The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
A sewage treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5. The sewage treatment device can be used for a sweeping robot, such as a base station sewage tank of the sweeping robot; or the sewage treatment device can also be used for other equipment needing distillation.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the sewage treatment apparatus includes: tank 100, heater 300, tank cover 200, and adsorber 400.
The water tank 100 is used for containing sewage to be treated. The water tank 100 may have a structure with an open upper end, or a structure in which the sides of the water tank 100 are closed, but a water inlet is left. Water tank 100 may be made of metal, including but not limited to cast iron, stainless steel, etc., or water tank 100 may be made of stone, including but not limited to medical stone, etc., or water tank 100 may be made of plastic.
Heater 300 is used to heat the medium within water tank 100. When the water tank 100 contains sewage, the heater 300 is used to heat the sewage; when water is not contained in the water tank 100, the heater 300 is dry-heated, and air in the water tank 100 can be heated.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, a heater 300 may be disposed under the water tank 100, and the heater 300 may be an electric heater or a gas furnace, etc.
For the electric heater type heater 300, the heater 300 may be fixedly connected with the water tank 100, for example, a heating plate may be provided at an upper end of the heater 300, and the water tank 100 may be fixedly connected with the heating plate.
Of course, heater 300 may also be of a separate design from water tank 100, including a gas burner type or an induction cooker heat radiation type, etc.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, a case cover 200 is mounted to the water tank 100, and the case cover 200 has a first air outlet 201 and a second air outlet 202. The first air outlet 201 communicates with the water tank 100, and the second air outlet 202 communicates with the water tank 100.
The adsorber 400 is mounted to the first air outlet 201, and the second air outlet 202 is connected to a fan. In operation, the blower applies a negative pressure from the water tank 100 to the outside to the second air outlet 202.
The sewage treatment device has a distillation operation mode and an auxiliary operation mode.
In the distillation operation mode, the heater 300 heats the sewage and steam flows from the water tank 100 into the adsorber 400; in the distillation process, the pungent odor gas is generated, the solid arrows in fig. 4 indicate the gas flow direction, and the high temperature resistant absorber 400 is added in the middle of the path of the steam, so that the absorber 400 can absorb the organic pungent odor in the steam, thereby achieving the effect of deodorizing.
The adsorber 400 may include a mounting frame, in which activated carbon is mounted, and a porous adsorption material, which may be a high temperature resistant frame, such as a metal or a high temperature resistant resin. The activated carbon can be loose nano-scale activated carbon, and when the hot steam passes through the loose nano-scale activated carbon, the activated carbon can adsorb organic pungent odor in the steam, so that the effect of removing peculiar smell is achieved.
The adsorber 400 may also include other materials, such as fullerenes, and the like.
The heater 300 heats the sewage including a low temperature distillation mode and a high temperature distillation mode, in which the temperature at the activated carbon is lower than 100 deg.c.
After passing through the adsorber 400, the steam can be used to clean the brush head, and the steam in the scheme has no peculiar smell; or the steam may be condensed for the next use after passing through the adsorber 400.
In the additional active mode of operation, heater 300 is dry-burned and second outlet 202 is pressurized, and air flows from adsorber 400 through tank 100 and into second outlet 202.
In the attached operation mode, no water exists in the water tank 100, and the heater 300 is operated to manufacture a high temperature environment, so that the adsorber 400 is in the high temperature environment, organic gas molecules adsorbed on the surface of the adsorber 400 are separated from the surface of the adsorber 400 to become free gas molecules, then the blower is started to form negative pressure, the free stimulated gas molecules on the surface of the adsorber 400 are collected into the dust bag of the sweeper, the odor removing function of the adsorber 400 is recovered, and the effect of circulated filtration is achieved.
According to the sewage treatment device provided by the embodiment of the application, through setting up two gas outlets, and set up adsorber 400 and selectively openable negative pressure respectively at two gas outlets, can filter the organic matter in the steam, prevent to produce the peculiar smell in the course of the work, and adsorber 400 circulated use, need not often to change, reduce use cost.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the first air outlet 201 and the second air outlet 202 are disposed on opposite sides of the case cover 200, respectively. In this way, the first air outlet 201 and the second air outlet 202 do not interfere with each other, so that the first air outlet 201 and the second air outlet 202 are connected with other devices respectively.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the case cover 200 includes: a cover, a first exhaust passage 230, and a second exhaust passage 240.
Wherein the cover is mounted on the water tank 100, and the cover has a first through hole 211 and a second through hole 212 communicating with the water tank 100. The cover may be installed at the open end of the water tank 100 and provided with a first through hole 211 and a second through hole 212 at the wall surface where the water tank 100 is connected, so that the gas in the water tank 100 may flow to the first through hole 211 or the second through hole 212.
The first exhaust passage 230 is installed on the cover body, a first end of the first exhaust passage 230 is in butt joint with the first through hole 211, a second end of the first exhaust passage 230 forms a first air outlet 201, and the adsorber 400 is installed on the first exhaust passage 230; the second exhaust duct 240 is mounted on the cover, and a first end of the second exhaust duct 240 is in butt joint with the second through hole 212, a second end of the second exhaust duct 240 forms the second air outlet 202, and the second exhaust duct 240 is used for connecting with a fan.
By arranging the first exhaust passage 230 and the second exhaust passage 240, the air flow guiding function can be achieved, so that the air is collected at the exhaust passage with smaller flow cross section area, and filtering and other treatments are facilitated.
