工作原理:首先,物料经过机体1破碎后会通过进料口进入到粉碎箱2的内腔中,此时通过外接电源启动第一驱动电机11,第一驱动电机11工作的时候其输出轴会带动左侧的转动齿轮12转动,从而带动与之相互啮合的另一个转动齿轮12转动,两个转动齿轮12转动会分别带动相邻的转轴转动,两个转轴转动的同时会带动相邻的粉碎辊9转动,两个粉碎辊9转动会对进入来的物料进行粉碎,粉碎后的物料通过两个导料板8的设置会掉落到筛选槽7的内腔中,由于两个转轴转动的同时会带动相邻的第一单槽轮转动,第一单槽轮转动会通过皮带13带动第二单槽轮转动,第二单槽轮转动会带动活动轴转动,活动轴转动会带动主动锥形齿轮14转动,主动锥形齿轮14转动会带动从动锥形齿轮15转动,而从动锥形齿轮15转动会带动蜗杆16转动,蜗杆16转动会带动蜗轮17转动,蜗轮17转动会带动传动杆18转动,传动杆18转动会带动凸轮20转动,两个凸轮20转动会来回推动相邻的活动板21向上移动,并拉伸相邻的第一弹簧19,且当两个凸轮20转动至远离相邻的活动板21时,此时活动板21会在相邻第一弹簧19回弹力的作用下向下移动,所以会带动筛选槽7来回的上下抖动对物料进行筛分,从而使大颗粒物料从出料口和排料口排出,而小颗粒物料则会通过筛网4掉落到斜板5上,再通过左侧的排料口排出,此时还可以通过外接电源启动第二驱动电机23,第二驱动电机23工作的时候其输出轴会带动转杆24转动,转杆24转动会通过移动杆25带动移动块26左右移动,移动块26左右移动会带动推杆28左右移动,推杆28左右移动会带动圆球29来回不断的敲击斜板5产生震动,从而加快小颗粒下料的速率,从而便于对大小颗粒的物料进行分开收集。Working principle: firstly, after the material is crushed by the machine body 1, it will enter the inner cavity of the crushing
