The interference fit of the inner peripheral wall of the plug housing 33 and the outer peripheral wall of the second assembly part ensures the tightness of the joint between the outer peripheral wall of the second assembly part and the inner peripheral wall of the plug housing 33, prevents water from entering the second connecting seat 311 from one side of the plug housing 33, which is close to the cable 60, and improves the tightness of the whole watertight connector 1.

the third sealing member 3115 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the second assembly portion, when the plug housing 33 is connected with the second assembly portion, that is, when the outer periphery wall of the second assembly portion abuts against the inner periphery wall of the plug housing 33, the third sealing member 3115 is arranged between the two surfaces, so that the sealing performance of the joint between the outer periphery wall of the second assembly portion and the inner periphery wall of the plug housing 33 is improved, the sealing performance of the joint between the outer periphery wall of the second assembly portion and the inner periphery wall of the plug housing 33 is ensured, water is prevented from entering the second connecting seat 311 from one side of the plug housing 33 close to the cable 60, and the overall sealing performance of the watertight connector 1 is improved.
And/or, as shown in fig. 7, 9 and 11, the second connecting seat 311 further includes a fourth sealing member 3116, where the fourth sealing member 3116 is sleeved on the outer surface of the hole core and abuts against the inner wall of the hole core insulator 3113.
The fourth sealing piece 3116 is sleeved on the outer surface of the hole core, when the hole core is inserted into the second connecting seat 311, namely, when the outer surface of the hole core is abutted against the inner wall of the hole core insulator 3113, the fourth sealing piece 3116 is arranged between the outer surface of the hole core and the inner wall of the hole core insulator 3113, so that the sealing performance of the joint between the outer surface of the hole core and the inner wall of the hole core insulator 3113 is improved, the sealing performance of the joint between the outer surface of the hole core and the inner wall of the hole core insulator 3113 is ensured, water is prevented from entering the second connecting seat 311 from one side, close to the cable 60, of the second connecting seat 311, and the overall sealing performance of the watertight connector 1 is improved.
In an embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the watertight connector 1 further includes a tail housing assembly 50, the tail housing assembly 50 includes a tail housing 51, an air pipe 53, a pressing member 55 and a fifth sealing member 57, one end of the tail housing 51 is sleeved on the plug housing 33, the other end is sleeved on the cable 60, one end of the air pipe 53 is sleeved on the other end of the tail housing 51, the pressing member 55 is sleeved on the outer portion of the air pipe 53 corresponding to the position of the tail housing 51, and the fifth sealing member 57 is disposed between the tail housing 51 and the cable 60.
The tail housing assembly 50 is used for sealing and cable protection. The tail shell assembly 50 is composed of a tail shell 51, a pressing member 55, a fifth sealing member 57 and an air pipe 53, one end of the tail shell 51 is sleeved on the plug housing 33, the other end of the tail shell is sleeved on the cable 60, one end of the air pipe 53 is sleeved on the other end of the tail shell 51, the pressing member 55 is sleeved on the outer portion of the air pipe 53 and corresponds to the position of the tail shell 51, and the fifth sealing member 57 is arranged between the tail shell 51 and the cable 60. In the present embodiment, the number of the fifth sealing members 57 is two, and the two fifth sealing members 57 are disposed between the tail housing 51 and the cable 60 at intervals for sealing between the cable 60 and the tail housing 51; the air pipe 53 pressing piece 55 and the air pipe 53 function to protect the cable while the first seal at the tail end of the plug 30 is made, so that the cable is prevented from being damaged and the service life is prolonged.

the plug (30), one end of the plug (30) is used for connecting a cable (60), the plug (30) comprises a hole core assembly (31) and a plug shell (33), the plug shell (33) is sleeved on the periphery of the hole core assembly (31), the hole core assembly (31) comprises a second connecting seat (311) and a plurality of hole cores (312), a plurality of sealing grooves (3111) are concavely arranged at one end, far away from the cable (60), of the second connecting seat (311), one hole core (312) is inserted into the second connecting seat (311) and communicated with one sealing groove (3111), and a second step surface (311 a) is formed on the inner peripheral wall of the sealing groove (3111) in a protruding mode;
the plug (30) is connected with the socket (10), the needle core (112) penetrates through the sealing groove (3111) and is inserted into the hole core (312), the first step surface (111 a) is abutted against the second step surface (311 a), the first connecting seat (111) faces towards one side surface of the plug (30) and the second connecting seat (311) faces towards one side surface of the socket (10), and the socket shell (13) faces towards one side surface of the first connecting seat (111) and is abutted against one side surface of the plug shell (33) which faces away from the second connecting seat (311).

The watertight connector according to claim 1, wherein the plug (30) comprises a sealing ring (35), the sealing ring (35) is sleeved on the outer periphery of the plug housing (33), and when the plug housing (33) is inserted into the socket housing (13), the sealing ring (35) abuts against the inner peripheral wall of the socket housing (13).

The watertight connector according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the second connection seat (311) comprises a core pressing member (3112), a core insulator (3113) and a core sealing member (3114), the core pressing member (3112), the core insulator (3113) and the core pressing member (3112) are sequentially connected by fasteners, the seal groove (3111) is opened at a side surface of the core sealing member (3114) facing away from the core insulator (3113) and extends to the core insulator (3113), and the core is sequentially inserted through the core pressing member (3112), the core insulator (3113) and the core pressing member (3112) and is inserted into the seal groove (3111).

The watertight connector according to claim 7, wherein the core sealing body (3114) includes a second assembling portion and a second connecting portion protruding from an outer periphery of the second assembling portion, the second connecting portion is connected to the core insulating body (3113), the plug housing (33) is a cylindrical body, the plug housing (33) is sleeved on the second assembling portion, and an inner peripheral wall of the plug housing (33) is in interference fit with an outer peripheral wall of the second assembling portion.

The watertight connector according to claim 8, wherein the second connecting seat (311) further comprises a third sealing member (3115), the third sealing member (3115) being sleeved on the outer periphery of the second assembly portion and abutting against the inner peripheral wall of the plug housing (33);
and/or, the second connecting seat (311) further comprises a fourth sealing element (3116), and the fourth sealing element (3116) is sleeved on the outer surface of the hole core (312) and is abutted to the inner wall of the hole core insulator (3113).

The watertight connector according to claim 1, further comprising a tail housing assembly (50), wherein the tail housing assembly (50) comprises a tail housing (51), an air pipe (53), a pressing member (55) and a fifth sealing member (57), one end of the tail housing (51) is sleeved on the plug housing (33), the other end of the tail housing (53) is sleeved on the cable (60), one end of the air pipe (53) is sleeved on the other end of the tail housing (51), the pressing member (55) is sleeved on a position, corresponding to the tail housing (51), outside the air pipe (53), and the fifth sealing member (57) is arranged between the tail housing (51) and the cable (60).
