurality of first adjusting holes, one end of the first connecting chain passes through any one of the first adjusting holes,
