Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples are not representative of all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with some aspects of the disclosure as detailed in the scope of the claims.
The electric element needs to be fixedly arranged on the circuit board of the terminal equipment, but for the electric element, especially the electric element with the information interaction function with the outside, the middle position of the installation position of the electric element needs to be as far as possible from the aspects of the coordination of the whole appearance of the terminal equipment and the exertion degree of the function of the electric element, and on one hand, the installation form can ensure that the circuit board is arranged at the middle position of the shell, and the whole thickness of the terminal equipment can be reduced.
On the other hand, because the appearance holes outside the shell of the terminal equipment are all arranged at the middle position in the thickness direction of the shell, and the circuit board is also arranged in the middle of the shell, the electric elements with the information interaction function with the outside can be axially aligned with the appearance holes, the consumption of the interaction information in the shell is reduced, and the functions of the electric elements can be exerted to the greatest extent.
In the related art, since the height direction of the terminal device is limited, and the electrical components and the circuit board have a certain thickness, installing the circuit board in the middle of the housing cannot ensure that some electrical components (such as infrared emission lamps) with a slightly larger volume are located in the middle of the terminal device.
The mobile phone with the wireless remote control function is exemplified by a mobile phone, the hardware realizing the remote control function is an infrared emission lamp, the external appearance hole is arranged at the upper and lower central positions of the thickness direction of the shell for ensuring the overall aesthetic property of the mobile phone, and the circuit board is arranged at the upper and lower central positions of the mobile phone from the inside of the mobile phone, so that the infrared lamp with larger volume is arranged at the higher position, the infrared lamp cannot be aligned with the external appearance hole, the light energy of the infrared lamp cannot be emitted outside the shell through the external appearance hole, and the light transmission energy is insufficient, so that the infrared remote control function of the mobile phone is affected.
To the above-mentioned circumstances, in order to solve the problem that the luminous axis of the above-mentioned infrared emission lamp can't align with the axis of the appearance hole in the related art, a mounting scheme of broken board lamp (broken board lamp is a design form of infrared emission lamp, install the fixed wing additional in the both sides of infrared emission lamp, be connected with the face of circuit board respectively with the fixed wing), remove material processing with the position of circuit board installation infrared lamp, a U-shaped groove has been seted up, and attach the pad on the circuit board of U-shaped groove both sides, regard infrared lamp as the inserts, place in the U-shaped groove, weld fixedly on the pad respectively with the fixed wing of infrared lamp both sides simultaneously, make infrared lamp and circuit board be in same height, this design can solve the condition that infrared lamp and appearance hole 210 are aligned, but in practical application, this design scheme has a great deal of shortcoming:
firstly, the structure of the electric element (the infrared lamp in the form of the broken board lamp) and the circuit board need to be redesigned, the current general type of the broken board lamp is less, and is insufficient to meet all design requirements, and the stress test is carried out after the circuit board is slotted, the slotting position and the installation position of the electric element need to be redesigned, and the circuit board and the broken board lamp can be produced by adopting a customization scheme, but as new parts just appearing, the circuit board and the broken board lamp need to be pre-ground firstly, then are verified in small batches, finally are produced in large quantities, the production period is increased while the production cost is increased, and the direct users cannot be in mass production projects and projects with short research and development periods.
Secondly, the broken board lamp is embedded into the U-shaped groove, and is difficult to assemble due to the welding of the broken board lamp and the circuit board by an unconventional welding process.
Thirdly, the stress around the U-shaped groove mostly acts on the fixed wings of the broken board lamp, and the fixed wings of the broken board lamp are not easy to design too thick due to space limitation, so that the structural strength of the fixed wings is low, the fixed wings are extremely easy to break after the mobile phone falls, collides or vibrates, and the physical damage risk of the broken board lamp is increased.
In summary, in view of the problems involved in the related art described above, the present disclosure provides an electronic device (not shown in the drawings), which may include: circuit board 100 and housing 200.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating installation of electrical components within a terminal device according to an exemplary embodiment. It should be further noted that, in the present disclosure and the installation form of the broken board lamp in the related art, the accommodating portion 110 (the U-shaped slot in the related art) is formed on the circuit board 100, and the difference is that the fixing board 120 is correspondingly disposed at the position of the accommodating portion 110, and the fixing board 120 is fixedly connected with the circuit board 100, and the electric element 130 is fixedly installed on the fixing board 120.
The fixing plate 120 has two functions, namely, the fixing plate 120 can play a reinforcing role on the circuit board 100, the structural strength of the circuit board 100 can be increased, the fixing plate is used for installing the electric element 130, redesign of the electric element 130 is not needed, the production cost is reduced, the self structure of the electric element 130 is not needed to be fixedly connected with the circuit board 100, and the breakage of the self structure of the electric element 130 caused by concentrated stress is avoided, so that the electric element 130 is damaged.
In some embodiments, the receptacle 110 is formed by slotting at the edge of the circuit board 100 facing the appearance hole 210.
In some embodiments, the circuit board 100 is disposed inside the housing 200, and an appearance hole 210 is formed on a surface of the housing 200 opposite to the electric component 130, and a plane of the circuit board 100 passes through the appearance hole 210. That is, the case 200 is provided with the exterior hole 210, the circuit board 100 is opposed to the exterior hole 210, and the electronic component 130 is placed by providing the accommodating portion 110 on the circuit board 100 such that the exterior hole 210 is positioned on the case 200 to be opposed to the power consumption component 130.
Note that, relative in the present disclosure means: the signal emitted by the powered element 130 may pass entirely through the face aperture 210 and be transmitted outward, or the signal may pass entirely through the face aperture 210 and be received by the powered element 130. For example, if power element 130 is configured as a solid of revolution, the central axis of power element 130 may be the same as the central axis of the exterior hole.
Note that, the appearance hole 210 functions as: the information interaction between the internal power utilization element 130 and the external part is realized, and the signal of the power utilization element 130 is transmitted to the outside of the electronic equipment through the appearance hole 210.
