Claims (10)

1. A box opening device, comprising:
a frame (1);
a conveying member (2) provided to the frame (1) and configured to convey a cassette (100);
an adsorbing member (3) movably provided to the frame (1) and configured to adsorb and open a lid (101) of the cassette (100) to place the lid (101) in a first open state when the transporting member (2) transports the cassette (100) to a first station; and
a pushing member (4) movably provided to the frame (1) and configured to push the lid (101) to bring the lid (101) into a second open state when the conveying member (2) conveys the cassette (100) in the first open state to a second station; the second station is arranged downstream of the first station along the conveying direction of the box (100), and the opening angle of the box cover (101) in the second opening state is larger than that of the box cover (101) in the first opening state.
2. The box opening device according to claim 1, further comprising a carrying member (5), wherein the carrying member (5) is configured to carry the box cover (101) such that the box cover (101) is in a first open state after the adsorbing member (3) adsorbs and opens the box cover (101).
3. The box opening device according to claim 2, wherein the carrier (5) extends from the first station to the second station, the carrier (5) being configured to hold the box cover (101) during the transport of the box (100) in the first open state from the first station to the second station by the transport (2).
4. A box-opening device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the carrier (5) comprises:
a first pallet (51) movably provided to the frame (1) and configured to move to the first station to hold the lid (101) when the adsorbing member (3) adsorbs and opens the lid (101); the first supporting plate (51) is further configured to be located at a position far from the first station in the process of adsorbing and opening the box cover (101) by the adsorbing piece (3); and
a second pallet (52) aligned with the first pallet (51) in a state where the first pallet (51) is located at the first station, the second pallet (52) extending to the second station.
5. The box opening device according to claim 4, further comprising a first transmission member (53), wherein the first transmission member (53) is in a column shape, a first end of the first transmission member (53) is rotatably arranged on the frame (1), a second end of the first transmission member (53) is connected to the first supporting plate (51), and the first transmission member (53) is configured to rotate relative to the conveying member (2) so as to enable the first supporting plate (51) to move to or away from the first station.

A device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a second transmission member (41), wherein the second transmission member (41) is arc-shaped, a first end of the second transmission member (41) is rotatably provided on the frame (1), a second end of the second transmission member (41) is connected to the pushing member (4), and the second transmission member (41) is configured to rotate relative to the conveying member (2) so that the pushing member (4) pushes the lid (101) or away from the box (100).

A box opening device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a baffle (6) and a positioning member (7), the baffle (6) being provided on a first side of the conveying member (2), the positioning member (7) being movably provided on a second side of the conveying member (2), the positioning member (7) being configured to move and abut against a box body (102) of the box (100) in a state in which the conveying member (2) conveys the box (100) to the first station, so as to limit the box (100) in cooperation with the baffle (6).
8. The box opening device according to claim 7, further comprising a third transmission member (71), a first end of the third transmission member (71) being rotatably arranged on the frame (1), a second end of the third transmission member (71) being connected to the positioning member (7), the third transmission member (71) being configured to rotate relative to the conveying member (2) to move the positioning member (7) to or away from the first station.

A device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a multi-bar linkage (8), the multi-bar linkage (8) being connected to the absorbent member (3), the multi-bar linkage (8) being configured to move the absorbent member (3) towards the lid (101) such that the absorbent member (3) absorbs the lid (101) and moves the absorbent member (3) away from the box (100) such that the lid (101) is opened.
10. The capsule-opening device according to claim 9, characterized in that the multi-link mechanism (8) comprises:
a first rod (81) with a first end rotatably connected to the frame (1);
a second rod (82) having a first end rotatably connected to a second end of the first rod (81);
a third rod (83) with a first end rotatably connected to the frame (1) and a second end rotatably connected to the second end of the second rod (82);
a fourth rod (84) with a first end rotatably connected to the frame (1);
a fifth rod member (85) having a first end rotatably connected to a portion between the first end and the second end of the third rod member (83), and a middle portion rotatably connected to a middle portion of the fourth rod member (84);
a sixth rod (86) having a first end rotatably coupled to the second end of the fourth rod (84); and
a seventh rod member (87) having a first end rotatably coupled to the second end of the fifth rod member (85) and a second end rotatably coupled to the second end of the sixth rod member (86); the seventh rod piece (87) is provided with the adsorption piece (3).
