In the present embodiment, the charging connector 41 is provided on the circuit board 40, and the mounting groove 400 has a receiving groove 321 for receiving the charging connector.
In this embodiment, the accommodating groove 321 can not only accommodate and fix the charging connector 41, but also prevent the connection between the circuit board 40 and the charging connector 41 from loosening.

In this embodiment, the charging connector 41 has a bottom plate 420 and a dome 430, the dome 430 covers the bottom plate 420 to form the interface 410, and the bottom plate 420 is fixed to the circuit board 40.
In this embodiment, the charging connector 41 has a limit protrusion 412, and the bracket 30 is provided with a limit recess 325 corresponding to the limit protrusion 412. The spacing convex part 412 and the spacing concave part 325 are mutually matched to further stabilize the interface 410, and can counteract the tensile force generated when the interface 410 is plugged into the charging cable, so as to prevent the connector from loosening after repeated use to influence the charging function. As shown in fig. 9, the tracker further includes an interface cover 70 covering the interface 410, where the interface cover 70 includes a cover plate 701, a fixing post 703 disposed on the cover plate 70, and a joint 702 disposed on the cover plate 701, and the accommodating groove 321 accommodates the fixing post 703 and the interface 410 accommodates the joint 702. The cover plate 701 is matched with the plate groove 113.
In this embodiment, the interface 410 is provided with the interface cover 70, and after the interface cover 70 is provided, the interface 410 can make the interface 410 waterproof and dustproof. The dimensions of the engagement portion 702 preferably match the dimensions of the interface 410. When the joint 702 is accommodated in the interface 410, the interface cover 70 can be fixed and deformation of the interface 410 can be prevented.

Preferably, the fixing post 703 is provided with a guide portion 704, and the guide portion 704 has a substantially cone shape, and the guide portion 704 is located in the receiving groove after passing through the through hole 115 of the housing, so that the receiving groove is more compact.
In this embodiment, the charging connector 41 further has a guiding wall 411, the guiding wall 411 is obliquely disposed on the end surface of the arch plate 430, and the engaging portion 702 is guided by the guiding wall 411 to slide into the connector 410.
In this embodiment, a positioning post 322 is disposed in the mounting groove 400, and the circuit board 40 is sleeved on the positioning post 322. The positioning columns 322 are arranged at the bottom of the mounting groove 400, and are mutually matched with the mounting groove 400 to fix the circuit small board 40, so that the circuit small board 40 is more stable, and particularly, two positioning columns 322 are in a cylindrical shape and are vertically arranged at the bottom of the mounting groove 400. It should be understood that the positioning posts 322 may be located at other locations on the rack 30 when the rack 30 does not have mounting slots for mounting the circuit boards 40.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 6, 7 and 8 again, the tracker further includes a charging FPC50, at least a portion of the charging FPC50 is clamped in the stand 30, and one end of the charging FPC is electrically connected to the motherboard 20, and the other end of the charging FPC is used for receiving external power.
In this embodiment, the charging FPC50 is clamped on the bracket 30, so that the charging FPC50 is more stable and compact, and has stronger shock resistance.
In this embodiment, the charging FPC50 is used to connect the motherboard 20 and receive external power, so that the external power is more stable after entering the tracker. And because the thickness of the charging FPC50 is small, the positions for alternative installation are more, for example, the positions are arranged on the outer side surface or the upper end surface of the attaching bracket 30, so that the thickness of the whole tracker is prevented from being increased.
In this embodiment, the charging FPC50 includes a main body 501, a first connection portion 502, and a second connection portion 503, where the first connection portion 502 and the second connection portion 503 are connected to two ends of the main body 501 to form a "U" shape, the second connection portion 503 is electrically connected to the motherboard 20, and the first connection portion 502 is used for receiving external electrical energy.
In this embodiment, the charging FPC50 is connected to the motherboard 20 through the second connection portion 503, and after the position of the body 501 of the charging FPC50 on the bracket 30 is determined, no matter which position of the motherboard 20 is disposed on the bracket 30, the charging FPC50 can be connected to the motherboard 20 through the second connection portion 503, so as to avoid the limitation of the mounting position of the motherboard 20 by the charging FPC 50. It should be understood that the length and length direction of the second connection portion 503 are determined according to the relative position of the body 501 of the charging FPC50 and the main board 20.

In this embodiment, the positioning groove is disposed on the peripheral side of the accommodating cavity 310, and the limiting portion 317 is disposed between the positioning groove and the accommodating cavity 310, so that the main board 20 in the accommodating cavity 310 and the charging FPC50 in the positioning groove can be simultaneously limited by the limiting portion 317, so that the overall structure of the tracker is more stable and compact.
In this embodiment, the first connection portion 502 is electrically connected to the circuit board 40 to receive external power through the circuit board 40.
In this embodiment, the charging FPC50 is connected to the circuit board 40 through the first connection portion 502, and after the position of the body 501 of the charging FPC50 on the stand 30 is determined, no matter where the circuit board 40 is disposed on the stand 30, the charging FPC50 can be extended to be connected to the circuit board 40 through the first connection portion 502, so as to avoid the limitation of the mounting position of the circuit board 40 by the charging FPC 50. It should be understood that the length and length direction of the first connection portion 502 are determined according to the relative positions of the body 501 of the charging FPC50 and the circuit board 40.
In this embodiment, the positioning groove includes: a body groove 340 for accommodating the body 501; the vertical groove 341 is vertically communicated with the groove of the body 501 and accommodates the first connection portion 502. The body 501 presses the second bending section 613 into the top groove 330, wherein the top groove 330 is formed by sinking a bottom wall portion of the body groove 340.
In this embodiment, the conductive wires 61 and the charging FPC50 are stacked, specifically, the bottom of the body groove 340 is recessed downwards to form the top groove 330, the second bending section 613 of the conductive wires 61 is disposed in the top groove 330, and after the body 501 of the charging FPC50 is stacked in the body groove 340, the second bending section 613 is pressed, so that the whole conductive wires 61 are more stable and compact.
In the present embodiment, the circuit board 40 has metal contacts 402, and the metal contacts 402 extend from the mounting groove 400 toward the vertical groove 341 to press the first connection portion 502 into the vertical groove 341.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the mounting groove 400 has a boss 323, the circuit board 40 is disposed on the boss, the circuit board 40 has a protruding end protruding from the boss and extending toward the vertical groove 341, the metal contact 402 is disposed at the bottom of the protruding end, and the first connection portion 502 is connected with the metal contact 402 at the bottom of the protruding end, so that the first connection portion 502 is further pressed in the vertical groove 341 by the protruding end, so that the connection between the first connection portion 502 and the metal contact 402 is more stable. It should be appreciated that depending on the size of the first connection 502, the boss 323 may be provided at a suitable height so that the metal contact 402 may press the first connection 502 better.
In this embodiment, the metal contacts 402 are arranged along the extending direction of the first connecting portion 502, so that the metal contacts 402 can be fixed to a plurality of positions along the length direction of the first connecting portion 502, and the first connecting portion 502 is further stabilized.
In this embodiment, the motherboard 20 has a solder joint 205, and the second connection portion 503 is fixedly connected to the solder joint 205.
In this embodiment, the welding point 205 protrudes from one end of the main board 20 and is supported on the first sinking platform 311 at one side of the accommodating cavity 310, and the first sinking platform 311 can further limit the movement of the main board 20 by limiting the welding point 205, and also can prevent the end of the main board 20 from directly contacting with the bracket 20, so as to prevent the end of the main board 20 from being worn during severe vibration.
In this embodiment, after the solder joint 205 is supported on the first sinking platform 311, the second connection portion 503 of the charging FPC50 is connected with the upper end of the solder joint 205, so that the solder joint 205 can be pressed on the first sinking platform 311, so that the overall structure of the tracker is more stable and compact, and the shock resistance is better.
In this embodiment, the number of the welding spots 205 is plural, for example, four, six, or the like, and the welding spots 205 are arranged along the extending direction of the second connecting portion 503, so that the welding spots 205 can be mutually fixed at a plurality of positions along the length direction of the second connecting portion 503, and the second connecting portion 503 is further stabilized.
In this embodiment, the body groove 340 and the mounting groove 400 are respectively disposed at two adjacent sides of the accommodating cavity 310, the vertical groove 341 is disposed between the mounting groove 400 and the accommodating cavity 310, the solder joint 205 on the motherboard 20 is located at one end of the motherboard 20 far away from the vertical groove 341, the metal contact 402 on the circuit board 40 is located at one end of the circuit board 40 adjacent to the vertical groove 341, the body groove 340 and the vertical groove 341 are disposed at the peripheral side of the accommodating cavity 310, the space at the peripheral side of the accommodating cavity 310 is effectively utilized, and the charging FPC50 with a "U" -shaped structure is disposed at the three sides of the accommodating cavity 310 after being wrapped around the body groove 340 and the vertical groove 341, so that the overall structure of the tracker is more compact.
Referring again to fig. 10-12, further, the tracker further includes an antenna and an antenna feed point, the antenna being at least partially disposed between the inner surface of the support 30 and the feed point.
In this embodiment, the antenna is at least partially disposed between the bracket 30 and the feed point, and the antenna is fixed by the bracket 30 and the feed point, so that the antenna is more stable and has stronger shock resistance. Specifically, the antenna is at least partially disposed between the protrusion and the feed point.
In this embodiment, one end of the antenna is disposed on the outer surface of the bracket 30, and the other end is sandwiched between the inner surface of the bracket 30 and the feed point, so as to further stabilize the antenna and increase the shock resistance of the antenna.
In this embodiment, the feed point is disposed on the main board 20, and the main board 20 fixes the feed point, so that the feed point and the bracket 30 fix the antenna better.

It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the antenna may be disposed between the feed point and other portions of the support 30.
In this embodiment, the antenna includes an inner bending portion, an upper bending portion, and a base body: an inner bending part (82, 92) is arranged on the inner surface of the protruding part and is provided with a contact point which is abutted with the feed point; the upper bending parts (81, 91) are arranged on the upper surfaces of the protruding parts and are connected with the inner bending parts; the base body is arranged on the side wall and is connected with the upper bending part in a bending way.
Further, the antenna is a GPS antenna, the inner bending portion 82 of the GPS antenna is disposed on the inner surface of the first protruding portion 315, and the upper bending portion 81 of the GPS antenna is disposed on the upper surface of the first protruding portion 315; the feed point is a first feed point 203, the base body of the GPS antenna comprises a first body 80 and a front bending part 83, and the first body 80 is arranged on the third side wall 353 and is in bending connection with the upper bending part 81 of the GPS antenna; the front bending portion 83 is disposed on the second sidewall 352 and is connected to the first body 80 in a bending manner.
In other embodiments, the antenna is a GSM antenna, the inner bending portion 82 of the GSM antenna is disposed on the inner surface of the second protruding portion 316, and the upper bending portion 81 of the GSM antenna is disposed on the upper surface of the second protruding portion 316; the feed point is a second feed point 202, and the base of the gsm antenna comprises: the second body 90 is arranged on the third side wall 353 and is connected with the upper bending part 91 of the GSM antenna in a bending way; the rear bending portion 93 is disposed on the fourth sidewall 354 and is connected to the second body 90 in a bending manner.
In this embodiment, the first protrusion 315 and the second protrusion 316 are disposed on the third sidewall 353 at intervals, and the first feeding point 203 and the second feeding point 202 are disposed on the motherboard 20 at intervals.
In this embodiment, the GPS antenna and the GSM antenna may be set at the same time, and the two antennas enable the tracker to be positioned more accurately and to be switched for use. It should be appreciated that in other embodiments one of the settings may be selected.
In this embodiment, the feeding point is a sheet structure with elasticity, so that the inner bending portion is more conveniently installed between the feeding point and the protruding portion.
In this embodiment, the antenna is in a sheet structure, and one surface of the antenna is provided with an adhesive layer, and the antenna is disposed on the bracket 30 through the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer can be formed by substances with adhesive properties such as glue and asphalt, and the antenna with the sheet-shaped structure is combined with the adhesive layer, so that the antenna is not required to be mounted on the bracket 30 through fixing pieces such as screws and nails, the antenna can be mounted more conveniently, and the overall weight of the tracker can be reduced.
In this embodiment, the antenna is made of a flexible material. The flexible material can be an organic polymer material, such as polyimide or polyester film, and the flexible material is used as a base material of the antenna, so that the antenna has good bending property and is prevented from being broken in severe vibration.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the shell is provided with a cavity 116, the bracket 30 is arranged in the cavity 116, and the main board 20, the battery 60, the positioning device, the charging device and other internal components are arranged on the bracket 30, so that the whole tracker is more stable and compact and has stronger shock resistance. In the prior art, the internal components of the tracker are directly fixed through the shell, but the mounting structure of the shell is fewer, and the internal components cannot be well supported and fixed, so that the shock resistance is poor, and the internal components are easy to loosen and fall off in severe shock.

Claims (9)

1. The electronic equipment is characterized by comprising a main board, a small circuit board, a support and a charging FPC, wherein the charging FPC is at least partially clamped in the support, one end of the charging FPC is electrically connected with the main board, and the other end of the charging FPC is used for receiving external electric energy; the charging FPC comprises a first connecting portion, a mounting groove and a vertical groove are formed in the support, a boss is arranged at the bottom of the mounting groove, the circuit board is arranged on the boss and is provided with a protruding end, the protruding end protrudes out of the boss and extends towards the vertical groove, a metal node is arranged on the circuit board, the metal node is arranged at the bottom of the protruding end, and the first connecting portion is connected with the metal node at the bottom of the protruding end.

The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the charging FPC further comprises a body, a second connection portion, the first connection portion and the second connection portion being connected to two ends of the body to form a "U" shape, the second connection portion being electrically connected to the motherboard, the first connection portion being configured to receive the external power.
3. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the bracket has a detent, the charging FPC being mated with the detent.
4. The electronic device of claim 3, wherein the bracket comprises a top wall and a side wall, and the top wall and the side wall are vertically connected to form the positioning groove.
5. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein the first connection is electrically connected with the circuit board to receive the external power through the circuit board.
6. The electronic device of claim 5, wherein the top wall has the mounting slot, the circuit board being disposed in the mounting slot.
7. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the positioning slot comprises:
a body groove for accommodating the body;
the vertical groove is vertically communicated with the body groove and accommodates the first connecting part.
8. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein a positioning post is disposed in the mounting slot, and the circuit board is sleeved on the positioning post.
9. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the motherboard has a solder joint, and the second connection portion is fixedly connected to the solder joint.
