Description

The present invention relates to an assembly packaging box having an upper opening formed by bending corrugated paperboard having a thickness.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a corrugated cardboard packaging box having a rectangular side plate standing on the periphery of a bottom plate and having an upper portion in an opened state is known. In this type of packaging box, a first side plate is connected to the front and rear side edges of the bottom plate via a fold line, and a second side plate is connected to the left and right side edges of the bottom plate via a fold line. Inner plates are connected to the left and right side edges of the first side plate via a crease line. In addition, a folded plate is connected to the front end edge of the second side plate via a crease line. And when assembling an assembly packaging box, first, each 1st side board is stood up, and an inner side board is bend | folded inward at right angle with respect to a 1st side board. Next, the second side plate is raised and polymerized to the outside of the inner plate. Subsequently, the folded plate is folded inward and polymerized inside the inner plate. Thereby, an inner side board is clamped by the 2nd side board and a folding | turning board, and a packaging box will be in an assembly state.

By the way, it is not possible to reliably maintain the state in which the inner plate is sandwiched between the second side plate and the folded plate only by folding the folded plate and polymerizing it inside the inner plate. Thus, there is known a structure in which a projecting piece is continuously provided at the tip of the folded plate and a slit through which the projecting piece can be inserted is formed at a corresponding position of the projecting piece of the inner plate (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ). According to this, when the folded plate is folded, the protruding piece of the folded plate is inserted into the slit of the inner plate. Thereby, the protruding piece of the folded plate is inserted flat on the outside of the inner plate, and the folded plate is prevented from coming off, so that the inner plate can be held between the second side plate and the folded plate. it can.

However, when the folded piece of the folded plate is inserted into the slit of the inner plate, it must be inserted in the surface direction of the inner plate while being bent between the crease line and the folded plate in the middle of folding. At this time, the corrugated paperboard forming the packaging box has a relatively large bending stiffness, so that it is difficult to bend the folded plate into a curved shape, and the projecting pieces cannot be smoothly inserted into the slits. Or, when trying to bend the folded plate into a curved shape, creases may be attached to unnecessary portions of the folded plate and the appearance may be damaged. There is a risk that the state of locking the protrusions to the slits will be insufficient.

An object of the present invention is to provide an assembly packaging box which can be easily assembled and can reliably maintain the assembled state, eliminating such disadvantages.

In order to achieve such an object, the present invention is an assembly packaging box having an upper opening formed by bending a corrugated paperboard having a thickness, and is connected to each of front and rear side edges of a rectangular bottom plate via a crease line. The first side plate provided is erected, and the inner side plate connected to each of the left and right side edges of each first side plate via a crease line is bent inward at right angles to the first side plate, and the left and right sides of the bottom plate are A second side plate connected to each of the side edges via a crease line is erected and superposed on the outside of the inner side plate, and a folded plate connected to the tip edge of each second side plate via the crease line In the assembly packaging box that holds the inner plate between the second side plate and the folded plate and maintains the assembled state by folding inward and polymerizing inside the inner plate, the inner plate has a hole penetrating in the thickness direction. The folding plate is swingable in the thickness direction and from the hole Or to comprise a larger shape engaging piece, after polymerizing the folded plate inside the inner plate, the engaging piece is pressed against the swing in the thickness direction, the holes in a state in which the outer is closed by the second plate By pressing the engagement pieces so as to form the same plane as the inner plate, the outer edge of the engagement piece accommodated in the inner plate is frictionally engaged with the inner edge of the hole so that the folded plate is folded. It is characterized by maintaining.

According to the present invention, first, the first side plate is erected and each inner plate is bent inward, then the second side plate is erected and polymerized outside the inner plate, and then the folded plate is placed on the inner side of the inner plate. To polymerize. Then, the engagement piece of the folded plate superposed on the inner side of the inner plate is press-fitted so as to be pushed in the thickness direction into the hole formed in the inner plate. Thus, the assembly packaging box of the present invention can be easily assembled. In addition, since the engagement piece of the folded plate is press-fitted into the hole of the inner plate and engaged, the folded state of the folded plate can be reliably maintained. That is, the engagement piece of the folded plate is slightly larger than the hole, so that when it is press-fitted into the hole, the engagement piece is slightly deformed according to the shape of the hole and the corrugated cardboard is restored. Produce power. Thereby, the outer peripheral edge of the engagement piece accommodated in the hole part is elastically pressed toward the inner peripheral edge of the hole part. Then, due to the frictional engagement at this time, the engagement pieces are maintained in the locked state without being disengaged from the hole.

Further, when the engagement piece of the folded plate is press-fitted into the hole of the inner plate, it is only necessary to press and swing the engagement piece in the thickness direction, so that the work such as bending the folded plate is unnecessary. Assembling work can be performed quickly without damaging.

Further, since the depth of the hole (thickness of the inner plate) is equal to the thickness of the engagement piece, the engagement piece engaged with the hole is accommodated flat in the hole. As a result, the engagement piece does not protrude outside or inside the packaging box, so that the appearance of the packaging box is not impaired, and the engagement piece may become an obstacle when the article to be packaged is taken in and out of the packaging box. Absent.

Further, as one aspect of the present invention, the engagement piece is formed so as to be freely separated from the folded plate by a pair of inclined cuts in which the interval gradually decreases inward from the front end edge of the folded plate, The hole is formed by being cut out in a trapezoidal shape at a position corresponding to the engagement piece.

The engaging piece is released from the folded plate into a trapezoidal shape by a pair of inclined cuts. At this time, the engaging piece is in a state where the upper edge (the upper base of the trapezoid) is connected to the folded plate. On the other hand, the hole is also cut out in a trapezoidal shape. As a result, when an upward force is applied to the folded plate in a state where the engagement piece is press-fitted and engaged, the engagement piece is slidably contacted in the direction of narrowing the upper portion of the hole portion, to the hole portion. The engagement state of the engagement piece can be further strengthened. The state in which the upward force is applied to the folded plate is, for example, that a gripping hole penetrating into the packaging box is opened from the second side plate side, and the lower edge of the folded folded plate is at the upper edge of the gripping hole. This occurs when the packaging box is lifted through the gripping hole when it is positioned or when the gripping hole is formed through the folded plate. Therefore, even when the gripping hole is provided on the second side plate side and the packaging box is lifted, the engagement state of the engagement piece with the hole can be reliably maintained, and the folded state of the folded plate is reliably maintained. be able to.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is an explanatory perspective view showing an assembly packaging box according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a development view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing an assembly process, FIG. 4 is an enlarged explanatory view of a main part, and FIG. It is explanatory sectional drawing of a part.

As shown in FIG. 1, the assembly packaging box 1 of the present embodiment is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape with the upper portion being open, and is not shown in the figure, and is used for storing and transporting stored items such as vegetables. is there. As shown in FIG. 2, the packaging box 1 is formed of corrugated paperboard 2 punched into a generally rectangular shape. A substantially rectangular bottom plate 3 is formed at a substantially central portion of the corrugated paperboard 2. A pair of first side plates 4 are connected to the front and rear side edges of the bottom plate 3 via a fold line a. A pair of second side plates 5 are connected to the left and right side edges of the bottom plate 3 via fold lines b, respectively. A pair of inner side plates 6 are connected to the left and right side edges of each first side plate 4 via a crease line c. Further, the folded plate 7 is connected to the leading edge of each second side plate 5 through a pair of crease lines d arranged in parallel at a thickness of approximately one cardboard.

The second side plate 5 is formed with a generally elliptical gripping hole 8. The grasping hole 8 is for the operator to insert and grasp his / her hand when the assembled packaging box 1 shown in FIG. 1 is lifted. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, each inner plate 6 is formed with a notch 9 that is half-matched with the holding hole 8. The notches 9 of each inner plate 6 communicate with the gripping holes 8 when the packaging box 1 is assembled as shown in FIG.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, each inner plate 6 is formed with a trapezoidal hole 10. The hole 10 is located between both side edges (one is a crease line c) of each inner plate 6 and is formed by cutting out in the thickness direction. Each folded plate 7 is formed with a pair of engagement pieces 12 that are freely disengaged by a pair of cuts 11a and 11b extending from the leading edge to the inner substantially central portion. Each engagement piece 12 swings in the thickness direction and is released from the folded plate 7. The pair of cuts 11a and 11b forming the engagement piece 12 are disposed so that the distance gradually decreases inwardly from the front end edge of the folded plate 7. Thereby, the engagement piece 12 in a free state has a trapezoidal shape. As will be described later, the engaging piece 12 is formed in a shape slightly larger than the hole 10. Referring to FIG. 4A, the width dimension e of the lower outer end edge (trapezoid lower base) of the engagement piece 12 is formed larger than the width dimension f of the lower inner end edge of the hole 10.

The corrugated paperboard 2 shown in FIG. 2 configured as described above becomes the packaging box 1 shown in FIG. 1 by assembling as follows. As shown in FIG. 3A, first, both the first side plates 4 are bent upward along the crease line a so as to be perpendicular to the bottom plate 3. Next, each inner plate 6 is folded inward along the crease line c so as to be perpendicular to the first side plate 4.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), both the second side plates 5 are bent upward along the crease line b so as to be perpendicular to the bottom plate 3. At this time, the second side plate 5 is superposed on the outside of each inner plate 6. Then, each folded plate 7 is folded inward along the crease line and superposed on the inner side of each inner plate 6.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 5A, the folded plate 7 in a state of being superimposed on the inner side of the inner plate 6 has the engagement piece 12 positioned corresponding to the hole 10 of the inner plate 6. The Here, as shown in FIG. 4B and FIG. 5B, the engagement piece 12 is press-fitted toward the hole 10. Thereby, the engagement piece 12 is engaged so as to be accommodated in the hole 10. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4A, the width dimension e of the lower outer edge (trapezoid lower base) of the engagement piece 12 is formed larger than the width dimension f of the lower inner edge of the hole 10. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4B, the engagement piece 12 press-fitted into the hole portion 10 is slightly deformed to have restoring elasticity, and both side edges of the engagement piece 12 are inside the hole portion 10. The end edge is pressed. Thereby, the engagement state of the hole 10 and the engagement piece 12 is reliably maintained, and as shown in FIG. 1, the packaging box 1 in which the assembly shape is reliably maintained can be formed.

Further, the folded-back plate 7 is positioned at the lower end edge near the upper edge of the gripping hole 8 as shown in FIG. When the packaging box 1 is lifted by grasping the gripping holes 8 in a state in which stored items such as vegetables are stored in the packaging box 1, a part of the load of the packaging box 1 is turned back on the folding plate 7. It is thought that it is transmitted to. Therefore, in this embodiment, the hole 10 of the inner plate 6 and the engagement piece 12 of the folded plate 7 are both engaged with each other in a trapezoidal shape. Thereby, even if a part of the load of the packaging box 1 is transmitted to the folding plate 7 and an upward force is applied to the folding plate 7, the trapezoidal hole portions 10 are inclined so as to become narrower to each other. And the engagement piece 12 are deeply engaged with each other, so that the engagement state can be further strengthened.

In addition, in the packaging box 1 of this embodiment, although the hole 10 and the engagement piece 12 showed the trapezoid shape, the shape of the hole 10 and the engagement piece 12 is not restricted to this. Further, in the packaging box 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the engagement piece 12 that swings and is released from the folding plate 7 is formed by providing the folding plate 7 with a pair of cuts 11 a and 11 b. In addition to that, although not shown, an engagement piece protruding from the leading edge of the folding plate 7 may be provided continuously, or a U-shaped cut is provided on the folding plate 7 to form a freely engaging piece. May be.
