The front end portion 110 restricts the height direction of the ink cartridge 100 of the stylus holder 52t by two stoppers 130. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, one restricted portion 52g is provided on each of both sides of the contact pin holder 52t, and when the contact pin holder 52t is engaged with the chip 120, the restricted portion 52g is located below the extension portion 133 toward one end of the ink cartridge 100, that is, the restricted portion 52g enters the action range of the stopper 130 in the initial stage of the tilt-up and is inserted into the gap between the extension portion 133 and the upper end surface 112, so that the extension portion 133 can effectively suppress the tilt-up of the contact pin holder 52t, and the stopper 130 can limit the contact pin holder 52t in the height direction of the ink cartridge 100, so that the chip 120 can be properly engaged with the contact pin holder 52t, and the electrical connection stability between the chip 120 and the mounting portion 50 can be ensured. The initial period of tilt-up is the period of time between when the stylus holder 52t is in contact with the chip 120 but there is no force between the two until the stylus holder 52t is in contact with the chip 120 and there is a force between the two.
When the restricted portion 52g is inserted between the extended portion 133 and the upper end surface 112, a gap may be provided between the restricted portion 52g and the extended portion 133.
By the projection of the extension 133 in the direction opposite to the mounting direction not exceeding the corresponding cut-off surface 1311 near the side of the mounting groove 113 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100, it is possible to enable the extension 133 to mount the ink cartridge 100 without increasing the risk of interference between the stopper 130 and the stylus holder 52t in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100. Specifically, by the projection of the extension 133 in the direction opposite to the mounting direction (i.e., -Y direction) not exceeding the side of the corresponding cut-off surface 1311 near the mounting groove 113 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100 (i.e., + X direction), the portion of the stylus holder 52t between the two restricted portions 52g can be configured to recede in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100, so that the risk of interference between the tip portion 110 and the stylus holder 52t in the X direction does not increase.
The two restricted portions 52g may have the same or different inclination widths in the height direction of the ink cartridge 100.
When the combined body of the ink cartridge 100 and the tray 20 is mounted on the mounting portion 50, the locking portion 54 is engaged with the fixing structure of the tray 20 to prevent the combined body from being separated from the mounting portion 50; the tray positioning portion 21 is combined with the positioning portion 53 to position the approximate position of the combined body in the direction perpendicular to the mounting direction; the ink outlet 114 is combined with the ink supply needle 51, and can supply ink in the ink box 100 to the mounting part 50 and supply ink for printing; the contact pins provided on the contact pin holder 52t of the device-side terminal portion 52 are in contact with the chip 120, and the transmission of the electrical signal between the ink cartridge 100 and the mounting portion 50 is completed; when the contact pin holder 52t is engaged with the chip 120, the restricted portion 52g is located below the extended portion toward one end of the ink cartridge 100, the extended portion 133 can effectively suppress the upward tilting of the contact pin holder 52t, and the stopper 130 can limit the contact pin holder 52t in the height direction of the ink cartridge 100, so that the chip 120 and the contact pin holder 52t can be properly engaged.
Alternatively, the projection of the side surface of the extension 133 close to the front end surface 111 in the direction opposite to the mounting direction is located within the corresponding cut-off surface 1311, and the area size of the side surface of the extension 133 in the mounting direction of the ink cartridge 100 does not exceed the area size of the cut-off surface 1311; in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100, the length of the extending portion 133 is smaller than the length of the stopper arm 131, i.e., the extending portion 133 is narrower than the stopper arm 131, so that it can be ensured that the projection of the extending portion 133 in the direction opposite to the mounting direction does not exceed the corresponding cut-off surface 1311 near the side of the mounting groove 113 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100.
The extending portion 133 is located on the side of the corresponding blocking surface 1311 close to the mounting groove 113 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the side of the outward extension 133 near the mounting groove 113 is a transition surface 133a, the side of the transition surface 133a at the front end in the mounting direction is a front side 133b, and the side of the transition surface 133a at the rear end in the mounting direction is a rear side 133c.
In the width direction of the ink cartridge 100, the distance between the two front sides 133b of the two extending portions 133 is greater than the distance between the two rear sides 133c, so that the extending direction of the transition surface 133a is inclined relative to the mounting direction of the ink cartridge 100, and the projection of the extending portion 133 in the direction opposite to the mounting direction can be ensured not to exceed the side of the corresponding stop surface 1311 close to the mounting groove 113 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100. With this arrangement, the two extending portions 133 can be advantageously retracted from the portion of the contact pin 52t between the two restricted portions 52g in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100.
In an alternative embodiment, the rear side 133c may coincide with the side of the corresponding stopping surface 1311 adjacent to the mounting groove 113.
Alternatively, the transition surface 133a may be perpendicular to the upper end surface 112. With this arrangement, the distance between the two transition surfaces 133a of the two extending portions 133, which are located at the same position in the mounting direction of the ink cartridge 100, in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100 can be made the same, which facilitates the avoidance of the portion of the contact pin frame 52t between the two restricted portions 52g in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the upper end surface 112 is provided with escape portions recessed on both sides of the mounting groove 113 in the width direction of the ink cartridge 100, and the escape portions communicate with the mounting groove 113.
The escape portion can escape the tilted-up restricted portion 52 g. The avoiding portion may be an avoiding groove. An end surface of the escape portion in the height direction of the ink cartridge is an escape surface 1121, and the escape surface 1121 is provided near the front end surface 111.
The avoidance surface 1121 may be an inclined surface, the avoidance surface 1121 intersects with the front end surface 111, and a side of the avoidance surface 1121, which is away from the front end surface 111, is located above a side of the avoidance surface 1121, which is close to the front end surface 111. In this arrangement, at the initial stage of the ascending of the restricted portion 52g, the escape portion escapes the restricted portion 52g, and the restricted portion 52g can be effectively prevented from further ascending.
The projection of the extension 133 in the height direction of the ink cartridge 100 is at least partially located on the escape surface 1121, and the height direction of the ink cartridge 100 is perpendicular to the upper end surface 112. With this arrangement, at the initial stage of the position limit of the holder 52t by the position limit member 130, the escape portion can escape the restricted portion 52g, and the chip 120 and the holder 52t can be surely engaged with each other properly.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
