Description

Packaging system allowing concentration and supplement to be arranged inside
Technical Field
The scheme belongs to the technical field of packaging structure design, and particularly relates to a packaging system allowing concentration and supplement to be arranged in a package.
Background
Trigger sprayers are typically transported and sold as a unitary product with the bottle and its internal solution. Because the sprayer is relatively high in cost and is mostly reused, the matched bottle and the cover can be combined into a single product to be transported and sold as the replenishing liquid, and when the original liquid is used, one bottle of replenishing liquid is replaced. Along with the rising of environmental protection sports, bottled supplementary liquid products are being concentrated to form small-specification concentrated supplementary liquid products, so that the transportation cost is definitely reduced, the resource consumption is also reduced, and the purpose of environmental protection is achieved. However, the concentrate is a high-concentration liquid product, and it is a problem how to replenish the bottle of the sprayer to ensure safety. This problem is also of interest, as is carried by the reference documents US 6290100B 1 and CN109606913B, in an attempt to solve this problem, by placing the concentrate device completely inside the bottle and releasing it, the hands of the person can be kept free from the concentrate, indeed achieving a good result in terms of safety. However, since the trigger sprayer has a liquid delivery straw, it is often necessary to remove the sprayer and remove the elongated straw when the concentrate device is installed, and then insert the elongated straw into the small hole of the concentrate device, which is not easy, and it is difficult to place the device in a state where the straw with residual liquid is easily polluted after the bottle is drawn out of the bottle. The utility model, carried out in the contrast CN 105358258B, provides a method for filling the concentrate on the sprayer body without removing the sprayer from the bottle, i.e. without the problem of suction tube extraction and insertion, but this presents the first problem that the installation of concentrate of high concentration may still pollute the operating environment or present safety problems. In summary, none of the prior art has solved the problem well. The present solution has incorporated the above prior art by reference and improved scope. For the electric sprayer, the recycling value is higher, and a convenient and safe concentrated solution supplementing device is more needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The scheme aims at overcoming at least one defect (deficiency) in the prior art, and provides a packaging system allowing a concentrated replenishing device to be arranged in the packaging system, which is used for simultaneously solving the problems of residual liquid pollution and installation convenience of a straw and pollution and safety of high concentrate.
In order to solve the technical problems, the following technical scheme is adopted:
a packaging system for allowing a concentrate supplement package to be built-in includes a first container and a pumping mechanism; the first container is provided with a first opening; the pumping mechanism comprises a pump head and a suction pipe; the pump head is provided with a liquid inlet and can detachably close the first opening; the free end of the straw extends into the bottom of the first container; the suction pipe is fixed in the first container through the bracket; the bracket comprises a body and a butt joint pipe, wherein the body is fixed on the first container, a containing space is reserved between the body and the pump head, and the body is used for detachably configuring a concentration supplement device, and the concentration supplement device releases concentrate into the first container through the body after being configured in place; the fixed end of the butt joint pipe is fixed on the body, and the free end of the butt joint pipe penetrates through the accommodating space to butt joint the liquid inlet; the fixed end of the suction pipe is fixed on the body and/or the butt joint pipe and is in butt joint with the fixed end of the butt joint pipe.
In the scheme, the suction pipe is fixed in the first container through the bracket, and the suction pipe is not required to be taken out when the pump head is disassembled, so that the pollution of residual liquid of the suction pipe to the use environment is avoided; when the pump head is installed, the slender suction pipe is not required to be inserted into the through pipeline of the concentration supplement device, the residual liquid attached to the outer surface of the suction pipe is prevented from polluting the upper surface of the concentration supplement device, the hand is prevented from being polluted when the concentration supplement device is replaced next time, and the convenience of pump head installation is improved. Meanwhile, a containing space is reserved between the bracket and the liquid inlet to be provided with a concentration supplement device, the concentration supplement device is arranged in place to release the concentrate, the situation that hands touch the concentrate with high concentration and even cause injury can be avoided, and the replacement process is safer.
The suction pipe fixed in the first container is not directly communicated with the liquid inlet, but is indirectly communicated with the liquid inlet by means of the butt joint pipe on the bracket, so that the suction pipe can not be taken out when the pump head is disassembled. When the packaging system is used for packaging mixed liquor to form original products, a manufacturer can directly fill diluted or unconcentrated mixed liquor in a first container, and can detach the concentrated supplement after the concentrated supplement releases the concentrate, so that the concentrated supplement does not need to be reserved in the packaging system when the concentrated supplement is used or replaced at a later stage. Of course, manufacturers and consumers may choose to retain the concentrate supplement package in the packaging system, i.e., the present packaging system also includes the concentrate supplement package; the concentration replenishing device is detachably arranged in the accommodating space and is provided with a through pipeline so as to avoid the butt joint pipe.
The part of the butt joint pipe in the accommodating space can be configured to comprise a first section of the butt joint liquid inlet and a second section of the butt joint suction pipe, wherein the outer diameter d of the first section 1 Outer diameter d of second section 2 The inner diameter D of the through pipeline meets the following conditions: d, d 1 <d 2 < D; the through pipeline is internally provided with a fool-proof convex part close to the liquid inlet, and the distance a between the fool-proof convex part and the axis of the through pipeline meets the following conditions: d, d 1 /2<a<d 2 2; the fool-proof convex part divides the through pipeline into an A section close to the liquid inlet and a B section far away from the liquid inlet, and the length l of the A section A Length of the second section l 2 The following are satisfied: l (L) A <l 2 . When the concentration supplementary device is configured, the opposite connecting pipe can smoothly penetrate into the through pipeline of the concentration supplementary device when the surface close to the fool-proof convex part faces upwards, so that the concentration supplementary device can be completely placed in the through pipeline; on the contrary, when the surface close to the fool-proof convex part faces downwards, interference can be generated between the second section of the butt joint pipe and the through pipeline, so that the concentrated supplementary device cannot be completely placed in the pipe, and the fool-proof effect is achieved.
The concentrated replenishing device comprises a second container and a sealing piece, wherein the through pipeline is arranged on the second container and penetrates through the second container. Wherein the second container is intended to contain concentrate, and its side facing the bottom of the first container is provided with a second opening facing away from the through-going duct, which second opening is closed by the closure member before the concentrate supplement is in place, so that the concentrate can be well packed and stored. The body is provided with the unsealing convex part corresponding to the sealing part so as to open the sealing part of the concentrated replenishing device arranged in place, so that the concentrate can be transferred into the first container from the second container, and the concentrate is transferred when the concentrated replenishing device is arranged in place, so that hands can be prevented from contacting the concentrate with high concentration and even causing damage, and the replacement process is safer. Preferably, the sealing piece is provided with an easy-tearing line corresponding to the unsealing convex part, or the sealing piece is additionally provided with a movable inner plug type part, and the inner plug type part corresponds to the unsealing convex part, so that the difficulty of opening the sealing piece by the unsealing convex part is reduced. More preferably, the sealing end of the second container is provided with a protective convex ring, the protective convex ring surrounds the sealing piece and protrudes out of one surface of the sealing piece, which is opposite to the second opening, so that the sealing piece is not easy to open in the transportation process, and particularly the sealing piece is in an easy-tearing structure or provided with an easy-tearing line, and is prevented from being damaged by stress.
The body may be configured as a basket structure having a basket opening, a basket wall, and a basket bottom, the basket wall being connected to the first opening, the basket opening being detachably closed by the pump head, the basket wall, and the basket bottom enclosing the housing to form the accommodation space, the fixing end of the docking tube being fixed to the basket bottom. The stand can be conveniently secured to the first container, whether the first container is configured as a bottle, jar, cup or other implement. Specifically, the basket wall and the first opening can be in sealing connection through a clamping structure, a threaded structure, interference fit and the like, and the connection can be configured at two ends or the middle of the basket wall. If one end of the basket wall close to the basket opening is connected with the first opening, the pump head can be connected with the first opening, so that the first opening is directly closed; if the part of the basket wall remote from the basket opening is connected with the first opening, the pump head can be connected with the basket opening, so that the first opening is indirectly closed.
Preferably, the pump head directly or indirectly closes the first opening by means of a screw cap. If the pump head directly closes the first opening, the screw thread matched with the screw thread cover is configured in the first opening;if the pump head indirectly closes the first opening, the screw arrangement matched with the screw cap At the part of the basket wall close to the basket mouth. For packaging systems requiring repeated disassembly and assembly, the first opening is detachably closed by the threaded cap, which contributes to an extended service life. For the concentrated supplementary package unsealed by the extrusion of the unsealing convex part, the screw cap is used for sealing, the extrusion of the concentrated supplementary package in the screwing process of the screw cap can be relied on to promote the concentrated supplementary package to be arranged in place, thereby being beneficial to reducing the assembly difficulty, the user can conveniently replace the concentrated replenishing device.
Preferably, a flange is provided on the outer side of the basket wall, the flange having an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the first opening so as to abut against an end surface of the first opening. The flange may provide a locating action to confirm the connection between the bracket and the first opening in place and may even provide a supporting action, particularly when the basket wall is connected to the first opening by an interference fit, to avoid excessive compression of the concentrate supplement and to cause movement of the bracket to the bottom of the first container.
The pump head can be customized according to the needs, and can also be selected from commercial sprayers, pressing pumps and the like. The size, position and other parameters of the liquid inlet of the commercial sprayer, the pressing pump and the like are not standard, particularly when the liquid inlet is not arranged in the middle, the free end of the butt joint pipe is in butt joint with the liquid inlet through the adaptor, the adaptor is of a stepped cylindrical structure, the large end of the adaptor is fixed on the pump head and buckles the liquid inlet, and the small end of the adaptor is in butt joint with the butt joint pipe. The adapter is also provided with an air return channel of the first container, and the air return channel is used for realizing the communication between the first container and the air return port of the pump head.
Compared with the prior art, the scheme has the following beneficial effects: the suction pipe is fixed in the first container through the bracket, a containing space for placing the concentrated replenishing device is reserved, the suction pipe is not required to be taken out when the pump head is disassembled, the problems of residual liquid pollution and installation convenience of the suction pipe are solved, meanwhile, the concentrate is released after the concentrated replenishing device is placed in the first container, and the problems of high concentrate pollution and safety are solved.

Referring to fig. 2 to 3, the body 310 is configured as a casing structure having a basket opening 311, a basket wall 312, and a basket bottom 313. The basket structure is placed into the first container 100 from the first opening 110, and the portion of the basket wall 312 adjacent to the basket opening 311 is in interference fit with the first opening 110, so that the bracket is conveniently fixed in the first container 100. As shown in fig. 4 to 5, a flange 330 flush with the basket opening 311 is provided on the outer side of the basket wall 312, and the flange 330 has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the first opening 110, so as to abut against the end surface of the first opening 110. The flange 330 may serve as a location to confirm the connection between the rack and the first opening 110 and also serve as a support to prevent the rack from being pushed by the concentrate supplement 400 toward the bottom of the first container 100. The basket opening 311 is detachably closed together with the first opening 110 by the pump head 210, and the pump head 210, the basket wall 312 and the basket bottom 313 are enclosed to form the accommodating space 3100, and any cross section of the basket wall 312 is matched with the shape of the first opening 110 so as to provide the accommodating space 3100 as large as possible for installing the concentrate supplement device 400. The fixing end of the docking tube 320 is fixed to the bottom 313 and extends from the inside of the bottom 313 to the outside of the bottom 313, and the portion located outside the bottom 313 may be inserted with the suction tube 220, thereby achieving the fixing and docking of the suction tube 220. In addition, the suction pipe 220 may be fixed by the body 310 or jointly fixed by the body 310 and the docking pipe 320, and dock with the fixed end of the docking pipe 320. The bottom 313 is provided with a window 3131 that avoids the docking tube 320, the window 3131 enabling communication of the receiving space 3100 with the first container 100 so that the concentrate supplement 400 disposed in place releases concentrate into the first container 100 through the body 310.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7, the portion of the docking tube 320 located in the accommodating space 3100 is configured as two sections with different outer diameters, namely a first section for docking the liquid inlet 211 and a second section for docking the suction tube 220, the outer diameter d of the first section 1 Outer diameter d of second section 2 Through pipe 411, the inner diameter D of 1: d, d 1 <d 2 < D; the through pipe 411 is internally provided with a fool-proof convex part 412 close to the liquid inlet 211, and the distance a between the fool-proof convex part 412 and the axis of the through pipe 411 is as follows: d, d 1 /2<a<d 2 2; the fool-proof convex part 412 divides the through pipe 411 into an A section close to the liquid inlet 211 and a B section far away from the liquid inlet 211, and the length l of the A section A Length of the second section l 2 The following are satisfied: l (L) A <l 2 . When the concentration supplement device 400 is configured, the opposite connection pipe 320 can smoothly penetrate into the through pipe 411 of the concentration supplement device 400 when the surface close to the fool-proof convex part 412 is upward, so that the concentration supplement device 400 can be completely placed; conversely, when the surface close to the fool-proof protrusion 412 faces downward, interference occurs between the second section of the docking tube 320 and the fool-proof protrusion 412, so that the concentrated refill 400 cannot be completely inserted, thereby playing a fool-proof role.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, the concentrate supplement package 400 includes a second container 410 and a sealing member 420, and the through pipe 411 is disposed on the second container 410 and penetrates the second container 410. The second container 410 is for containing concentrate, and its side facing the bottom of the first container 100 is provided with a second opening 413 avoiding the through duct 411, and the closure member 420 closes the second opening 413 before the concentrate supplement package 400 is mounted in place, so that the concentrate can be well packed and stored. The inner side of the basket bottom 313 is provided with the unsealing convex part 340 corresponding to the sealing piece 420 so as to open the sealing piece 420 of the concentrate supplement package 400 which is arranged in place, so that the concentrate can be transferred from the second container 410 into the first container 100, and the concentrate supplement package 400 starts to be transferred when being arranged in place, thereby avoiding the hands contacting the concentrate with high concentration and even causing damage, and ensuring safer replacement process. The reinforcing rib plate 350 corresponding to the unsealing convex part 340 is arranged between the outer side of the basket bottom 313 and the butt joint pipe 320, which is beneficial to improving the compressive strength of the unsealing convex part 340 and even the whole bracket and prolonging the service life of the bracket and even the packaging system.
The seal between the closure member 420 and the second opening 413 is achieved by welding. In addition, the sealing member 420 and the second opening 413 may be sealed by a sealing ring 430. The sealing piece 420 is provided with a tearing line 421 corresponding to the unsealing convex part 340, so that the difficulty in opening the sealing piece 420 by the unsealing convex part 340 is reduced. In addition, the sealing piece 420 can be additionally provided with a movable inner plug part 422 corresponding to the unsealing convex part 340, as shown in fig. 10, so that the difficulty in opening the sealing piece 420 by the unsealing convex part 340 can be reduced. The sealing end of the second container 410 has a protective protruding ring 440, and the protective protruding ring 440 surrounds the sealing member 420, protrudes out of the surface of the sealing member 420 opposite to the second opening 413, and is integrally connected with the sealing member 420, so that the sealing member 420 is not easy to be opened during transportation, and the easy-to-tear line 421 is prevented from being damaged by stress. In addition, the shield collar 440 may also be in communication with the second container 410.
The second container 410 is matched with the accommodating space 3100 in shape, the height of the second container is equal to the depth of the accommodating space 3100, the pump head 210 can be ensured to be installed in place, the first opening 110 is in a sealed state, acting force can be generated on the second container 410, the concentration replenishing device 400 is assembled in place, the cross section of the second container is slightly smaller than the cross section of the accommodating space 3100, and the capacity maximization of the second container 410 is realized.
The pump head 210 directly closes the first opening 110 with the screw cap 213, and a screw thread engaged with the screw cap 213 is disposed in the first opening 110. For the present packaging system requiring repeated disassembly, the first opening 110 is detachably closed by the screw cap 213, which contributes to the service life. Moreover, because of the presence of the unsealing protrusion 340, the concentrate supplement package 400 in the packaging system needs to be configured in place under the action of external force, and the concentrate supplement package 400 can be pressed by the screw cap 213 in the screwing process by closing the screw cap 213, so that the concentrate supplement package 400 is configured in place, as shown in fig. 11, the assembly difficulty is reduced, and the concentrate supplement package 400 is convenient for a user to replace.
Fig. 12-14 illustrate a second embodiment of a packaging system that allows for a concentrated refill to be built in. For a common pump head 210, especially for a commercially available trigger sprayer, the inner diameter of the threaded cap 213 is smaller, and the inner diameter of the first opening 110 of the first container 100 is smaller, so that the addition of the bracket can result in smaller capacity of the concentrate supplement 400, and the concentration of the mixed solution cannot meet the dilution requirement. For this reason, in this embodiment, a portion for engaging with the screw cap 213 is disposed on the bracket, and the accommodating space 3100 is enlarged.
The packaging system allowing the concentration supplement pack to be built in of the present embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and includes the first container 100, the pumping mechanism, the stand including the body 310 and the docking tube 320, and the body 310 being configured as a housing structure having the mouth 311, the wall 312, and the bottom 313, and the concentration supplement pack 400. The main differences are that: referring to fig. 12 to 14, a flange 330 is provided on the outer side of the middle portion of the basket wall 312, and the flange 330 has an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the first opening 110, so as to abut against an end surface of the first opening 110, thereby performing a positioning function to confirm that the bracket is connected to the first opening 110. A clamping structure 360 is arranged between the basket wall 312 and the first opening 110 or between the flange 330 and the first opening 110, so that the sealing connection/welding of the bracket and the first opening 110 is realized. The portion of the basket wall 312 adjacent to the basket opening 311 is provided with a screw thread, and the pump head 210 is coupled to the screw thread by the screw cap 213, thereby detachably closing the basket opening 311 and indirectly closing the first opening 110 in combination with the bracket body 310. For the packaging system requiring repeated disassembly and assembly, the basket opening 311 is detachably closed by the threaded cover 213, so that the service life is prolonged. Moreover, because of the presence of the unsealing protrusion 340, the concentrated supplemental package 400 in the packaging system needs to be configured in place under the action of external force, and the concentrated supplemental package 400 can be pressed by the screw cap 213 in the screwing process by the screw cap 213, so that the concentrated supplemental package 400 is configured in place, the assembly difficulty is reduced, and the concentrated supplemental package 400 is convenient for a user to replace.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the suction tube 220 fixed in the first container 100 is not directly connected to the liquid inlet 211, but indirectly connected to the liquid inlet 211 via the docking tube 320 on the bracket, so as to ensure that the suction tube 220 is not carried out when the pump head 210 is detached. When the present packaging system is used to package a mixed liquor to form a packaged product, it is not necessary to provide the concentrate supplement package 400, i.e., the manufacturer can directly fill the diluted or unconcentrated mixed liquor in the first container 100, and can remove the concentrate supplement package 400 after the concentrate supplement package 400 has been released, without having to retain the concentrate supplement package 400 in the packaging system, when the concentrate supplement package 400 is later used or replaced.
The pump head 210 may be customized as needed, or a commercially available sprayer, a push pump, or the like may be used. The size, position, etc. of the liquid inlet 211 of the commercial sprayer, the pressing pump, etc. are not standard, and particularly when the liquid inlet 211 is not centrally arranged, the free end of the docking tube 320 may dock with the liquid inlet 211 through the adaptor 230, as shown in fig. 15, the adaptor 230 is configured as a stepped cylindrical structure, the large end of the adaptor 230 is fixed on the pump head 210 and buckles the liquid inlet 211, and the small end of the adaptor 230 is docked with the docking tube 320. The adapter 230 is further provided with a return air channel 232, and the return air channel 232 enables the first container 100 to be communicated with the return air port 212 on the pump head 210. It will be appreciated that the adapter 230 need not provide the return air channel 232 if the adapter 232 does not cover the return air port 212 of the pump head 210, i.e., the first container 100 can communicate with the return air port 212 from outside the adapter 232.
It is apparent that the above examples of the present solution are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present solution and are not limiting of the embodiments of the present solution. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present solution should be included in the protection scope of the present solution claims.
