Compared with the method of clamping the pallet by using the mechanical gripper, in the embodiment, at least part of the clamping plate assembly can be placed between the target pallet and the non-target pallet through rotation of the clamping plate assembly, separation of the target pallet and the non-target pallet in the vertical direction is achieved, and in the working process, the clamping plate assembly and the pallet are stressed less, so that the pallet stack can be conveniently disassembled, and deformation of the pallet can be avoided.
As can be appreciated, referring to fig. 1, the first direction is a vertical direction, and the second direction is a horizontal direction. When the connecting block 1121 moves along the vertical direction, the two first clamping plates can relatively move along the horizontal direction to be inserted or extend between the target pallet and the non-target pallet, so that the target pallet and the non-target pallet in the pallet stack are separated. The first clamping plates 1131 may be placed with non-target pallets, and when the connection blocks 1121 can move in opposite directions, the two first clamping plates 1131 move in opposite directions along the second direction, so that the non-target pallets can be released.
Specifically, the first driving assembly 112 may further include a screw, the screw is in transmission connection with the connection block 1121, one end of the screw is in transmission connection with a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism can drive the screw to rotate, when the screw rotates, the connection block 1121 can move along the length direction of the screw, the screw is arranged along the vertical direction, and the connection block 1121 moves along the vertical direction.

It is understood that a pallet stack is a collection of multiple pallets stacked in a longitudinal direction, with M layers or M pallets in the pallet stack, the target pallet may be the N-last pallet or lower in the pallet stack, while the non-target pallet is the n+1-last pallet or higher in the pallet stack, i.e., the non-target pallet has M-N pallets, 0+.n.ltoreq.m, and N, M are integers.
When n=1, the target pallet refers to the last 1 pallet in the original pallet stack, and the non-target pallet refers to the last 2 and above pallets in the pallet stack. When N +.2, taking n=2 as an example, the top pallet of the target pallet, i.e., the 2 nd pallet, can be used to place workpieces, and can be used to place strip covers, and a full pallet is formed after the number of covers in one pallet is full, and a plurality of full pallets can be stacked longitudinally to form a full pallet stack.
A pallet stack having M-layer pallets may be placed in the destacking module with the drive rods coupled to the connecting blocks 1121 extending toward a side facing away from the center of the base plate as the connecting blocks 1121 move in a first direction to urge the clamping plate assemblies 113 to swing or rotate toward the center of the base 111 such that at least a portion of the clamping plate assemblies 113 are placed between the target pallet and the non-target pallet in the pallet stack to enable separation of the target pallet from the non-target pallet.
Taking n=1, m=5 as an example, the clamping plate assembly 113 can separate the last 1 pallet from the 4 pallets in the 5-layer pallet stack, thereby realizing the stack disassembly work. The non-target pallet may be placed on the clamping plate assembly 113 and received by the clamping plate assembly 113, and when the connecting block 1121 moves in the second direction, the transmission rod connected to the connecting block 1121 moves toward the center side of the base 111, and pulls the clamping plate assembly 113 to swing or rotate, so that the clamping plate assembly 113 is out of contact with the non-target pallet, and the non-target pallet may be released above the target pallet, thereby enabling stacking work.

after the full pallet is secondarily positioned at the stacking station 17, the transfer device 4 grabs a pull-tab cover from the full pallet in the stacking station 17 and releases the pull-tab cover to the discharging device 3, the discharging device 3 conveys the pull-tab cover to the cover pushing device 5 and then enters a subsequent conveying line, and the grabbing action is circulated until all the pull-tab covers on the full pallet are grabbed and become empty pallets;
the stacking station 17 conveys the empty pallets to the unstacking station 16, the unstacking station 16 stacks the empty pallets, and the blanking station 19 conveys the detached full pallets to the stacking station 17, and the steps are repeated.
When the full pallet unstacking station is not full, the loading station 15 conveys a new full pallet stack to the stacking station 18, and when the unstacking station 16 stacks an empty pallet, the empty pallet stack is conveyed to the loading station 15 and then is forked by a forklift.
When the preamble host and the following host all operate normally:
when the speeds of the front host and the rear host are matched, the transfer device 4 grabs a piece of easy-to-pull cover from the feeding device 2 and releases the easy-to-pull cover to the discharging device 3, and the discharging device 3 conveys the easy-to-pull cover to the cover pushing device 5 and then enters a subsequent conveying line; when the speed of the front-end host is higher, the transfer device 4 grabs a pop-top cover from the feeding device 2 and releases the pop-top cover to the pallet of the stacking station 17; when the speed of the subsequent host machine is higher, the transfer device 4 grabs a pull-tab cover from the pallet of the stacking station 17 and releases the pull-tab cover to the discharging device 3, and the discharging device 3 conveys the pull-tab cover to the cover pushing device 5 and then enters the subsequent conveying line.
The balance system provided in the embodiment has the advantages of wider application range, compact structure of the pallet stacking device, lower cost, more storable easy-to-open covers and use of the easy-to-open cover production line with different configurations.
