The present application is described in further detail below in conjunction with figures 1-2.
In a first aspect, embodiments of the present application disclose an identification apparatus for an item sorter. Referring to fig. 1, the article sorting machine includes a frame 1 and a chain conveyor 11 provided on the frame 1 and having an article carrier, and the identification apparatus for the article sorting machine includes: an upper detection part 2, a lower detection part 3 and a control module (not shown in the figure). The chain conveying path of the present application refers to a path of chain that is located between the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket of the chain conveyor 11 and is located at the highest position, and the position of the path of chain does not change when the chain conveyor 11 is in operation, but the links inside the path of chain are constantly replaced.
Referring to fig. 1, the upper and lower sensing units 2 and 3 are connected to a control module, which may include a programmable logic control unit (e.g., a PLC or a CPU), a memory, and electronic components connected to the programmable logic control unit, etc., which are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein. The control module is capable of receiving the first detection signal sent by the upper detection part 2 and the second detection signal sent by the lower detection part 3, and performing quality recognition on the conveyed articles based on the first detection signal and the second detection signal to classify the conveyed articles, such as flawless melons or flawed melons. Referring to fig. 2, the upper detecting section 2 includes a first photographing apparatus 21 directly or indirectly connected to the frame 1, the first photographing apparatus 21 being located directly above the conveyed articles in the vertical direction. The frame 1 is also fixedly connected with a first light supplementing source 22 which can supplement light to the first photographing equipment 21. The first supplemental light source 22 is an LED lamp or a fluorescent lamp and may be provided as a ring light source, a rod light source, or a point light source, which is preferably a ring light source. When the first light supplementing source 22 is an annular light source, the central axis of the first light supplementing source 22 passes through the lens center of the first photographing device 21, and the annularly arranged first light supplementing source 22 enables light to be more uniform when the light irradiates above the objects to be sorted from above, so that the definition of the first photographing device 21 on the central axis of the annular first light supplementing source 22 in photographing is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 2, the lower detecting portion 3 includes a second photographing apparatus 31 directly or indirectly connected to the frame 1, and the second photographing apparatus 31 is located directly under the conveyed articles in the vertical direction. The frame 1 is also fixedly connected with a second light supplementing source 32 which can supplement light to the second photographing device 31. The second supplemental light source 32 is an LED lamp or a fluorescent lamp and may be provided as a ring light source, a rod light source, or a point light source, which is preferably a ring light source. When the second light supplementing source 32 is an annular light source, the central axis of the second light supplementing source 32 passes through the lens center of the second photographing device 31, and the annularly arranged second light supplementing source 32 enables light to be more uniform when the light irradiates above the objects to be sorted from above, so that the definition of the second photographing device 31 on the central axis of the annular second light supplementing source 32 when photographing is enhanced.
The frame 1 can also be provided with a light shield covering the upper detection part 2 and the lower detection part 3, the light shield forms a relatively airtight space in the working areas of the first photographing device 21 and the second photographing device 31, and the influence of external light on the working of the first photographing device 21 and the second photographing device 31 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, the first photographing apparatus 21 and the second photographing apparatus 31 are provided in front of and behind, respectively, in the article conveying direction, and the front-rear relationship of the first photographing apparatus 21 and the second photographing apparatus 31 is not limited, and either one of them may be in front of the other.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, two first brackets 4 and two second brackets 5 are provided on the frame 1, the two first brackets 4 support the first photographing apparatus 21 and the second photographing apparatus 31, respectively, and the two second brackets 5 support the first light supplementing source 22 and the second light supplementing source 32, respectively. That is, the first and second brackets 4 and 5 may support the photographing apparatus and the light supplementing source, respectively, so that the photographing apparatus and the light supplementing apparatus can operate normally.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, each of the first bracket 4 and the second bracket 5 includes: the first support rod 41, the slider 42, the first through hole 421, the first screw hole 422, the second through hole 423, the second screw hole 424, the second support rod 43, the first fastening bolt 44, and the second fastening bolt 45. Wherein the first supporting rod 41 is fixedly connected with the frame 1 and is vertical to the chain conveying section and is in the horizontal direction; the slider 42 is provided with a first through hole 421 allowing the first rod 41 to pass therethrough and a first screw hole 422 vertically communicating with the first through hole 421, and a second through hole 423 parallel to the chain conveying section and a second screw hole 424 vertically communicating with the second through hole 423. The second strut 43 passes through the second through hole 423 of the slider 42 and is used for mounting the first photographing apparatus 21, the second photographing apparatus 31, the first light supplementing source 22 or the second light supplementing source 32; the first fastening bolt 44 is screwed into the first threaded hole 422 of the slider 42 and pushes the slider 42 against the first support rod 41; the second fastening bolt 45 is screwed into the second threaded hole 424 of the slider 42 and presses the slider 42 against the second strut 43. The second screw hole 424 and the third screw hole may be provided in plural, so as to enhance the fixing effect on the first support rod 41 and the second support rod 43, for example, when the first screw hole 422 is provided, the first screw hole 422 may be provided inward by both side walls of the slider 42 along the length direction of the first support rod 41 and one of the top wall or the bottom wall near the first support rod 41, and the number of the first screw holes 422 is not limited here; when the second threaded hole 424 is formed, the two side walls of the slider 42 along the length direction of the second strut 43 and one of the top wall or the bottom wall near the second strut 43 may be formed with the second threaded hole 424 inward, which is not limited in number.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first bracket 4 further includes a notch part 46 fixedly provided at one end of the second strut 43, the notch part 46 may be in a "U-shaped structure, and two tightening parts 47 for clamping the first photographing apparatus 21 or the second photographing apparatus 31 are symmetrically provided on the notch part 46. 1. An identification device for an article sorting machine comprising a frame (1) and a chain conveyor (11) with article carriers arranged on the frame (1), characterized in that the identification device comprises:
an upper detection unit (2) mounted on the frame (1) and located above a chain conveying section of the chain conveyor (11), the upper detection unit (2) detecting an article when the article passes;
a lower detection unit (3) mounted on the frame (1) and located below the chain conveying section of the chain conveyor (11), the lower detection unit (3) detecting an article when the article passes;
and a control module connected to the upper detection unit (2) and the lower detection unit (3) and capable of identifying the quality of the article based on the detection results of the upper detection unit (2) and the lower detection unit (3).

An identification device for an article sorting machine according to claim 1, characterized in that: the upper detection part (2) comprises a first photographing device (21) connected with the frame (1) and a first light supplementing source (22) arranged on the frame (1) and used for improving the photographing effect of the first photographing device (21), and the lower detection part (3) comprises a second photographing device (31) arranged on the frame (1) and a second light supplementing source (32) arranged on the frame (1) and used for improving the photographing effect of the second photographing device (31).

An identification device for an article sorting machine according to claim 2, characterized in that: the first light supplementing source (22) and the second light supplementing source (32) are annular light sources, the central axis of a lens of the first photographing device (21) is collinear with the central axis of the first light supplementing source (22), and the central axis of a lens of the second photographing device (31) is collinear with the central axis of the second light supplementing source (32).
4. An identification device for an article sorting machine according to claim 2, characterized in that: the first light supplementing source (22) and the second light supplementing source (32) are LED lamps or fluorescent lamps.
5. An identification device for an article sorting machine according to claim 2, characterized in that: the first photographing device (21) and the second photographing device (31) are spaced apart along a direction parallel to the chain conveying section.

An identification device for an article sorting machine according to claim 2, characterized in that: the first photographing device (21) and the second photographing device (31) are respectively arranged on the frame (1) through a first bracket (4), and the first light supplementing source (22) and the second light supplementing source (32) are respectively arranged on the frame (1) through a second bracket (5).
7. The identification device for an article sorting machine according to claim 6, wherein: the first bracket (4) and the second bracket (5) comprise:
a first strut (41) arranged on the frame (1) and perpendicular to the chain conveying section;
a slider (42) having a first through hole (421) allowing the first strut (41) to pass therethrough and a first screw hole (422) vertically communicating with the first through hole (421), and a second through hole (423) parallel to the chain conveying section and a second screw hole (424) vertically communicating with the second through hole (423);
a second strut (43) passing through a second through hole (423) of the slider (42) and for mounting the first photographing apparatus (21), the second photographing apparatus (31), the first light supplementing source (22) or the second light supplementing source (32);
a first fastening bolt (44) screwed into a first threaded hole (422) of the slider (42) and abutted against the first strut (41);
and a second fastening bolt (45) screwed into a second threaded hole (424) of the slider (42) and abutted against the second support rod (43).

An identification device for an article sorting machine according to claim 7, characterized in that: the first support (4) further comprises a notch component (46) which is fixedly arranged at one end of the second support rod (43) and used for accommodating the first photographing device (21) or the second photographing device (31), and two jacking components (47) which are symmetrically arranged on the notch component (46) and used for clamping the first photographing device (21) or the second photographing device (31), wherein the jacking components (47) comprise jacking bolts (471) which are in threaded fit with the notch component (46) and jacking heads (472) which are rotatably arranged at non-control ends of the jacking bolts (471).

An identification device for an article sorting machine according to claim 7, characterized in that: the second bracket (5) further comprises a bearing strip (51), a first cantilever (52), a second cantilever (53), a first adjusting bolt (54) and a second adjusting bolt (55), wherein the middle part of the bearing strip (51) is vertically fixed on one end of the second supporting rod (43), the bearing strip (51) is provided with a first waist-shaped hole (56) and a second waist-shaped hole (57) which are symmetrically arranged about the center of the bearing strip and extend along the length direction, a third threaded hole is formed in the end face of the first cantilever (52), the first adjusting bolt (54) can penetrate through the first waist-shaped hole (56) and then be screwed into the third threaded hole, the first cantilever (52) and the first compensating light source (22) or the second compensating light source (32) are fixed on the second supporting rod (43), a fourth threaded hole is formed in the end face of the second cantilever (53), and the second adjusting bolt (55) can penetrate through the second waist-shaped hole (57) and then be screwed into the second compensating light source (22) or the second compensating light source (32) and the second compensating light source (32) are fixed on the second cantilever (53).
