The second motor works, the second sliding table is driven to translate through the second lead screw, and the second sliding table drives the first bottom plate to translate, so that the first direction translation mechanism, the turntable mechanism 2 and the objective table module 1 are driven to translate, and the translation path passes through the scanning area and the loading area. The entire turntable mechanism 2 and stage module 1 may also be moved to the loading area by the translation stage module 3 for loading and unloading slides.
