LNG储槽10具有出口,其用于储存作为原料的LNG。高纯甲烷储槽9具有入口,用于储存生产出的甲烷。LNG储槽10的出口、高纯甲烷储槽9的入口分别设置有对应的控制阀。精馏塔6用于进行精馏,其具有液体入口、气体出口、高纯甲烷出口以及回流液入口。设置在精馏塔6顶部外的塔顶冷凝器5具有LNG入口、天然气出口以及气体入口、液体出口。设置在精馏塔6底部内的塔底蒸发器7具有气体入口、液体出口。用于进行组分分离的洗涤塔4具有天然气入口、重组分液体出口、轻组分气体出口、回流液入口。用于进行气液分离的分离罐3具有气液入口、液体出口、气体出口。
LNG储槽10的出口经换热器组与塔顶冷凝器5的LNG入口相连接,塔顶冷凝器5的天然气出口经换热器组与低温天然气压缩机2的入口相连接,低温天然气压缩机2的出口经换热器组与洗涤塔4的天然气入口相连接,洗涤塔4的重组分液体出口经换热器组后,再经第一节流阀连接至重组分排出位置,洗涤塔4的轻组分气体出口经换热器组与分离罐3的气液入口相连接,分离罐3的液体出口与洗涤塔4的回流液入口相连接,分离罐3的气体出口经换热器组与塔底蒸发器7的气体入口相连接,塔底蒸发器7的液体出口经第二节流阀与精馏塔6的液体入口相连接,精馏塔6的气体出口经换热器组连接至轻组分排出位置,精馏塔6的高纯甲烷出口经换热器组与高纯甲烷储槽9的入口相连接。精馏塔6的气体出口与塔顶冷凝器5的气体入口相连接,塔顶冷凝器5的液体出口与精馏塔6的回流液入口相连接。
换热器组包括主换热器1、过冷器8。则LNG储槽10的出口经过冷器8与塔顶冷凝器5的LNG入口相连接,塔顶冷凝器5的天然气出口经主换热器1与低温天然气压缩机2的入口相连接,低温天然气压缩机2的出口经主换热器1与洗涤塔4的天然气入口相连接,洗涤塔4的重组分液体出口经主换热器1连接至重组分排出位置,洗涤塔4的轻组分气体出口经主换热器1与分离罐3的气液入口相连接,分离罐3的气体出口经主换热器1与塔底蒸发器7的气体入口相连接,精馏塔6的气体出口经主换热器1连接至轻组分排出位置,精馏塔6的高纯甲烷出口经过冷器8与高纯甲烷储槽9的入口相连接。
基于上述高纯甲烷生产装置的高纯甲烷生产方法为:原料LNG从LNG储槽10输出,送进冷箱12内,在冷箱12内先后经过过冷器8、塔顶冷凝器5、主换热器1,在这三个设备中被加热至一定温度后送出冷箱12,进入低温天然气压缩机2压缩至一定压力。压缩后的天然气再次送入冷箱12,在主换热器1中冷却到一定温度抽出,进入洗涤塔4,在洗涤塔4内与塔顶流下的液体接触,进行热质交换,在塔底得到重组分液体,塔顶得到轻组分气体。塔底的重组分液体经节流阀节流降压后,送入主换热器1,在主换热器1中汽化回收冷量后,送出冷箱12;塔顶的轻组分,继续送入主换热器1,在主换热器1内进一步降温并有部分液化后,抽出送入分离罐3内,分离罐3底部的液体送入洗涤塔4顶部做为回流液,分离罐3顶部的气体则返回到主换器内继续冷却后抽出,送入塔底蒸发器7液化后,节流送入精馏塔6,在精馏塔6内精馏后,塔底得到高纯甲烷,塔顶的轻组分经主换热器1复热后排出冷箱12,塔底的高纯甲烷送入高纯甲烷储槽9。

1.一种高纯甲烷生产装置,其特征在于:所述高纯甲烷生产装置包括具有出口的LNG储槽、具有入口的高纯甲烷储槽、精馏塔、塔顶冷凝器、塔底蒸发器、低温天然气压缩机、用于气液分离的分离罐、用于进行组分分离的洗涤塔和换热器组;所述精馏塔具有液体入口、气体出口、高纯甲烷出口;所述塔顶冷凝器具有LNG入口、天然气出口;所述塔底蒸发器具有气体入口、液体出口;所述洗涤塔具有天然气入口、重组分液体出口、轻组分气体出口、回流液入口;所述分离罐具有气液入口、液体出口、气体出口;
所述LNG储槽的出口经所述换热器组与所述塔顶冷凝器的LNG入口相连接,所述塔顶冷凝器的天然气出口经所述换热器组与所述低温天然气压缩机的入口相连接,所述低温天然气压缩机的出口经所述换热器组与所述洗涤塔的天然气入口相连接,所述洗涤塔的重组分液体出口经所述换热器组连接至重组分排出位置,所述洗涤塔的轻组分气体出口经所述换热器组与所述分离罐的气液入口相连接,所述分离罐的液体出口与所述洗涤塔的回流液入口相连接,所述分离罐的气体出口经所述换热器组与所述塔底蒸发器的气体入口相连接,所述塔底蒸发器的液体出口与所述精馏塔的液体入口相连接,所述精馏塔的气体出口经所述换热器组连接至轻组分排出位置,所述精馏塔的高纯甲烷出口经所述换热器组与所述高纯甲烷储槽的入口相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高纯甲烷生产装置,其特征在于:所述精馏塔还具有回流液入口;所述塔顶冷凝器还具有气体入口、液体出口,所述精馏塔的气体出口与所述塔顶冷凝器的气体入口相连接,所述塔顶冷凝器的液体出口与所述精馏塔的回流液入口相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高纯甲烷生产装置,其特征在于:所述换热器组包括主换热器、过冷器;所述LNG储槽的出口经所述过冷器与所述塔顶冷凝器的LNG入口相连接,所述塔顶冷凝器的天然气出口经所述主换热器与所述低温天然气压缩机的入口相连接,所述低温天然气压缩机的出口经所述主换热器与所述洗涤塔的天然气入口相连接,所述洗涤塔的重组分液体出口经所述主换热器连接至重组分排出位置,所述洗涤塔的轻组分气体出口经所述主换热器与所述分离罐的气液入口相连接,所述分离罐的气体出口经所述主换热器与所述塔底蒸发器的气体入口相连接,所述精馏塔的气体出口经所述主换热器连接至轻组分排出位置,所述精馏塔的高纯甲烷出口经所述过冷器与所述高纯甲烷储槽的入口相连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高纯甲烷生产装置,其特征在于:所述精馏塔、所述塔顶冷凝器、所述塔底蒸发器、所述分离罐、所述洗涤塔和所述换热器组设置于冷箱中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高纯甲烷生产装置,其特征在于:所述冷箱内设置有保温介质。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高纯甲烷生产装置,其特征在于:所述保温介质为珠光砂。
7.根据权利要求4所述的高纯甲烷生产装置,其特征在于:所述冷箱中设置有用于提供冷能的氮循环管路。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高纯甲烷生产装置,其特征在于:所述洗涤塔的重组分液体出口经所述换热器组后,再经第一节流阀连接至所述重组分排出位置;所述塔底蒸发器的液体出口经第二节流阀与所述精馏塔的液体入口相连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高纯甲烷生产装置,其特征在于:所述LNG储槽的出口、所述高纯甲烷储槽的入口分别设置有控制阀。
