Optionally, a temperature detecting device is disposed in the second accommodating space 13, and the controller is further connected to the temperature detecting device, the third electromagnetic valve 281 and the fourth electromagnetic valve 291, for controlling the opening degrees of the third electromagnetic valve 281 and the fourth electromagnetic valve 291 according to the detection information of the temperature detecting device.
Like this, the controller can control and keep different temperatures in first accommodation space 12 and the second accommodation space 13, can place the article of different temperature demands in first accommodation space 12 and the second accommodation space 13, promotes medical transfer car (buggy) practicality.
In some embodiments, the refrigeration system is disposed at the top of the cabin 10, and the first accommodating space 12 and the second accommodating space 13 are disposed below the accommodating cavity 11 and side by side.

By adopting the medical transfer trolley provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the transfer storage device 30 is respectively arranged in the first accommodating space 12 and the second accommodating space 13, so that automatic storage of storage objects such as a plasma transfer box can be realized, and a user can conveniently place and take objects into the first accommodating space 12 and the second accommodating space 13.

By adopting the medical transfer trolley provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the bracket 31 can support other various components of the transfer storage device 30 and fixedly connect the other various components; by providing the driving part and the first rotary transmission part 32 and connecting the driving part and the first rotary transmission part 32 in a driving way, the driving part can provide power for the first rotary transmission part 32, so that the first rotary transmission part 32 performs annular rotary motion along the height direction of the bracket 31; through setting up supporter 33, the user can place the commodity placed on supporter 33, set up a plurality of supporter 33 and can provide a plurality of storage locations for the user, satisfy user's storage demand, in addition, through all being connected the setting with first gyration transmission portion 32 with a plurality of supporter 33, a plurality of supporter 33 can be under the drive of first gyration transmission portion 32 along the orbit motion of first gyration transmission portion 32, set up a certain place of first gyration transmission portion 32 motion trail as the position of placing, the position of placing for the user of being convenient for place the commodity, a plurality of supporter 33 can pass through the position in proper order, in this way, do not need the user to remove, the user can place or take the commodity placed from the position of placing, be convenient for the user to store or take the commodity placed, promote user's operation convenience.
The track shape of the annular rotary motion can be circular, elliptical or racetrack, and it can be understood that the track shape of the annular rotary motion is not unique, and the track shape is one of the alternative embodiments of the application as long as the track shape of the annular rotary motion is in a closed loop rotary motion form.
It should be noted that, the "placement position" herein refers to a position where the placement frame 33 moves to be closest to the placement end of the rack 31, so that a user can place or take the placed article.

By adopting the transfer storage device 30 provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the first driving wheel 321, the first driven wheel 322 and the first transmission piece 323 are arranged, the first driving wheel 321 and the first driven wheel 322 can be connected by sleeving the first transmission piece 323 on the outer side of the first driving wheel 321 and the first driven wheel 322, when the first driving wheel 321 rotates under the driving of the driving part, the first driving wheel 321 drives the first transmission piece 323 to move, the first transmission piece 323 transmits power to the first driven wheel 322 so as to drive the plurality of storage racks 33 to move, and as the plurality of storage racks 33 are arranged at intervals along the movement track of the first rotary transmission part 32, the plurality of storage racks 33 are connected with the first transmission piece 323, that is, the plurality of storage racks 33 perform rotary movement along the movement track of the first transmission piece 323.
Optionally, the medical transfer vehicle further comprises an illumination system provided in the vehicle cabin 10 for providing illumination to the first accommodation space 12 and the second accommodation space 13.
Thus, by providing the illumination system, the first accommodation space 12 and the second accommodation space 13 can be illuminated, which is convenient for the user to use in the dark or in poor light.
Alternatively, the lighting system includes two lighting lamps 16, and the two lighting lamps 16 are respectively disposed in the first accommodating space 12 and the second accommodating space 13 for lighting the first accommodating space 12 and the second accommodating space 13.
Optionally, the medical transfer cart further comprises: and a sterilizing device provided in the vehicle compartment 10 for sterilizing the first accommodating space 12 and the second accommodating space 13.
Thus, by providing the sterilizing device, the first accommodating space 12 and the second accommodating space 13 can be sterilized and disinfected, so that the storage environments in the first accommodating space 12 and the second accommodating space 13 meet the storage requirements of the articles.
Alternatively, the sterilizing device includes two ultraviolet sterilizing lamps 17, and the two ultraviolet sterilizing lamps 17 are respectively disposed in the first accommodating space 12 and the second accommodating space 13 for sterilizing the first accommodating space 12 and the second accommodating space 13.

Claims (10)
1. A medical transfer trolley, comprising:
a vehicle body;
the vehicle cabin is arranged on the vehicle body and is used for defining an accommodating cavity, a first accommodating space and a second accommodating space, wherein the accommodating cavity is communicated with the first accommodating space and the accommodating cavity is communicated with the second accommodating space;
and the refrigerating system is arranged in the accommodating cavity, so that cold air in the accommodating cavity is exchanged with air in the first accommodating space and air in the second accommodating space, and the refrigerating system is used for controlling the temperature in the first accommodating space and the temperature in the second accommodating space.
2. The medical transfer cart of claim 1, wherein the refrigeration system comprises a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator connected in sequence, the refrigeration system further comprising:
the fan is arranged in the accommodating cavity and corresponds to the evaporator and is used for driving air in the first accommodating space to flow into the accommodating cavity and flow back to the first accommodating space after flowing through the evaporator, and/or air in the second accommodating space flows into the accommodating cavity and flows back to the second accommodating space after flowing through the evaporator.
3. The medical transfer cart of claim 2, further comprising:
the first partition plate is arranged in the accommodating cavity and used for dividing the space of the accommodating cavity;
the second partition plate is arranged side by side with the first partition plate and arranged in the accommodating cavity and is used for dividing the space of the accommodating cavity;
wherein the condenser and the compressor are located outside the first and second partitions, and the evaporator is located between the first and second partitions.
4. The medical transfer cart of claim 3, wherein the first and second baffles divide the containment chamber into a first containment chamber, a second containment chamber, and a third containment chamber, the refrigeration system further comprising:
the first air inlet pipeline is arranged in the first accommodating cavity, one end of the first air inlet pipeline is communicated with the first accommodating space, and the other end of the first air inlet pipeline is communicated with the second accommodating cavity;
the first air outlet pipeline is arranged in the third accommodating cavity, one end of the first air outlet pipeline is communicated with the second accommodating cavity, and the other end of the first air outlet pipeline is communicated with the first accommodating space;
wherein, the fan is located in the second accommodation chamber.
5. The medical transfer cart of claim 4, wherein the refrigeration system further comprises:
the first electromagnetic valve is arranged on the first air inlet pipeline and used for controlling the opening and closing of the first air inlet pipeline;
and the second electromagnetic valve is arranged on the first air outlet pipeline and used for controlling the opening and closing of the first air outlet pipeline.
6. The medical transfer cart of claim 4, wherein the refrigeration system further comprises:
the second air inlet pipeline is arranged in the second accommodating cavity, one end of the second air inlet pipeline is communicated with the second accommodating space, and the other end of the second air inlet pipeline is communicated with the second accommodating cavity;
and the second air outlet pipeline is arranged in the third accommodating cavity, one end of the second air outlet pipeline is communicated with the second accommodating cavity, and the other end of the second air outlet pipeline is communicated with the second accommodating space.
7. The medical transfer cart of claim 6, wherein the refrigeration system further comprises:
the third electromagnetic valve is arranged on the second air inlet pipeline and used for controlling the opening and closing of the second air inlet pipeline;
and the fourth electromagnetic valve is arranged on the second air outlet pipeline and used for controlling the opening and closing of the second air outlet pipeline.
8. The medical transfer trolley of claim 1 wherein the refrigeration system is disposed at the top of the cabin, and the first accommodation space and the second accommodation space are both disposed below the accommodation cavity and side by side.
9. The medical transfer cart of any one of claims 1-8, further comprising:
and the number of the transferring storage devices is two, and the two transferring storage devices are respectively arranged in the first accommodating space and the second accommodating space.
10. The medical transfer cart of claim 9, wherein the transfer storage device comprises:
a bracket;
a driving part arranged on the bracket;
the first rotary transmission part is movably arranged on the bracket and is connected with the driving part, and the first rotary transmission part is driven by the driving part to perform annular rotary motion along the height direction of the bracket;
the storage racks are arranged at intervals along the movement track of the first rotary transmission part and connected with the first rotary transmission part so as to move under the drive of the first rotary transmission part.
