Claims (14)

1. A cover, comprising:
an inner cover, wherein a concave part is arranged on one side of the inner cover;
a steam valve, at least a portion of the steam valve being located within the recess;
the coil assembly is arranged on one side of the inner cover, a temperature controller is arranged on the coil assembly, and the temperature controller deviates from the center of the coil assembly and is close to the steam valve.
2. The cover of claim 1, further comprising a thermal cover plate disposed on a side of the inner cover facing away from the coil assembly, wherein a temperature measurement end of the thermostat extends between the thermal cover plate and the inner cover through the inner cover.
3. The cover body according to claim 2, wherein a boss is formed on a side of the heat-insulating cover plate facing away from the inner cover, a groove adapted to correspond to the boss is formed on a side of the heat-insulating cover plate facing toward the inner cover, and a temperature measuring end of the temperature controller is located in the groove.
4. A cover according to claim 3, wherein the side of the boss remote from the inner cover is provided with an opening, and the thermostat is provided in correspondence with the opening.
5. The cover of claim 4, wherein the orthographic projection of the temperature measuring end of the temperature controller on the heat preservation cover plate covers at least a portion of the opening.
6. The cover of claim 4, wherein the temperature measuring end of the temperature controller abuts the boss.
7. A cover according to claim 3, wherein the coil assembly comprises a coil disc, an ac coil is wound on the coil disc, the ac coil is located at the outer peripheral side of the temperature controller, and at least part of orthographic projection of the ac coil on the heat-insulating cover plate is located in the groove.
8. The cover of claim 7, wherein an orthographic projected area of the ac coil on a side of the groove facing the inner cover is greater than or equal to one quarter of an area of a side of the groove facing the inner cover.
9. The cover of claim 7, wherein the recess is located in an area surrounded by an edge of an orthographic projection of the ac coil on the insulating cover.
10. The cover according to claim 7, wherein the ac coil has an elliptical structure, and the inner cover is provided with the steam valve on a short axis side of the elliptical structure.
11. The cover of claim 1, wherein the inner cover is provided with an opening adapted to correspond to the coil assembly, and a thermal insulation seat plate is disposed at the opening.
12. The cover of claim 11, wherein the thermal insulation base plate is provided with a through hole for the temperature controller to extend.
13. The cover of claim 2, wherein the insulating cover comprises a conductive material.
14. A cooking appliance comprising a cover as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13.
