In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, there is only one support pole 400 below each of the first and third templates 210, 230. The length of the first and third templates 210 and 230 is smaller than that of the second template 220, and the supporting area is smaller, so that stable support can be realized by one supporting upright 400.
