In the above embodiment, further, the distal end of the connecting portion 32 is further provided with a protruding portion, which is disposed at an angle with respect to the supporting arm 31 and is higher than the outer diameter envelope circle of the cartridge 1/anvil 2. Optionally, the distal end of the protrusion is blunt to avoid damaging tissue. In this embodiment, the distal width of the protrusion is less than the proximal width. The protrusions may be arcuate, spherical or planar. Optionally, the angle of the protrusions relative to the cartridge 1/anvil 2 may be adjustable to meet different angular requirements. The protruding portion can play a role in picking up blood vessels and stripping tissues.
In practical application, the auxiliary sheet assembly can be arranged on the nail bin 1 of one anastomat, or the auxiliary sheet assembly can be arranged on the nail anvil 2 of one anastomat, or the auxiliary sheet assemblies are arranged on the nail bin 1 and the nail anvil 2, and the auxiliary sheets on the nail bin 1 and the nail anvil 2 can be similar auxiliary sheets or different auxiliary sheets. Preferably, the secondary plate assembly does not increase the distance between the staple cartridge 1 and the anvil 2 when the staple cartridge 1 and anvil 2 are in a closed state in proximity to each other.
The foregoing is a further detailed description of the utility model in connection with the preferred embodiments, and it is not intended that the utility model be limited to the specific embodiments described. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several simple deductions or substitutions may be made without departing from the spirit of the utility model, and these should be considered to be within the scope of the utility model.
