Disclosure of Invention
An object of the application is to provide a protection component and air conditioner, this protection component can protect the outer machine of air conditioner, also reduces or avoids the harm to the outer machine of air conditioner under the condition of striking.
To this end, in a first aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a protection assembly for protecting an air conditioner outdoor unit, the protection assembly including: the flexible first protection piece is arranged at one end of the air conditioner external unit; the flexible second protection piece is arranged at the other end of the air conditioner external unit; and the protection plate is arranged at the side of the air conditioner external unit, and two ends of the protection plate are detachably connected with the first protection piece and the second protection piece respectively.
In one possible implementation manner, two ends of the protection plate are respectively provided with a first fixing piece and/or a second fixing piece, and the first fixing piece faces the first protection piece and is used for inserting the first protection piece; the second fixing piece faces the second protection piece and is used for being inserted into the second protection piece.
In one possible implementation manner, a first guiding part is arranged at one end of the first fixing piece facing the first protection piece, and the first guiding part is conical and the small end of the first guiding part faces away from the first fixing piece; and/or the second fixing piece is provided with a second guiding part towards one end of the second protection piece, and the second guiding part is conical and the small end of the second guiding part is away from the second fixing piece.
In one possible implementation, the protective plate is further provided with an end plate and/or a side plate, which wraps around the first and/or second guard.
In one possible implementation, the protective plate is provided with a first stiffener and/or the side plate is provided with a second stiffener.
In one possible implementation manner, the first reinforcing rib is disposed on a side of the protection plate facing the air conditioner external unit, and/or the second reinforcing rib is disposed on a side of the side plate facing the air conditioner external unit.
In one possible implementation, a distance from the first stiffener in a vertical plane of a face of the second protector facing the first protector is less than or equal to 10mm.
In one possible implementation, the protective plate has a thickness of 2mm-8mm.
In one possible implementation, the protective plate is provided with a hollowed-out portion.
In a second aspect, embodiments of the present application provide an air conditioner, including an air conditioner external unit and a protection assembly as described in any one of the foregoing.

For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present application based on the embodiments herein.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a protection assembly and an air conditioner outdoor unit provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the protection assembly is provided for including an air conditioner outdoor unit 1, and the protection assembly includes a flexible first protection member 2, a flexible second protection member 3, and a protection board 4, where the first protection member 2 is disposed at one end of the air conditioner outdoor unit 1; the second protection piece 3 is arranged at the other end of the air conditioner external unit 1; the protection board 4 is arranged at the side of the air conditioner outdoor unit 1, and two ends of the protection board 4 are detachably connected with the first protection piece 2 and the second protection piece 3 respectively.
It should be understood that the protection component includes a first protection member 2 and a second protection member 3, where the first protection member 2 and the second protection member 3 are made of a flexible material, and the flexible material may be a foam material, a sponge material, a resin material, or a silica gel material, and the "flexible material" in the application refers to a material that can make the first protection member 2 maintain a certain shape in a normal state, but can also deform when pressed, and can quickly or slowly return to the same or similar shape as the original shape even if a certain bending deformation occurs. The first protection piece 2 is arranged at one end of the air conditioner external unit 1, the second protection piece 3 is arranged at the other end of the air conditioner external unit 1, however, the first protection piece 2 is arranged at the upper end of the air conditioner external unit 1, and the second protection piece 3 is arranged at the lower end of the air conditioner external unit 1; or the second protecting piece 3 is arranged at the upper end of the air conditioner external unit 1, and the first protecting piece 2 is arranged at the upper end of the air conditioner external unit 1. The protection component further comprises a protection board 4, the protection board 4 is arranged on the side of the air conditioner outdoor unit 1, two ends of the protection board 4 are detachably connected with the first protection piece 2 and the second protection piece 3 respectively, and the protection component can be connected in a plugging, clamping or penetrating manner through bolts or pins. The protection plate 4 protects the peripheral side of the air conditioner external unit 1, and the first and second protection members 2 and 3 protect the upper and lower ends of the air conditioner external unit 1, further reducing the possibility of deformation of the air conditioner external unit 1 during transportation. The protection plate 4 also connects the first protector 2 and the second protector 3, improving the stability of the installation of the first protector 2 and the second protector 3. Further, the material of the protection board 4 includes, but is not limited to, plastic or fiber material, and the protection board 4 may be formed by punching, injection molding or suction molding.
The number of the protection boards 4 may be one, two, three or four, and the number of the protection boards 4 is not limited in this application. In one example, two protection plates 4 are provided, the two protection plates 4 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the air conditioner outdoor unit 1, and the protection plates 4, the first protection member 2 and the second protection member 3 together protect the air conditioner outdoor unit 1, so that the possibility of deformation of the air conditioner outdoor unit 1 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, fig. 2 shows a schematic structural view of a first protection plate provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 3 shows a schematic structural view of a second protection plate provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 4 shows an enlarged schematic structural view of a portion a shown in fig. 3, and fig. 5 shows an enlarged schematic structural view of a portion B shown in fig. 3.
In some alternative embodiments, the two ends of the protection plate 4 are respectively provided with a first fixing member 41 and/or a second fixing member 42, the first fixing member 41 facing the first protection member 2 and being used for inserting the first protection member 2, and the second fixing member 42 facing the second protection member 3 and being used for inserting the second protection member 3.
The first fixing member 41 is located at the upper end of the protection plate 4, and may be provided in one or two or more, and the first fixing member 41 and the protection plate 4 are connected by welding, an integral type or the like, and in one example, the material of the first fixing member 41 is the same as that of the protection plate 4, and the first fixing member 41 and the protection plate 4 are integrally formed. When the first fixing member 41 is installed, the first fixing member 41 is inserted into the flexible first protection member 2, so that the first fixing member 41 is connected with the first protection member 2, and the convenience in connection of the first fixing member 41 with the first protection member 2 is further improved.
The second fixing member 42 is located at the lower end of the protection board 4, and may be one or two or more, and the second fixing member 42 and the protection board 4 are connected by welding, an integral type, or the like, and in one example, the material of the second fixing member 42 is the same as that of the protection board 4, and the second fixing member 42 and the protection board 4 are integrally formed. When the second fixing member 42 is mounted, the second fixing member 42 is inserted into the flexible second protection member 3, so that the second fixing member 42 is connected with the second protection member 3, and the convenience in connection of the second fixing member 42 with the second protection member 3 is further improved.
In one example, the first fixing member 41 is provided in two at the upper end of the protection plate 4, and the second fixing member 42 is provided in two at the lower end of the protection plate 4.
In some alternative embodiments, the end of the first fixing element 41 facing the first protection element 2 is provided with a first guiding portion 411, the first guiding portion 411 being conical and the small end facing away from the first fixing element 41; and/or the second fixing member 42 is provided with a second guiding portion 421 towards one end of the second protection member 3, the second guiding portion 421 is conical, and the small end of the second guiding portion 421 faces away from the second fixing member 42.
The first fixing member 41 may be long, cylindrical, conical or rectangular, and the first fixing member 41 may be provided with a first guiding portion 411 toward one end of the first protection member 2, where the first guiding portion 411 is fixedly connected with the first fixing member 41, and may be welded or integrally formed, and in one example, the first guiding portion 411 and the first fixing member 41 are made of the same material and are integrally formed. The first guiding part 411 is conical, the small end of the first guiding part 411 faces away from the first fixing piece 41, namely, the large end of the first guiding part 411 is connected with the first fixing piece 41, and the small end of the first guiding part 411 faces towards the first protecting piece 2, so that the first fixing piece 41 can be conveniently inserted into the first protecting piece 2.
The second fixing member 42 may be long, cylindrical, conical or rectangular, and the second fixing member 42 may be provided with a second guiding portion 421 towards one end of the second protecting member 3, where the second guiding portion 421 is fixedly connected with the second fixing member 42, and may be welded or integrally formed, and in one example, the second guiding portion 421 and the second fixing member 42 are made of the same material and are integrally formed. The second guiding portion 421 is conical, the small end of the second guiding portion 421 faces away from the second fixing piece 42, namely, the large end of the second guiding portion 421 is connected with the second fixing piece 42, and the small end of the second guiding portion 421 faces towards the second protecting piece 3, so that the second fixing piece 42 can be conveniently inserted into the first protecting piece 2.
In some alternative embodiments, the protective plate 4 is further provided with an end plate 43 and/or a side plate 44, the end plate 43 and/or the side plate 44 wrapping the first 2 and/or the second 3 guard.

The provision of the end plate 43 protects the side of the first protector 2 and/or the second protector 3 when the protective assembly is installed at the air conditioner outdoor unit 1, avoiding damage to the first protector 2 and/or the second protector 3 when the rope is installed.
In one example, the end plate 43 is provided with one and is located above the protection plate 4.
The protection board 4 is further provided with a side board 44, one side board 44 can be provided, two side boards 44 can be provided, and two side boards 44 are arranged oppositely, so that the first protection piece 2 and the second protection piece 3 are clamped, the stability of the first protection piece 2 and the second protection piece 3 wrapping the air conditioner outdoor unit 1 is improved, and meanwhile, the stability of the connection of the protection board 4 and the first protection piece 2 and the second protection piece 3 is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the protective plate 4 is provided with first reinforcing ribs 45 and/or the side plate 44 is provided with second reinforcing ribs 441.
The protection board 4 is provided with a first reinforcing rib 45, the first reinforcing rib 45 can extend along the length direction of the protection board 4 and also can extend along the width direction of the protection board 4, and the first reinforcing rib 45 can be arranged on one surface of the protection board 4 facing the air conditioner external unit 1 and also can be arranged on one surface facing away from the air conditioner external unit 1. The first reinforcing ribs 45 may be provided in one or more, and when the first reinforcing ribs 45 are provided in plural, the plural first reinforcing ribs 45 extend in the width direction of the protection plate 4, and the plural first reinforcing ribs 45 are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the protection plate 4. The first reinforcing ribs 45 can improve the strength of the protection plate 4 and reduce the deformation probability of the protection plate 4.
The side plate 44 is provided with a second reinforcing rib 441, the second reinforcing rib 441 may extend in the longitudinal direction of the side plate 44 or in the width direction of the side plate 44, and the second reinforcing rib 441 may be provided on one surface of the side plate 44 facing the air conditioner external unit 1 or on one surface facing away from the air conditioner external unit 1. The second reinforcing rib 441 may be provided in one or more pieces, and in one example, the second reinforcing rib 441 is provided in one piece and extends in the length direction of the side plate 44.
In some alternative embodiments, the first reinforcing rib 45 is provided at a side of the protection plate 4 facing the air conditioner external unit 1, and/or the second reinforcing rib 441 is provided at a side of the side plate 44 facing the air conditioner external unit 1. The first reinforcing rib 45 is located at one side of the protection board 4 facing the air conditioner external unit 1, the first reinforcing rib 45 can be formed by protruding one side of the protection board 4 facing the air conditioner external unit 1, or can be formed by fixing one side of the protection board 4 facing the air conditioner external unit 1 by a sheet-shaped or strip-shaped reinforcing rib, so that the volume of a protection component is reduced, the influence of the first reinforcing rib 45 on other objects or the protection component is avoided in the transportation process, and the packaging and transportation cost is reduced.
The second reinforcing rib 441 is located at a side of the side plate 44 facing the air conditioner outdoor unit 1, the second reinforcing rib 441 can be formed at a side of the side plate 44 facing the air conditioner outdoor unit 1, or can be formed at a side of the side plate 44 facing the air conditioner outdoor unit 1 by fixing a sheet-shaped or strip-shaped reinforcing rib, so that the volume of the protective component is reduced, the influence of the second reinforcing rib 441 on other articles or the protective component is avoided in the transportation process, and the packaging and transportation cost is reduced.
In some alternative embodiments, the side of the second guard 3 facing the first guard 2 is less than or equal to 10mm from the first stiffener 45 in the vertical plane. When stacking, the second protection piece 3 deforms, and the first reinforcing ribs 45 positioned below can press the second protection piece 3, so that the damage to the air conditioner outdoor unit 1 caused by excessive deformation of the second protection piece 3 is avoided.
In some alternative embodiments, the thickness of the protective plate 4 is 2mm-8mm. If the thickness of the protection plate 4 is less than 2mm, the protection plate 4 is less strong and is easily deformed, thereby damaging the air conditioner outdoor unit 1. If the thickness of the protection plate 4 is greater than 8mm, the thickness of the protection plate 4 is thicker, so that the cost of the protection plate 4 increases. When the thickness of the protection plate 4 is between 2mm and 8mm, the strength of the protection plate 4 is satisfied and the cost of the protection assembly is reduced as much as possible.
In some alternative embodiments, the protection board 4 is provided with a hollowed-out portion 46, and the hollowed-out portion 46 can reduce the material consumption of the protection board 4 and reduce the cost of the protection board 4. In one example, a plurality of hollowed-out portions 46 are provided, and the hollowed-out portions 46 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the protection plate 4.
Referring to fig. 1, in some alternative embodiments, an air conditioner is further included, the air conditioner including an air conditioner outdoor unit 1 and the protective assembly as described in any of the above. The protection assembly comprises a flexible first protection piece 2, a flexible second protection piece 3 and a protection board 4, wherein the first protection piece 2 is arranged at one end of the air conditioner external unit 1; the second protection piece 3 is arranged at the other end of the air conditioner external unit 1; the protection board 4 is arranged at the side of the air conditioner outdoor unit 1, and two ends of the protection board 4 are detachably connected with the first protection piece 2 and the second protection piece 3 respectively. The protection plate 4 protects the peripheral side of the air conditioner external unit 1, and the first and second protection members 2 and 3 protect the upper and lower ends of the air conditioner external unit 1, thereby reducing the possibility of deformation of the air conditioner external unit 1 during transportation. And the protection plate 4 connects the first protector 2 and the second protector 3, thereby improving the installation stability of the first protector 2 and the second protector 3.

1. A protective assembly for protecting an air conditioner outdoor unit, the protective assembly comprising:
the flexible first protection piece is arranged at one end of the air conditioner external unit;
the flexible second protection piece is arranged at the other end of the air conditioner external unit; and
the protection board is arranged on the side of the air conditioner external unit, and two ends of the protection board are detachably connected with the first protection piece and the second protection piece respectively.

The protective assembly according to claim 1, wherein the protective plate is provided with a first fixing member and/or a second fixing member at both ends thereof, respectively, the first fixing member being oriented toward the first protective member and being for insertion of the first protective member; the second fixing piece faces the second protection piece and is used for being inserted into the second protection piece.
3. The protective assembly of claim 2, wherein an end of the first securing member facing the first protective member is provided with a first guide portion that is conical with a small end facing away from the first securing member; and/or the second fixing piece is provided with a second guiding part towards one end of the second protection piece, and the second guiding part is conical and the small end of the second guiding part is away from the second fixing piece.
4. The protective assembly according to claim 1, wherein the protective plate is further provided with an end plate and/or a side plate, which encases the first and/or second protective member.
5. The protective assembly of claim 4, wherein the protective plate is provided with a first stiffener and/or the side plate is provided with a second stiffener.
6. The protective assembly of claim 5, wherein the first stiffener is disposed on a side of the protective plate facing the air conditioner external unit and/or the second stiffener is disposed on a side of the side plate facing the air conditioner external unit.
7. The protective assembly of claim 5, wherein a face of the second guard facing the first guard is less than or equal to 10mm from the first stiffener in a vertical plane.
8. The protective assembly of claim 1, wherein the protective plate has a thickness of 2mm-8mm.
9. The protective assembly of claim 1, wherein the protective plate is provided with a hollowed-out portion.
10. An air conditioner comprising an air conditioner external unit and a protective assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
