Please refer to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a packaging knife card 100 according to an embodiment of the utility model. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a packaging knife card 100 includes a plurality of first boards 110 and a plurality of second boards 120. The first plates 110 are parallel to each other and separated from each other, and the second plates 120 are folded in half, and the second plates 120 are also parallel to each other and separated from each other. More precisely, the fold lines FL of the second plate body 120 are parallel to each other. It should be noted that the two adjacent first boards 110 and the two adjacent second boards 120 together form a receiving space SP, for example, the receiving space SP is configured to receive the electronic product 200 (see fig. 6-7 for the electronic product 200).
Please refer to fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a front view of the first plate 110 of fig. 1. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, each of the first board bodies 110 includes a first main board 111 and a plurality of positioning boards 112. The positioning plates 112 are arranged along the second direction D2, and the positioning plates 112 are connected to the first main plate 111 and spaced apart from each other. Furthermore, a first slot SL1 is defined between two adjacent positioning plates 112, and a first width W1 of each positioning plate 112 increases toward a first direction D1 away from the first main plate 111, and the first direction D1 intersects with the second direction D2. In the present embodiment, for example, the first direction D1 and the second direction D2 are perpendicular to each other. On the other hand, the second width W2 of each of the first card slots SL1 tapers toward the first direction D1 away from the corresponding first main plate 111. In practical applications, each of the first main boards 111 and the corresponding positioning board 112 are coplanar, and each of the first board bodies 110 is an integrally formed structure. For example, each of the first plates 110 may be cut from a single card.
Please refer to fig. 3-4. Fig. 3 is a top view of the second plate 120 of fig. 1, wherein the second plate 120 is not folded in half. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the second plate 120 of fig. 1, in which the second plate 120 has been folded in half. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, each of the second board bodies 120 includes two second main boards 121, the two second main boards 121 are connected and folded in half on a folding line FL to form a folding structure, and an acute angle θ is formed between the two second main boards 121. Each of the two second main boards 121 has an edge 122 and a plurality of second clamping grooves SL2, the edge 122 is far away from the opposite folding line FL, and the second clamping grooves SL2 are separated from each other and located on the edge 122. In practical applications, each of the second plates 120 is an integrally formed structure. Similarly, each of the second plates 120 may be cut from a single card, for example.
Please refer to fig. 5. Fig. 5 is an assembled schematic view of the packaging knife card 100 of fig. 1. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, when assembling the packing cutter card 100, a user folds the second plate 120 at the fold line FL to form a fold structure, and engages the second plate 120 and the first plate 110 forming the fold structure with each other. Specifically, the user engages and at least partially accommodates the first main board 111 corresponding to the first board 110 in each of the second slots SL2 of the second board 120, and engages and at least partially accommodates the two second main boards 121 corresponding to the second board 120 in each of the first slots SL1 of the first board 110, so as to form the solid packing knife card 100. In the present embodiment, as described above, the fold lines FL of the second plate body 120 are parallel to each other.
Since the second plate 120 is in a folded structure, and an acute angle θ (see fig. 4) is formed between the two second main plates 121, the second plate 120 in a folded structure has a plurality of rebound resilience and tends to be opened, and after the first plate 110 and the second plate 120 are engaged with each other, each of the second main plates 121 abuts against and presses against the corresponding positioning plate 112 of the first plate 110. In this way, the first plate 110 and the second plate 120 can have a self-locking mechanism after assembly, so that the first plate 110 and the second plate 120 are not easy to be released from each other. In other words, the connection between the first plate 110 and the second plate 120 is more stable, which is beneficial for the user to take and transport the whole packing knife card 100.
Furthermore, since the second plate 120 is a three-dimensional triangle folded structure, the second plate 120 can provide a stable supporting strength for the packing knife card 100, so that the strength of the packing knife card 100 can be effectively improved.
Please refer to fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a schematic view of an application of the packing cutter card 100 of fig. 1. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, two adjacent first boards 110 and two adjacent second boards 120 together form a receiving space SP, and the electronic product 200 can be placed in the receiving space SP. Since each of the second plate bodies 120 is a junction of the two second main plates 121 folded in half at the folding line FL thereof, and the folding line FL is not cut, each of the second plate bodies 120 does not have sharp burrs at the folding line FL thereof, and therefore, when a user places the electronic product 200 in the accommodating space SP or takes the electronic product 200 out of the accommodating space SP, the user is not cut by the folding line FL due to touching the folding line FL, and the use safety of the packaging cutter card 100 can be improved.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1 and 3-6, each of the second plates 120 has at least one through hole TH, and the through holes TH are located on the opposite fold line FL, so that the through holes TH can provide a space-keeping effect for the fingers of the user, and are beneficial for the user to place the electronic product 200 in the accommodating space SP or take out the electronic product 200 from the accommodating space SP.
Please refer to fig. 7. Fig. 7 is a partial cross-sectional view of fig. 6 along line A-A. As described above, since the second board 120 is of a folded structure and has a plurality of rebound resilience, as shown in fig. 7, when the electronic product 200 is placed in the accommodating space SP, the electronic product 200 can push the second main board 121 pressed against it. In this way, the accommodating space SP between two adjacent second boards 120 can accommodate electronic products 200 with different sizes, for example, as shown in fig. 7, the size of the electronic product 200a is larger than that of the electronic product 200b, so that the practicability of the packaging cutter card 100 can be effectively improved.
In summary, the technical solution disclosed in the above embodiment of the present utility model has at least the following advantages:
(1) Because the second plate body is of a doubling structure, and an acute angle is formed between the two second main plates, the second plate body of the doubling structure has a plurality of rebound resilience and tends to be opened, and after the first plate body and the second plate body are mutually clamped, each of the second main plates is abutted against and pressed against the corresponding positioning plate of the first plate body. Therefore, the first plate body and the second plate body can have a self-locking mechanism after being assembled, so that the first plate body and the second plate body are not easy to loosen from each other. In other words, the connection between the first plate body and the second plate body can be more stable, and the whole packing knife card is convenient for a user to take and carry.
(2) Because the second plate body is a three-dimensional triangle folded structure, the second plate body can provide stable supporting strength for the packing knife card, and the strength of the packing knife card can be effectively improved.
(3) Because each of the second plate bodies is a junction of the two second main plates which are folded in half at the position of the second plate body opposite to the folding line, and the folding line is not cut, each of the second plate bodies is not provided with sharp burrs at the position of the second plate body opposite to the folding line, therefore, when a user places the electronic product in the accommodating space or takes the electronic product out of the accommodating space, the user cannot be cut by the folding line due to touching the folding line, and the use safety of the packaging knife card can be improved.
(4) Because the second plate body is of a folding structure and has a plurality of rebound resilience, when the electronic product is placed in the accommodating space, the electronic product can push away the second main plate which is pressed by the electronic product. Therefore, the accommodating space between two adjacent second plate bodies can accommodate electronic products with different sizes, so that the practicability of the packing knife card can be effectively improved.
While the present utility model has been described with reference to the embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model, and the scope of the utility model is defined by the appended claims.
