Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lock that holds cardboard sheets such as cardboards in a stacked state.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, as shown in FIG. 9, a wrap-round cardboard carton for packaging canned beer is formed by connecting a pair of narrow plate 1 and wide plate 2 via a passage piece 3, and connecting the narrow plate 1 and the wide plate. An inner flap 4 and an outer flap 5 are connected to both ends of the face plate 2, respectively.
[0003]
However, such a carton does not become flat when disassembled because the lengths of the opposing narrow surface plate 1 or wide surface plate 2 are different in consideration of the thickness of the cardboard.
[0004]
For this reason, as shown in FIG. 10, the wide plate 2 which overlaps is cut, the locking piece 6 which spreads forward is formed in one, the through-hole 7 is formed in the other, and the locking piece 6 is pushed into the through-hole 7. It can be considered that the overhanging portion 8 on the distal end side of the locking piece 6 is engaged with the side edge of the through-hole 7 so that a superposition lock that prevents the wide-surface plates 2 from separating from each other is provided in the carton.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described superposition lock, the locking piece 6 can easily be removed from the through-hole 7, and if the locking piece 6 is enlarged by widening the distal end side of the locking piece 6 to ensure the locking, the locking piece 6 is passed through the through-hole. There is a problem that it is difficult to push into 7.
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cardboard sheet superposition lock that can easily and reliably lock a cardboard sheet in a superposed state.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the overlapping lock according to the present invention forms a V-shaped oblique fold line in which the interval narrows toward the tip on the inner side of the locking piece, so that the protruding portion of the locking piece is on the side. Even if it protrudes greatly, the locking piece is easily pushed into the through-hole while being bent along the oblique line.
[0008]
In addition, detent pieces are provided on both side edges of the through hole, and the detent pieces prevent the locking piece pushed into the through hole from returning to the end edge of the through hole located on the base end side of the locking piece. A pressing piece is provided, and the locking piece is sandwiched between the pressing piece and the detent piece.
[0009]
In addition, if the latching piece and the through hole are formed at the ridge portion of the folded cardboard sheet, the four cardboard sheets can be strongly locked, and the interval is narrowed toward the tip inside the latching piece. If a V-shaped oblique fold line is formed, the locking piece can be pushed into the through-hole while being bent along the oblique fold line, so that it does not become difficult to lock.
[0010]
Furthermore, when a pressing piece is provided at the end edge of the through hole located on the base end side of the locking piece, the locking piece is pressed by this pressing piece, and the lock is not easily released.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example in which the polymerization lock according to the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a corrugated cardboard carton will be described. In addition, the same code | symbol is used for the part corresponding to each part of the said prior art example.
[0012]
In the carton blank provided with the superposition lock of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, each pair of narrow plate 1 and wide plate 2 are alternately arranged, and the outer edge of one narrow plate 1 is subcultured. 4 and the outer flap 5 are provided continuously.
[0013]
A locking piece 6 is formed in one wide surface plate 2 and a through hole 7 is formed in the other wide surface plate 2 by cutting. The locking piece 6 is provided with a protruding portion 8 that protrudes from the proximal end to both sides through a step, and a V-shaped oblique folding line 9 is formed on the inner side of the locking piece 6 so that the interval decreases toward the distal end. Has been.
[0014]
Further, detent pieces 10 are provided on both side edges of the through hole 7, and pressing pieces 11 are provided on the end edge of the through hole 7 located on the proximal end side of the locking piece 6. Further, a finger insertion portion 12 for a tear band for opening is provided at the center of each narrow plate 1.
[0015]
In order to form such a blank in a carton, as shown in FIG. 2, the ridge lines of the narrow plate 1 and the wide plate 2 are folded, and the passage piece 3 is adhered to the opposite wide plate 2. Then, the inner flap 4 and the outer flap 5 are bonded together to package the product.
[0016]
On the other hand, when the carton is discarded after use, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer flap 5 is peeled off from the inner flap 4 and the narrow plate 1 is crushed so as to fall down.
[0017]
Next, when the locking pieces 6 are pushed into the through holes 7 with the wide-surface plates 2 pressed so as to overlap each other, as shown in FIG. The overhanging portion 8 engages with the side edge of the through-hole 7 while being bent along the through-hole 7.
[0018]
Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5, separation between the wide surface plates 2 is prevented, and the carton is held in a state of being folded flat.
[0019]
Further, at this time, the detent piece 10 is closed, the return of the locking piece 6 pushed into the through hole 7 is prevented, and the locking piece 6 is sandwiched between the detent piece 10 and the pressing piece 11. It is locked and the locking piece 6 does not protrude.
[0020]
Next, the carton provided with the superposition lock according to the second embodiment will be described focusing on its characteristic part.
[0021]
In this carton blank, as shown in FIG. 6, the locking piece 6 and the through hole 7 are formed by cutting the ridges of the narrow plate 1 and the wide plate 2, and the narrow plate 1 and the wide plate 2 have a central portion. A fold line 13 is provided across the line.
[0022]
When the carton formed from such a blank is disassembled as shown in FIG. 7, the portion of the locking piece 6 and the portion of the pressing piece 11 of the through-hole 7 are folded in a mountain.
[0023]
Then, as shown in FIG. 8, when the carton is folded in two along the middle fold line 13 and the locking piece 6 is pushed into the through hole 7, the pressing piece 11 falls and the locking piece 6 bends along the oblique fold line 9. While immersing into the through hole 7, the overhanging portion 8 engages with the side edge of the through hole 7.
[0024]
In such a superposition lock, the cardboard sheets are strongly locked in a state where four cardboard sheets are overlapped, so that the repulsion of the middle folding line 13 can be surely suppressed, and the carton can be discarded in a folded state that is not bulky.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the superposition lock according to the present invention, even if the overhanging portion of the locking piece protrudes greatly to the side, the locking piece can be easily pushed into the through-hole while being bent along the oblique line. The locking piece engaged with the side edge of the through hole is detented by the detent piece and pressed by the pressing piece, so that the cardboard sheet can be easily and reliably locked in a superposed state.
[0026]
In addition, if the locking piece and the through hole are formed on the ridge portion of the folded cardboard sheet, the four cardboard sheets can be strongly locked.
