Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种液化气输送管道中继罐,包 括设在中继罐顶端的出气管、和中继罐下端相连通的 进气管、设在中继罐内的汽化腔、汽化腔内有催化剂, 在输送管道中凝结成液态的液化气经进气管流入,在 汽化腔内催化剂的作用下重新变成气体,通过出气管 排出,保证管道液化气输送流畅。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种液化气输送管道用辅助装置,具体为一种液化气管道中继罐。
液化气(包括煤气、天然气、气化液体合成燃料)采用管道输送时,有时会重新凝结成液态,不但造成气体输送不畅,还会浪费燃料。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够使管道中凝结成液态的燃料重新变成气体,保证液化气管道输送流畅的装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一个内部设有气化腔的中继罐,气化腔内有催化剂,中继罐的顶端和输出管相连通,输入管和中继罐的下端相连通。
使用本实用新型,由输入管进入中继罐内的液化气若成为液体,则在气化腔内催化剂的作用下会重新转化为气体,通过输出管输出。

本实用新型中继罐5包括设在中继罐5顶端的出气管1和与中继罐5下端相连通的进气管2,设在中继罐5内的气化腔3,气化腔3内有催化剂6,气化腔3设在中继罐5中部,其上下壁设有导流孔4,输送管道中凝结成液态的液化气经进气管2进入中继罐5的下端,在气化腔3内催化剂6的作用下,重新变为气体,通过气化腔3上下壁上的导流孔4升到中继罐5的顶部,通过出气管1排出。

1、液化气管道中继罐,其特征在于包括中继罐5、设在中继罐5顶端的出气管1、和中继罐5下端相连通的进气管2、设在中继罐5内的气化腔3,气化腔3内有催化剂6。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种液化气管道中继罐,其特征在于气化腔3设在中继罐5中部,其上下壁设有导流孔4。
