In a third aspect, the present application proposes a pit arm support, see fig. 9, which includes a plurality of support pieces connected end to end in sequence; wherein, the support sheet comprises a length-adjustable support sheet 001 and a length-non-adjustable support sheet 002; the pit arm assembly is of a polygonal structure, wherein at least one length-adjustable support sheet 001 as described in any one of the above is arranged on each side.
In some embodiments, the pit arm support is quadrilateral, and at least one length-adjustable support piece 001 is arranged on each side.
The above-mentioned hole arm support of this application is owing to set up at least one adjustable piece 001 of length to can adjust the length of this adjustable piece 001 of length according to the size of hole arm, thereby can guarantee the fastness of support, accomplish the support task. In the prior art, the sizes of the tunnels are not uniform in the actual construction scene, and no standard support is used for protection, so that accidents are very easy to occur when the tunnels are deeper. By adopting the pit arm support, the probability of accident occurrence can be greatly reduced, and the safety of workers on a construction site is improved.
In some embodiments, the pit arm support further comprises a top rod assembly, wherein the top rod assembly is positioned in a closed area surrounded by the pit arm support, and two ends of the top rod assembly are respectively connected with two opposite sides of the pit arm support and used for supporting the pit arm support; the ejector rod assembly comprises a plurality of ejector rods which are sequentially connected end to end.
Preferably, the ejector rod assembly comprises at least one length-adjustable ejector rod.
As shown, the ejector pin assembly includes one of the length adjustable ejector pins 003 and the length fixed ejector pin 004 described above.
In some embodiments, a plurality of square tubes 005 and a connection 0051 are also included. A square corner tube 005 is arranged between any two adjacent sides of the pit arm assembly; two side elevation of square angle pipe 005 connect the one end of adjacent piece respectively.
As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments, a plurality of studs 0051 are respectively disposed on two adjacent side surfaces of the square tube 005, and when connected, the studs 0051 pass through the through holes of the connection parts of the support pieces, and then are locked by nuts. The distance between any two adjacent studs may be set to be the same. As shown, the number of studs that can be provided on each side is 4.
In some embodiments, the square corner tube 005 may stand at the corner of the foundation pit, 100 x 100 square steel tube may be used, and the height may be set to 0.5 meters.
The two support sheets are arranged between square corner tubes, can be made of 50 gamma-100 flat steel tubes, and have the height of 0.5 m, and are connected by bolts; the length of the length-fixed support sheet can be set to be 0.5 meter, 0.7 meter and 1 meter, and the length of the first inner sleeve movable part 12 of the length-adjustable support sheet when not extending can be set to be 0.5 meter, 0.7 meter and 1 meter, and the length of the first inner sleeve movable part 12 after extending is set to be 0.5+0.15 meter, 0.7+0.25 meter and 1+0.3 meter.
The following illustrates the steps of installation. The first step is to install a bracket, specifically, to suspend excavation when the foundation pit is excavated to 1 meter according to the designed position and the designed plane size, clean and level pit bottoms and pit arms, firmly connect two square corner tubes of one pit arm with a length-adjustable support sheet and a length-fixed support sheet at the pit bottoms by bolts, and tightly attach the pit arms, wherein the positions of the length-adjustable support sheet and the length-fixed support sheet can be placed randomly.
When the length is adjusted, the reversing handle is shifted to the extending position, the non-return pawl is pulled out, the non-return pawl is separated from contact with the non-return ratchet, and the six-edge shifting wheel on the length-adjustable support sheet is pulled by a common wrench, so that the first inner sleeve movable part 12 extends out of the first outer sleeve fixed part 11, the length is prolonged, and the square pipe is tightly propped against the pit arm. The non-return pawl is put back to enable the non-return pawl to be closely attached to the non-return ratchet wheel so as to prevent the ratchet wheel from rotating; the brackets of other pit arms are arranged by the same method, and all the support pieces are ensured to be propped against the pit arms so as to prevent the brackets from sliding downwards.
Secondly, installing other brackets, namely digging a foundation pit for 0.6 meter, and installing the brackets by adopting the method; the method is repeated circularly until the support is arranged to be 0.6-1 meter away from the designed elevation of the pit bottom, and the protective support is not arranged; then the pit bottom is excavated to the designed elevation by adopting a manual method, and the masonry is rapidly constructed to the bottom of the bracket according to the design.
Thirdly, dismantling the bracket, namely suspending the construction design masonry, dismantling the protective bracket arranged 1-2 steps above the masonry surface, and continuing the construction design masonry to the bottom of the bracket; and (3) repeating the steps circularly until the protective bracket is completely removed and the rest part of the foundation is constructed.
The support of this application comprises square angle pipe, support piece, ejector pin. The parts of the bracket are light in weight, simple in structure, easy to manufacture, easy to operate on site, high in applicability, capable of being assembled and disassembled at the pit bottom by a single person, free of special tools, capable of being customized and combined at will according to actual conditions on site, and flexible in mobility and setting length and width dimensions at will; the bracket can be self-supporting and does not fall down.

Claims (10)

1. A length-adjustable support sheet, comprising: a first outer jacket fixing member, a first inner jacket movable member;
the first casing fixing member includes: at least one first ribbed tube and a first fixed connection tube; one end of the first rib pipe is connected with the first fixed connecting pipe; the first inner sleeve movable member includes: at least one second ribbed tube and a second fixed connection tube;
the first end of the second ribbed tube is inserted into the first ribbed tube through the other end of the first ribbed tube, and the inserted length is adjustable;
the second end of the second rib pipe is connected with the second fixed connecting pipe.

The length adjustable support of claim 1, further comprising a transmission mechanism; the transmission mechanism at least comprises: the power transmission shaft is sleeved with the first ratchet mechanism at the middle part of the power transmission shaft; the force transmission gears are respectively sleeved on the force transmission shafts;
a force transmission rack fixedly arranged on the second rib pipe of the first inner sleeve movable part, and the force transmission rack is matched with the force transmission gear;
the gear seat is respectively arranged on the first rib pipe of the first outer sleeve fixing part; the force transmission gear is arranged in the gear seat;
when the length is adjusted, the first ratchet mechanism drives the force transmission shaft to rotate, the force transmission shaft drives the force transmission gear to rotate, and the force transmission gear drives the force transmission rack to move, so that the first inner sleeve movable part is adjusted to extend or retract into the first outer sleeve fixed part, and the length of the length-adjustable support piece is adjusted.

The length adjustable support of claim 2, wherein the first ratchet mechanism comprises: two bidirectional ratchets sleeved on the force transmission shaft; the two bidirectional ratchets are respectively used for dragging the force transmission shaft to rotate under the drive of external force, so that the gear is driven to rotate, and the rack moves to adjust the length of the length-adjustable support piece.
4. The length adjustable support of claim 3, wherein said first ratchet mechanism further comprises: a non-return ratchet wheel disposed between the two bi-directional ratchet wheels;
when the length is not required to be adjusted, the non-return ratchet wheel is set to a stop state so as to prevent the rotation of the force transmission shaft, and when the length is required to be adjusted, the non-return ratchet wheel can be set to a non-stop state so that the force transmission shaft can rotate under the drive of the two bidirectional ratchet wheels.
5. The length adjustable support of claim 2, wherein the number of first ribbed tubes is 3; the distances between two adjacent first ribbed pipes are equal; the gear seat and the force transmission gear are respectively arranged on the first side rib pipes at two sides;
the number of the second ribbed pipes is 3; the distance between two adjacent second ribbed pipes is equal; and force transmission racks are respectively arranged on the second side rib pipes at two sides.

The length-adjustable support sheet according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of connection parts are provided on the first fixed connection pipe and the second fixed connection pipe, respectively; each connecting part is provided with a through hole for connecting adjacent support plates or square tubes.
7. The length-adjustable support plate according to claim 1, wherein the first ribbed tube and the second ribbed tube are respectively provided with a plurality of through holes, and are connected by connecting pieces.
8. The length-adjustable support plate according to claim 7, wherein the number of the first ribbed pipes and the second ribbed pipes is 3, respectively;
the distances between two adjacent first ribbed pipes are equal, the two adjacent second ribbed pipes are parallel, and the two adjacent first ribbed pipes are equal.
9. The length-adjustable support sheet according to claim 5, further comprising: the first reinforcing pipes are arranged between two adjacent first rib pipes, and two ends of each first reinforcing pipe respectively prop against the two first rib pipes and are fixedly connected; for supporting said adjacent two first ribbed tubes.
10. The length-adjustable support sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the material of the first outer sheath fixing member and the first inner sheath movable member is an aluminum alloy.
