After the wallboards 6 are embedded in the two panel combination grooves 8 on the frame 7, the structures such as the first main clamping groove 1111, the second main clamping groove 1121, the first auxiliary clamping groove 2111, the second auxiliary clamping groove 2121, the first connecting piece 31 and the second connecting piece 32 are hidden between the two wallboards 6, which is beneficial to improving the beauty of the partition wall.
In the same frame 7, the side surface of the main joist 1 close to the interior of the frame 7 is a first connecting surface 11, and the side surface of the auxiliary joist 2 close to the interior of the frame 7 is a second connecting surface 21. Thus, the first panel slot 13, the first primary detent 1111 and the second primary detent 1121 are co-located on the first connection face 11, and the second panel slot 23, the first secondary detent 2111 and the second secondary detent 2121 are co-located on the second connection face 21.
In some embodiments, the wall panel 6 is an acoustic panel. The acoustic panel is used as the wallboard 6 in the partition wall, not only can provide good acoustic performance for the partition wall, but also can provide good performances such as flame retardance and heat preservation, and the acoustic panel has the characteristics of good stability and strong shock resistance, and is beneficial to meeting the strength requirement of the wallboard 6 installed on the keel frame 9 in an embedded mode.
In other embodiments, gypsum board, PVC board, etc. may also be used as the wallboard 6.
Referring to fig. 14, the leftmost main joist 1 is woven as a first main joist 141, the second left main joist 1 is woven as a second main joist 151, and the process of constructing the partition wall in this embodiment is as follows, taking the first main joist 141 and the second main joist 151 as an example:
1. the lower end of the first main keel 141 is fixed on the floor, and the upper end is fixed on the roof;
2. a plurality of cross runners 2 are secured to the right side of main runner number one 141 by first link 31 and second link 32;
3. wallboard 6 is inserted from the right end of cross runner 2 until wallboard 6 is embedded in first panel groove 13 of primary runner 141 and second panel groove 23 of cross runner 2;
4. at the right end of the cross runners 2, the primary runner 151 is secured to the plurality of cross runners 2 by the first connector 31 and the second connector 32 and the wall panel 6 is nested within the second panel channel 23 of the primary runner 151;
5. the lower end of the second main keel 151 is fixed on the floor and the upper end is fixed on the roof.
Repeating the above process until the partition wall is built to a preset specification.
For the above step 4, referring to fig. 16, the specific manner of fixing the second main runner 151 to the cross runner 2 is as follows:
the first connector 31 is first engaged in the first main slot 1111 and the first sub slot 2111, and the second connector 32 is engaged in the second main slot 1121 and the second sub slot 2121. However, only a small first sub-fastener 312 on the left side of the first connector 31 is fastened to the first sub-clip groove 2111, and only a small second sub-fastener 322 on the left side of the second connector 32 is fastened to the second sub-clip groove 2121, so as to expose the first fastening hole 313 and the second fastening hole 323, so that the first fastening hole 313 and the second fastening hole 323 are not blocked by the wall plate 6, and the installation of the fastener 4 can be successfully completed. After installing the fastener 4, the worker knocks or pushes the primary runner 151 with a hammer or other tool so that the primary runner 151 approaches the secondary runner 2 until the wallboard 6 is embedded in the second panel slot 23 of the primary runner 151.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present utility model and is not intended to limit the scope of the utility model, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present utility model and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the utility model.
