The plastic part 10 comprises a first sleeve 1002 and a second sleeve 1003 which are integrally connected, the first sleeve 1002 is sleeved on the third insulating part 20 and the third boss 304, the inner diameter of the first sleeve 1002 is equal to the outer diameter of the third boss 304, and the inner diameter of the second sleeve 1003 is equal to the outer diameter of the plug part 303.

Claims (7)

1. A bent cable connector, comprising:
a body comprising a first end, a second end, a first opening at the first end, a second opening at the second end, a first channel extending from the first opening along a first axis, and a second channel extending from the second opening along a second axis, the first axis being perpendicular to the second axis and the first and second channels communicating in an extension direction;
a first conductor comprising a first connection;
a second conductor including a second connection portion having an internal thread, the first connection portion being inserted into the first passage from the first opening, the second connection portion being inserted into the second passage from the second opening and fixedly connected to the first connection;
a first insulating part filled in the first and second channels for isolating the body from the first and second conductors, the body being fixedly connected to the first and second conductors by the first insulating part;
the first connecting part is provided with an external thread, the second connecting part is provided with an internal thread, the first connecting part is in threaded connection with the second connecting part, penetrates out of the second connecting part and is in threaded connection with the nut;
the first conductor further comprises a first rod part and a crimping part, one end of the first rod part is connected with the first connecting part, the other end of the first rod part extends out of the first opening and is connected with the crimping part, and a second insulating part is coated on the outer wall of the part, outside the first opening, of the first rod part;
the joint of the first rod part and the crimping part is provided with a second boss protruding in the radial direction, the second insulating part is continued to the second boss, and a part of the second insulating part, which is located between the second boss and the first opening, is provided with a first groove recessed in the radial direction.

The bent cable connector according to claim 1, wherein: the first conductor is provided with a first boss protruding in the radial direction at a position adjacent to the first connecting part, and the first connecting part is screwed into the second connecting part and then is stopped at the first boss.
3. The bent cable connector according to claim 1, wherein: the second conductor further comprises a second rod part and an inserting part, one end of the second rod part is connected with the second connecting part, the other end of the second rod part extends out of the second opening and is connected with the inserting part, and a third insulating part is coated on the outer wall of the part, located outside the second opening, of the second rod part.

The bent cable connector according to claim 3, wherein: the joint of the second rod part and the inserting part is provided with a third boss protruding in the radial direction, the third insulating part is continued to the third boss, and the outer diameter of the third insulating part is equal to that of the third boss and is smaller than the caliber of the second opening.

The bent cable connector according to claim 1, wherein: still including shielding switching sleeve, shielding ring, lock nut and waterproof circle, shielding switching sleeve has third tip and fourth tip, the third tip cover is decided on the first tip and be provided with first O type circle between them, the fourth tip is followed the opposite direction of first axis extends behind the crimping portion threaded connection lock nut, waterproof circle pastes lock nut's inner wall setting, the shielding ring inlays and establishes on the inner wall of fourth tip.

The bent cable connector according to claim 4, wherein: the plug comprises a main body and a plastic part, and further comprises a plastic part, a plug shell and a connecting ring, wherein the main body further comprises a fifth end part integrally connected with the second end part, and the inner diameter of the fifth end part is larger than that of the second end part;
the plastic part comprises a first sleeve and a second sleeve which are integrally connected, the first sleeve is sleeved on the third insulating part and the third boss, the inner diameter of the first sleeve is equal to the outer diameter of the third boss, the second sleeve is sleeved on the inserting part, the inner diameter of the second sleeve is equal to the outer diameter of the inserting part, a circle of first sealing edge which is protruded in the radial direction is arranged at the end part, far away from the first sleeve, of the second sleeve, the first sealing edge is tightly attached to the end part of the inserting part, and the inner diameter of the first sealing edge is smaller than the outer diameter of the inserting part;
the plug shell is sleeved on the plastic part and is fixedly connected with the main body, and a second O-shaped ring is arranged between the plug shell and the fifth end part;
the connecting ring comprises a first ring body and a second ring body which are integrally connected, the side wall of the first ring body is provided with three positioning holes which are radially communicated, the inner wall of the first ring body is provided with three guide grooves, and the three guide grooves respectively take the three positioning holes as starting points and spirally extend in the direction far away from the second ring body; the outer wall of the plug shell is provided with a fourth boss protruding in the radial direction, the end part of the first ring body close to the second ring body is tightly attached to the fourth boss, the second ring body is sleeved on the fourth boss, the inner diameter of the second ring body is equal to the outer diameter of the fourth boss, a second groove is formed in the inner wall of the second ring body, an opening clamping ring is embedded into the second groove, and a metal gasket and a wave-shaped gasket are further arranged between the part of the second groove and the fourth boss and protrude out of the opening clamping ring.

The bent cable connector according to claim 6, wherein: the second end part is provided with a circle of axially-recessed third groove, the end part of the plug shell is provided with a circle of axially-raised fifth boss, and the fifth boss is inserted into the third groove; the outer wall of the plug shell and the inner wall of the fifth end part are correspondingly provided with a fourth groove and a fifth groove, and a tail clamping ring is embedded into the fourth groove and embedded into the fifth groove.
