Optionally, the upper surface of the base cushion 20 is configured with one or more relief grooves 204, the relief grooves 204 being used to relief the bottom of the packaged item, such as support feet or pulleys.
Optionally, four corners at the bottom of the base pad 20 are provided with four three-surface protection corners 30, so that impact on the base pad 20 when the corners fall can be effectively shared, impact force is dispersed, and damage to household appliances caused by the corners fall is reduced. Specifically, since the base pad 20 is generally made of foam materials, irreversible deformation and even breakage are easily generated when the base pad is subjected to severe drop impact, the three-face corner protector 30 can effectively distribute the impact, disperse the point-shaped concentrated impact into planar impact, and then transmit the planar impact to the corners of the base pad 20 closely contacted with the three-face corner protector 30, so that the corners of the bottom of the base pad 20 can be effectively protected, and further household appliances on the upper part of the packaging base assembly can be protected.
Each three-face corner protector 30 is integrally formed and is made of plastic such as PP or ABS. The hardness of plastic materials such as PP or ABS is larger than that of foam materials, so that impact force can be effectively shared when the angle falls.

When falling, the impact force weakened by the protection angle 10 and the protection angle dispersion is transmitted to the four support parts of the front support part 2011, the two side support parts 2013 and the rear support part 2012, and the four support parts absorb all or most of impact energy through certain deformation, so that household appliances positioned at the upper part of the package base are protected.
Optionally, the upper surfaces of the front support 2011 and the rear support 2012 are provided with a plurality of material saving grooves, and the bottom surfaces of the front support 2011, the side support 2013 and the rear support 2012 are provided with a plurality of material saving grooves. The material saving groove can reduce the production cost on the premise of not reducing the fall protection effect.

Claims (9)

1. A corner protector for a packaging base, the packaging base comprising a base cushion, characterized in that,
the corner protector is integrally formed and bendable, the corner protector can be converted between a first state and a second state, and when the corner protector is in the first state, the corner protector encloses a mounting frame which is suitable for being arranged below the base cushion; when the corner protector is in the second state, the corner protector is in a linear shape;
the corner protector comprises:
a first fold extending in a vertical direction;
the second folded edge is connected with the lower end part of the first folded edge and extends along the horizontal direction;
wherein, the second flange is provided with a plurality of notches, and when the corner protector is in the first state, the second flanges at the two sides of the notch are abutted;
the cross section of the bottom pad is rectangular, the number of the gaps is the same as that of the corners of the bottom pad, and when the bottom pad is positioned above the mounting frame, the corners of the bottom pad are in one-to-one correspondence with the gaps.
2. The corner protector for a package base of claim 1, wherein,
the corner protector is made of soft plastic or paper.
3. The corner protector for a package base of claim 2, wherein,
when the bottom pad is positioned in the mounting frame, the bottom surface of the bottom pad is suitable for being abutted with the upper surface of the second folded edge, and the side surface of the bottom pad is suitable for being abutted with the first folded edge; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
when the bottom pad is positioned in the mounting frame, the corner protector is suitable for extending along the circumference of the bottom pad, and the corner protector is wrapped on the outer side of the bottom pad.
4. A package base comprising a corner protector for a package base as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3.
5. The package base of claim 4, further comprising:
the bottom pad is positioned above the mounting frame when the corner protector is positioned in the first state;
wherein, the angle bead matches with the lower tip of base cushion to protect the base cushion.
6. The package base of claim 5, wherein the base pad comprises:
a frame part with a hollow structure inside;
and the sealing part is positioned in the hollow structure and connected with the frame part to seal the hollow structure.
7. The package base of claim 6 wherein,
the thickness of the sealing portion is smaller than the thickness of the frame portion.
8. The package base of claim 6 wherein,
the thickness of the sealing part is in the range of 6mm-30mm.
9. The package base of any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the base pad further comprises:
and the reinforcing rib is arranged at the bottom of the sealing part to strengthen the strength of the sealing part.
