The tip 110 limits the height of the ink cartridge 100 of the stylus holder 52t by two stoppers 130. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, each of the two sides of the stylus holder 52t is provided with a limited portion 52g, when the stylus holder 52t is engaged with the chip 120, one end of the limited portion 52g facing the ink cartridge 100 is located below the extension portion 133, that is, the limited portion 52g may enter the action range of the limiting member 130 at the initial stage of tilting up and be inserted into the gap between the extension portion 133 and the upper end surface 112, so that the extension portion 133 may effectively inhibit the stylus holder 52t from tilting up, and the limiting member 130 may limit the stylus holder 52t in the height direction of the ink cartridge 100, so that the chip 120 and the stylus holder 52t may be correctly engaged, and further the electrical connection stability between the chip 120 and the mounting portion 50 may be ensured. The initial tilt-up is the time period between contact of the stylus holder 52t with the chip 120, but no force between them, and contact of the stylus holder 52t with the chip 120, and a force between them.
When the restricted portion 52g is inserted between the extension 133 and the upper end surface 112, a gap may be provided between the restricted portion 52g and the extension 133.
By the projection of the extension 133 in the direction opposite to the mounting direction not exceeding the side of the corresponding cut-off surface 1311 near the mounting groove 113 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100, it is possible to enable the extension 133 to increase the risk of interference between the stopper 130 and the stylus holder 52t in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100 during the mounting of the ink cartridge 100. Specifically, since the projection of the extension 133 in the direction opposite to the mounting direction (i.e., -Y direction) does not exceed the side of the corresponding cut-off surface 1311 near the mounting groove 113 in the width direction (i.e., + X direction) of the ink cartridge 100, the portion of the stylus holder 52t located between the two regulated portions 52g can be made to be away in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100, so that the risk of the front end portion 110 interfering with the stylus holder 52t in the X direction is not increased.
The two restricted portions 52g may have the same or different inclination in the height direction of the ink cartridge 100.
When the combination of the ink cartridge 100 and the tray 20 is mounted on the mounting portion 50, the locking portion 54 is combined with the fixing structure on the tray 20 to prevent the combination from being separated from the mounting portion 50; the tray positioning portion 21 is combined with the positioning portion 53 to position the assembly at a substantially position in a direction perpendicular to the mounting direction; the ink outlet 114 is combined with the ink supply needle 51, and can supply ink in the ink cartridge 100 to the mounting portion 50 and supply ink for printing; the contact pins provided on the contact pin holders 52t of the device-side terminal portion 52 are brought into contact with the chip 120, and the transmission of the electric signals between the ink cartridge 100 and the mounting portion 50 is completed; when the stylus holder 52t is engaged with the chip 120, the limited portion 52g is located below the extension portion toward one end of the ink cartridge 100, the extension portion 133 can effectively inhibit the stylus holder 52t from tilting upward, and the limiting member 130 can limit the stylus holder 52t in the height direction of the ink cartridge 100, so that the chip 120 and the stylus holder 52t can be correctly engaged.
Alternatively, the projection of the side surface of the extension 133, which is close to the front end surface 111, in the direction opposite to the mounting direction is located in the corresponding cut-off surface 1311, and the area size of the side surface of the extension 133 in the mounting direction of the ink cartridge 100 does not exceed the area size of the cut-off surface 1311; the length of the extension 133 is smaller than the length of the stopper arm 131 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100, i.e., the extension 133 is narrower than the stopper arm 131, so that it is ensured that the projection of the extension 133 in the direction opposite to the mounting direction does not exceed the side edge of the corresponding cut-off surface 1311 near the mounting groove 113 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100.
Wherein, in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100, the extension 133 is located on a side of the corresponding cut-off surface 1311 near the mounting groove 113.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the side surface of the extension portion 133 adjacent to the mounting groove 113 is a transition surface 133a, the side surface of the front end of the transition surface 133a in the mounting direction is a front side surface 133b, and the side surface of the rear end of the transition surface 133a in the mounting direction is a rear side surface 133c.
Wherein, in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100, the distance between the two front sides 133b of the two extension portions 133 is larger than the distance between the two rear sides 133c, so that the extending direction of the transition surface 133a is inclined with respect to the mounting direction of the ink cartridge 100, and it is ensured that the projection of the extension portions 133 in the direction opposite to the mounting direction does not exceed the side of the corresponding cut-off surface 1311 near the mounting groove 113 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100. This arrangement facilitates the escape of the two extension portions 133 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100 from the portion of the stylus holder 52t between the two regulated portions 52 g.
In an alternative embodiment, the rear side edge 133c may coincide with a corresponding side edge of the stop surface 1311 proximate the mounting slot 113.
Alternatively, the transition surface 133a may be perpendicular to the upper end surface 112. By this arrangement, the pitch in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100 of the points where the two transition surfaces 133a of the two extension portions 133 are identical in the mounting direction of the ink cartridge 100 can be made identical, which is advantageous in avoiding the portion of the stylus holder 52t between the two regulated portions 52g in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the upper end surface 112 is provided with relief portions recessed on both sides of the mounting groove 113 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100, the relief portions communicating with the mounting groove 113.
The escape portion may escape the restricted portion 52g that is inclined upward. The avoidance portion may be an avoidance groove. The end surface of the escape portion in the height direction of the ink cartridge is an escape surface 1121, and the escape surface 1121 is provided near the front end surface 111.
The relief surface 1121 may be an inclined surface, the relief surface 1121 intersects the front end surface 111, and a side edge of the relief surface 1121 on a side away from the front end surface 111 is located above a side edge of the relief surface 1121 on a side close to the front end surface 111. In this way, at the initial stage of the tilting of the restricted portion 52g, the restricted portion 52g is retracted by the retraction portion, so that the restricted portion 52g can be effectively prevented from tilting further.
The projection of the extension 133 in the height direction of the ink cartridge 100 is at least partially located on the relief surface 1121, and the height direction of the ink cartridge 100 is perpendicular to the upper end surface 112. By this arrangement, the avoiding portion can avoid the limited portion 52g at the initial stage of limiting the stylus holder 52t by the limiting member 130, so that the chip 120 and the stylus holder 52t can be correctly engaged.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present utility model, and not for limiting the same; although the utility model has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the utility model.
