The upper port of the seed taking cavity is positioned at the lowest part of the box body of the garlic seed metering box 5, the inner wall of the garlic seed metering box 5 is provided with a garlic seed guiding ramp, and the garlic seed guiding ramp gradually converges from top to bottom to the upper port of the seed taking cavity, so that the garlic seeds in the garlic seed metering box 5 slide downwards from the garlic seed guiding ramp and are led into the seed taking cavity 20, and when the garlic seeds in the box body of the garlic seed metering box 5 are less, the work of a seed taking structure is not influenced.
The transmission belt transmission structure comprises an upper belt pulley transmission chain wheel 28 arranged on the upper belt pulley 21 of the transmission belt, a garlic seed sowing device transmission chain wheel 29 and a transition belt transmission mechanism transmission chain 25 which are coaxially fixed together with the lower front belt pulley 9, and the upper belt pulley transmission chain wheel 28 is in transmission connection with the garlic seed sowing device transmission chain wheel 29 through the transition belt transmission mechanism transmission chain 25.
The conveyor belt 23 is a leather belt, the garlic receiver 24 is a leather supporting plate which is perpendicular to the surface of the leather belt, and the leather belt and the leather supporting plate are of an integrated structure.
The leather pallet has a width to accommodate one garlic seed, so as to minimize the width of the transition zone conveying mechanism, thereby minimizing the included angle between the left wing 11-1 and the right wing 11-2, and the left wing 11-1 of the furrow opener and the right wing 11-2 of the furrow opener positioned at both sides of the leather pallet form a barrier for the garlic seed, so as to prevent the garlic seed from falling from both sides of the leather pallet.
The linkage structure of the garlic seed sowing device is a shaft-hub connection structure: the inner hole of the lower front sprocket 9 in each garlic seed sowing device is fixedly connected with the shaft sleeve 14, the inner hole of the shaft sleeve 14 is a transmission hole, the section of the inner hole is polygonal, the garlic sowing mechanism linkage shaft 15 is in sliding fit connection with the transmission hole of each garlic seed sowing device, and the section of the garlic sowing mechanism linkage shaft 15 is polygonal matched with the section of the inner hole of the shaft sleeve 14 so as to circumferentially fix the garlic sowing mechanism linkage shaft 15 and the shaft sleeve 14 together; the lower front sprocket 9 and the garlic seed metering device driving sprocket 29 are coaxially fixed together through a garlic sowing mechanism linkage shaft 15.

the garlic seed metering device transmission structure comprises an auxiliary clutch, a seed metering device speed changer (plant spacing adjusting device) 19 and a garlic sowing mechanism transmission shaft 27, wherein a power output shaft (not shown in the figure) driven by the seed metering device of the speed changer 18 is in transmission connection with a garlic sowing mechanism linkage shaft 15 through the garlic sowing mechanism transmission shaft 27 after the speed change of the seed metering device speed changer 19 (to adjust plant spacing), so that garlic transmission chains of all garlic seed metering devices are driven to rotate, and the power output shaft of a main clutch 17 is connected or disconnected with the power transmission of a power output shaft driven by the seed sowing device of the speed changer 18 through the auxiliary clutch, and the auxiliary clutch is positioned in the speed changer 18.

Claims (10)

1. A garlic sowing device for a garlic sowing machine comprises more than one garlic sowing mechanism and a garlic sowing box (5); the garlic sowing mechanism comprises a sowing machine frame body (2), and a garlic seed sowing device and a furrow opener (11) which are arranged on the sowing machine frame body (2); the garlic seed sowing device comprises a garlic conveying chain supporting structure, a garlic conveying chain and a garlic seed falling prevention shield (6); the garlic conveying chain supporting structure comprises a group of chain wheels which are rotationally connected with the seeder frame body (2); the garlic conveying chain comprises a chain (3) and a composite seed spoon (4), and the composite seed spoon (4) is fixed on the chain (3) at intervals; the chain (3) is meshed with the chain wheels and supported by the chain wheels to form an annular garlic conveying chain transmission connection structure with garlic seed conveying and sowing channels, and the garlic seed conveying and sowing channels are sequentially formed from front to back according to the advancing direction of the chain (3): the garlic seed picking device comprises a garlic seed picking section which is conveyed from bottom to top, wherein the upper end of the garlic seed picking section is forwards folded through a rear sprocket (7) to enter a garlic seed conveying section which is conveyed from back to front, the front end of the garlic seed conveying section is downwards folded through a front sprocket (8) to enter a garlic seed sowing section which is conveyed from top to bottom, the lower end of the garlic seed sowing section is folded through a lower front sprocket (9), and a garlic seed falling prevention shield (6) covers the garlic seed sowing section so as to limit garlic seeds to be conveyed in the garlic seed falling prevention shield (6) and prevent the garlic seeds from falling from gaps between the inner wall of the garlic seed falling prevention shield (6) and a composite seed spoon (4); the lower end part of the garlic seed dropping preventing shield (6) corresponding to the lower end of the garlic seed sowing section is provided with a garlic seed sowing port (10), and the garlic sowing mechanism is provided with a garlic seed sowing device linkage structure which is used for being in transmission connection with a driving device; the furrow opener (11) comprises a left wing (11-1) and a right wing (11-2), and further comprises a seed furrow retainer (12), wherein the seed furrow retainer (12) is positioned at the rear end of the garlic seed sowing port (10), and the front end of the seed furrow retainer is embedded into a gap between the left wing (11-1) of the furrow opener and the right wing (11-2) of the furrow opener, and the furrow opener is characterized in that:
the combined type seed spoon (4) comprises a seed selecting spoon (4-2) and a garlic receiving guide plate (4-1), wherein a cavity of the seed selecting spoon (4-2) can accommodate one garlic seed, an opening of the seed selecting spoon (4-2) faces to the rear in the garlic seed picking section, the garlic receiving guide plate (4-1) is positioned at the lower rear of the seed selecting spoon (4-2), the upper surface of the garlic receiving guide plate is a garlic seed receiving surface, the garlic seed receiving surface is in smooth transition with the inner wall of the lower side of the cavity of the seed selecting spoon (4-2), and the garlic seed receiving surface is inclined downwards from the rear end to the front end so as to form a garlic seed guiding channel, and the garlic seeds are guided into the cavity of the seed selecting spoon (4-2);
the garlic seeder is provided with a seed taking structure, the seed taking structure is positioned at the jogged part of the garlic seed picking section and the garlic seed discharging box (5), and the seed taking structure comprises a seed taking cavity (20) and a garlic seed picking section matched with the seed taking cavity (20): the gap between the inner wall of the seed taking cavity (20) and the composite seed spoon (4) cannot enable garlic seeds to slide off, an upper port of the seed taking cavity is communicated with the inner bottom of the box body of the garlic seed box (5), when the garlic planter is used for sowing, the chain (3) drives the composite seed spoon (4) to be conveyed to the upper port of the seed taking cavity from a lower port of the seed taking cavity, after the composite seed spoon (4) positioned in the seed taking cavity (20) is lifted out of the upper port of the seed taking cavity, garlic seeds positioned in the box body of the garlic seed box (5) fall into the seed taking cavity (20) from the upper port of the seed taking cavity, and before the garlic seeds fall into the lower port of the seed taking cavity, the garlic seeds are blocked by the next composite seed spoon (4) which have entered into the seed taking cavity (20) and are guided into the cavity (4-2) by the garlic receiving guide plate (4-1) from the garlic guide channel, so that the garlic seeds are picked into the cavity (4-2) can be picked up, and the garlic seeds can be picked up by the garlic receiving structure (2) in the cavity (2);
the composite seed spoon (4) for selecting one garlic seed is lifted from the seed taking cavity (20) to the inside of the garlic seed box (5), then forwards folded through the rear sprocket (7) to enter a garlic seed conveying section conveyed from back to front, the composite seed spoon (4) correspondingly overturns, the opening of the seed spoon (4-2) for accommodating one garlic seed is upward to avoid the garlic seed falling in the conveying process, the garlic receiving guide plate (4-1) is erected to enable the garlic seed on the garlic receiving guide plate (4-1) to fall into the garlic seed box (5), then downwards folded through the front sprocket (8) to enter a garlic seed sowing section conveyed from top to bottom, the cavity of the composite seed spoon (4-2) correspondingly overturns, so that one garlic seed in the seed spoon (4-2) falls from inside to outside to incline, the garlic seed receiving guide plate (4-2) falls from the inner wall of the composite seed spoon (4-2) to form a closed seed discharging port (10) and the inner wall of the composite seed spoon (4-2) falls from the rear surface to the rear surface of the garlic seed discharging port (10).
