Abstract

The present disclosure provides a messy detection device of cigarette and tobacco packaging system. The messy detection device of cigarette includes: a fixed bracket configured to be mounted on a cigarette packaging device, having a reference surface; a movable member having a free end movable relative to the reference surface, the movable member having a holding state in which the free end is held at a predetermined position relative to the reference surface; and a detecting part configured to detect whether the free end deviates from a preset position so as to judge whether messy cigarettes exist in a cigarette group stacked in a die box of the cigarette packaging device. The cigarette packaging system comprises: a cigarette packaging apparatus comprising a cartridge configured to store a cigarette group consisting of a plurality of cigarettes, and a cigarette conveying device configured to convey the cartridge in a preset direction; and the cigarette mess detection device is arranged on cigarette packaging equipment. The messy cigarette detecting device and the tobacco packaging system can effectively detect messy cigarettes in the cigarette group in the die box.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of cigarette production equipment, and in particular, to a messy cigarette detecting device and a cigarette packaging system.
Background
In the process of forming cigarettes, the messy cigarettes of the cigarette groups in the die box are a quality risk which is difficult to avoid, and an effective detection means is needed to avoid the messy cigarettes from entering the next procedure, so that the product quality is influenced.

a movable member having a free end movable with respect to the reference surface, the movable member having a holding state in which the free end holds a preset position with respect to the reference surface; and
and the detection component is configured to detect whether the free end deviates from the preset position so as to judge whether messy cigarettes exist in a cigarette group stacked in a die box of the cigarette packaging equipment.
According to some embodiments of the disclosure, an abutment member is included, which is mounted to the free end and abuts on the fixed bracket to maintain the free end in the preset position.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, further comprising a control device in signal connection with the detection component and/or the cigarette delivery device and configured to: and if the free end deviates from the preset position, outputting an alarm signal and/or stopping the cigarette conveying device from conveying the cigarette group signal.

Referring to fig. 1-2, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cigarette mess detection device comprising a fixed support, a movable component, and a detection component 4. The fixed bracket is configured to be mounted on a cigarette packaging device, the fixed bracket having a datum plane B. The movable member has a free end F movable relative to the reference plane B, and the movable member has a holding state in which the free end F is held at a predetermined position relative to the reference plane B. The detecting member 4 is configured to detect whether the free end F deviates from a preset position to determine whether a messy cigarette exists in the group of cigarettes 9 stacked in the capsule 8 of the cigarette packing apparatus.
According to the cigarette messy detection device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the cigarette messy detection device can be arranged on the side of the cigarette conveying device along the conveying direction, if a cigarette group in the die box contains messy cigarettes, the messy cigarettes disturb the free ends of the movable components in the conveying process to deviate from the preset positions, the detection components can detect whether the free ends deviate from the preset positions, so that the fact that the cigarette group contains messy cigarettes is timely judged, the risk of the cigarette group containing messy cigarettes flowing to the next procedure is reduced, and the product quality is guaranteed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cigarette mess detecting device includes an abutment member 7, the abutment member 7 being mounted to the free end F and abutting against the fixed bracket to maintain the free end F in a predetermined position.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the movable member includes a rod-like member 5 and a plate-like member 6, a first end of the rod-like member 5 is rotatably mounted to the fixed bracket, a second end of the rod-like member 5 is connected to the plate-like member 6, and an abutment member 7 is mounted on the plate-like member 6.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixing bracket may include a rod-shaped member fixing bracket 1 for fixing the rod-shaped member 5 to the cigarette packing device and a detecting member fixing bracket 2 for fixing the detecting member 4 to the cigarette packing device, the first end of the rod-shaped member 5 being rotatably mounted to the rod-shaped member fixing bracket 1, and the reference plane B being at least a part of the upper surface of the detecting member fixing bracket 2. In order to fully and reasonably utilize the installation space on the cigarette packaging equipment, the two cigarette packaging equipment and the cigarette packaging equipment can be integrally arranged or can be arranged in a split mode.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cigarette mess detecting apparatus further includes a connection shaft 3, the rod-shaped member 5 and the fixed bracket are rotatably connected by the connection shaft 3, and the rod-shaped member 5 and the connection shaft 3 are connected by a bearing.
Based on the connection mode of the rod-shaped part 5 and the fixed support, the rod-shaped part 5 can rotate more smoothly relative to the fixed support, so that the sensitivity of detecting messy cigarettes can be improved, and the risk that the rod-shaped part 5 damages the messy cigarettes can be reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the abutment member 7 includes an adjustment bolt, and the free end F is provided with a screw hole that cooperates with the adjustment bolt, and one end of the adjustment bolt passes through the screw hole and abuts against the fixing bracket.
In the above embodiment, the adjusting bolt is in threaded fit with the screw hole, and the screw hole is a through hole, and the distance between the free end F and the reference surface B can be changed by rotating the adjusting bolt, so that the size of the gap between the free end F and the top surface of the cigarette pack is changed, and the detection requirements of the mould boxes and cigarettes with different specifications are met.
In view of the accuracy and sensitivity of the detection, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the rod-like member 5 is located above the smoke group 9, and the gap between the rod-like member 5 and the top surface of the smoke group in the holding state may be set to 0.5mm.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the detection part 4 includes a displacement gauge head, and the detection part 4 is configured to detect a distance between the displacement gauge head and the free end F to detect whether the free end F deviates from a preset position.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the movable member may include a plate member 6 located at the free end F, and the detecting member 4 determines whether the free end F deviates from the preset position by detecting the distance between the displacement probe and the end surface of the plate member 6, and when the detecting member 4 detects that the gap between the displacement probe and the plate member 6 changes, it indicates that the free end F is disturbed, and that there are messy cigarettes in the cigarette group.
Considering the different measuring ranges and the different precision of the different kinds of detecting components, in some embodiments, the mounting position of the displacement measuring head relative to the reference plane B is adjustable, so that the gap between the displacement measuring head and the plate-shaped component 6 can be adaptively adjusted according to the detecting requirements of the mould boxes and cigarettes with different specifications. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the clearance between the displacement probe and the plate-like member 6 may be 2mm.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, some embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a cigarette packaging system including a cigarette packaging device and a cigarette mess detection apparatus provided by embodiments of the present disclosure. The cigarette packaging apparatus includes a magazine 8 configured to store a cigarette group 9 composed of a plurality of cigarettes, and a cigarette conveying device configured to convey the magazine 8 in a preset direction. The cigarette mess detection device is arranged on cigarette packaging equipment.
The cigarette packaging system provided by the embodiment of the disclosure has the advantages of the cigarette mess detection device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cigarette mess detecting device is located at a side of the cigarette conveying device along a preset direction, and the movable part is located at a side of the fixed support near the die case 8 and extends along the preset direction.
The arrangement mode can fully utilize the installation space on the cigarette packaging equipment, and is particularly suitable for the full-open type packaging machine with less die boxes and limited installation space.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cigarette packaging system further comprises a control device in signal connection with the detection member 4 and/or the cigarette conveying device and configured to: if the free end F deviates from the preset position, an alarm signal and/or a signal for stopping the cigarette conveying device from conveying the cigarette group 9 are output.
The following further describes a cigarette mess detection device and a cigarette packaging system of some embodiments of the present disclosure in connection with fig. 1-2.
The cigarette packaging system comprises cigarette packaging equipment and a cigarette mess detection device. The cigarette packaging apparatus includes a magazine 8 configured to store a cigarette group 9 composed of a plurality of cigarettes, and a cigarette conveying device configured to convey the magazine 8 in a preset direction. The cigarette mess detection device is arranged on cigarette packaging equipment.
The messy cigarette detecting device comprises a fixed support, a movable part, a connecting shaft 3, a detecting part 4 and an abutting part 7.
The fixing bracket comprises a rod-shaped part fixing bracket 1 and a detection part fixing bracket 2.
The movable member includes a rod-like member 5 and a plate-like member 6, the rod-like member 5 being rotatably mounted at a first end thereof to the fixed bracket, the rod-like member 5 being connected at a second end thereof to the plate-like member 6, and being mounted on the plate-like member 6 against the member 7. 2. A device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises an abutment member (7), said abutment member (7) being mounted to said free end (F) and abutting against said fixed support so as to maintain said free end (F) in said preset position.

A cigarette mess detection device according to claim 2, characterized in that the movable member comprises a rod-like member (5) and a plate-like member (6), a first end of the rod-like member (5) being rotatably mounted to the stationary bracket, a second end of the rod-like member (5) being connected to the plate-like member (6), the abutment member (7) being mounted on the plate-like member (6).

A cigarette packaging system according to claim 8, wherein the cigarette mess detection means is located laterally of the cigarette conveying means in the predetermined direction, and the movable member is located on a side of the fixed support adjacent to the capsule (8) and extends in the predetermined direction.

A cigarette packaging system according to claim 8, further comprising a control device in signal connection with the detection member (4) and/or the cigarette conveying device and configured to: and if the free end (F) deviates from the preset position, outputting an alarm signal and/or a signal for stopping the cigarette conveying device from conveying the cigarette group (9).
