Description

Slurry scraper
Technical Field
The present utility model relates to a slurry scraper for collecting slurry, and more particularly, to a slurry scraper for collecting residual slurry before and after preparing slurry for solar cells.
Background
In the photovoltaic solar power generation field, silver paste needs to be printed onto a silicon wafer to form a solar cell. When slurry placement is performed before and after the silver paste is prepared, the paste may remain on the paste tank walls. In addition, slurry remains on the slurry preparation machine roll.
On the one hand, slurry residues can cause loss of raw material components in the slurry, and inaccurate proportioning of the slurry components is caused. When the experimental data of the slurry are measured, the experimental data are inaccurate, and the experimental cost is increased due to repeated experiments. When used to prepare solar cells, this can result in failure to obtain a desired quality of the solar cell, possibly resulting in a reduction in the energy conversion efficiency of the solar cell. On the other hand, the cost of silver paste is relatively high, and paste residue causes paste loss, thereby resulting in an increase in production cost. Therefore, it is desirable to minimize the slurry residue.
It is common practice to use a scraper to scrape the residual slurry off the slurry tank walls or the preparer rollers. One known slurry scraper is formed from a rectangular plastic strip and a rectangular plastic plate adhesively attached by an AB glue or 520 glue. A slurry blade is also known, which is formed by cutting an injection molded plastic belt into strips. These slurry scrapers are thick, hard, single in shape, and cannot scrape the slurry remaining on the slurry tank walls or the preparer rollers. In addition, these slurry blades have poor heat resistance, poor abrasion resistance, easy burning, short life, rough surface, and may suffer from burrs and chips, and in particular, become brittle and hard at low temperatures, adversely affect slurry collection, and may damage the slurry tank walls or the machine rollers.
Accordingly, there is a need for improvements in pulp scrapers.

It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present utility model may be practiced without some of these specific details. Furthermore, it should be understood that the utility model is not limited to specific described embodiments. Rather, the utility model can be considered to be implemented with any combination of the following features and elements, whether or not they relate to different embodiments. Thus, the following features, embodiments, and advantages are merely illustrative and should not be considered elements or limitations of the claims except where explicitly set out in a claim.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like, herein are used to describe components or portions, and are merely used to distinguish between components or portions and are not used to limit the order or number of such components or portions.
Fig. 1 to 3 are schematic front, top and left views of a slurry blade according to an embodiment of the present utility model.
As shown in fig. 1, the pulp scraper 100 includes a rectangular support plate 1. The support plate 1 comprises a first side 11 and a second side 12 forming the long sides of the rectangle and a third side 13 and a fourth side 14 forming the short sides of the rectangle. The support plate 1 is made of, for example, plastic in order to provide sufficient strength to the pulp scraper 100. The plastic is, for example, polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP). It should be appreciated that the support plate 1 may also be made of any suitable known hard material, such as metal, provided that sufficient strength is provided to the slurry blade 100.
The support plate 1 is coated with a flexible material at the first side 11 to form a first wiper strip 2. The support plate 1 is coated with a flexible material at the third side 13 to form the second wiper strip 3. The hardness of the first wiper strip 2 and the second wiper strip 3 is smaller than the hardness of the support plate 1. The first wiper strip 2 extends outwardly from the first side edge 11 parallel to the third side edge 13. The second wiper strip 3 extends outwardly from the third side edge 13 parallel to the first side edge 11. The first wiper strip 2 can be used, for example, for wiping off residual pulp from the side wall of a pulp tank. The second scraper 3 can be used, for example, for scraping off residual pulp from the bottom wall of the pulp tank.
The first wiper strip 2 has a cross section in the thickness direction which decreases gradually towards its free edge 21 and the second wiper strip 3 has a cross section in the thickness direction which decreases gradually towards its free edge 31, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. That is, the thicknesses of the first and second wiper strips 2 and 3 gradually decrease. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cross sections of the first wiper strip 2 and the second wiper strip 3 in the thickness direction are each trapezoidal. Preferably, the trapezoid is an isosceles trapezoid.
The slurry screed of the present utility model may have a thinner blade edge thickness (i.e., the thickness of the blade portion used to scrape the slurry) and a softer blade, relative to prior art slurry screeds having the same thickness in each portion, which allows the slurry to be collected cleaner and without damaging the collected surface.
Preferably, the flexible material forming the first 2 and second 3 wiper strips is the same. The flexible material may be, for example, silicone. It should be appreciated that the flexible material forming the first 2 and second 3 wiper strips may be any suitable known flexible material, such as a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), as long as it is suitable for wiping a slurry.
In a preferred embodiment, the edge thickness of the first wiper strip 2 and the second wiper strip 3 at their respective free edges is in the range of 1mm to 3 mm. The edge thickness of the first wiper strip 2 is greater than the edge thickness of the second wiper strip 3. In a specific embodiment, the length of the first scraping strip 2 is 110mm, and the edge thickness is 2.5mm; the second wiper strip 3 has a length of 40mm and an edge thickness of 1.7mm. Advantageously, the edge thickness of the wiper strip corresponds to the length of the wiper strip, for example, the length of the wiper strip is large, and correspondingly the edge thickness of the wiper strip is large, and vice versa, whereby the amount of compressive deformation of the first wiper strip 2 and the second wiper strip 3 is substantially the same when the same pressure is applied thereto, and the slurry collection effect obtained is also substantially the same.
As shown in fig. 1, the projections of the first wiper strip 2 and the second wiper strip 3 in the plane of the support plate 1 are rectangular.
As shown in fig. 1, the pulp scraper 100 further comprises a handle 5, which handle 5 extends outwardly from the fourth side 14 of the support plate 1. When the slurry is collected, an operator can hold the handle 5 just like holding a kitchen knife easily, and the use is convenient.
Advantageously, the thickness of the handle 5 is slightly greater than the thickness of the support plate 1, so that after the support plate 1 has been coated with silica gel, the thickness of the handle 5 is substantially the same as the thickness of the slurry scraper 100 at the support plate 1. In a specific embodiment, the thickness of the support plate 1 is 3mm and the thickness of the handle 5 is 5mm.
Advantageously, a projection 4 for finger pressure is provided on the second side 12 of the support plate 1. Preferably, the surface of the protrusion 4 facing away from the second side 12 is concave, adapted to receive the fingers of an operator. Preferably, the concave surface of the protrusion 4 has a diameter of 25mm. When encountering residual paste that is difficult to remove, a finger can press against the protrusion 4, thereby increasing the pressure exerted on the wiper strip to assist in removing residual paste that is difficult to remove.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 1, the end of the handle 5 facing away from the support plate 1 is formed with an arc 6. The width and thickness of the arcuate portion 6 are greater than the width and thickness of the handle 5, respectively. The arcuate portion 6 may act to block the operator's hand from slipping off the handle 5 and may also act as a decorative feature.
In a preferred embodiment, the support plate 1 is made of plastic and the first wiper strip 2 and the second wiper strip 3 are made of silicone. In this embodiment, the support plate 1 is integrally formed with the first blade 2 and the second blade 3 by extrusion molding, thereby forming the slurry blade 100, and the portion of the slurry blade 100 where the support plate 1 is located is entirely covered with the silicone rubber. It should be understood that the silicone rubber may also cover only a part of the support plate 1, for example only at the first side 11 and the third side 13 of the support plate 1, in order to form a soft first wiper strip 2 and a soft second wiper strip 3.
The pulp scraper 100 is described in detail above with reference to a rectangular support plate 1, but it will be appreciated that the support plate 1 may also have any suitable shape, such as oval, cross-shaped, square, circular, etc. The support plate 1 is coated with a flexible material to form a first wiper strip 2 and a second wiper strip 3. The first wiper strip 2 and the second wiper strip 3 extend perpendicularly to each other outwardly from the support plate 1.
The slurry scraper 100 is easy to manufacture, convenient to use, smooth in surface, easy to clean, resistant to abrasion, long in service life, environment-friendly, nontoxic, pollution-free, good in chemical property stability, good in thermal stability, capable of being normally used at-60 ℃ to 250 ℃ and good in elasticity even at-60 ℃ to-75 ℃; the support plate provides sufficient strength that the first and second wiper strips are capable of bouncing under force and have a unique shape and good adsorptivity, thereby facilitating the collection of residual slurry on the slurry tank wall or the preparation machine roll cleanly and without damaging the slurry tank wall or the preparation machine roll.
While the utility model has been described in terms of preferred embodiments, the utility model is not so limited. Any person skilled in the art should not depart from the spirit and scope of the present utility model and should therefore fall within the scope of the utility model as defined by the appended claims.
