Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种显示器支架装置,属于车载显示器支撑结构技术领域,包括支架组件、设于支架组件外部的覆盖外壳和旋转护罩,所述支架组件包括上关节旋转支架、左关节支架、右关节支架和旋转盘支架,所述上关节旋转支架的底面往下凸出设有旋转连接部,所述左关节支架与右关节支架通过关节转盘旋转螺丝连接于旋转盘支架的左右两侧。本实用新型操作简单,稳固性好,上关节旋转支架的旋转连接部通过转盘旋转螺丝与旋转盘支架连接,实现上下40度旋转;旋转盘支架通过关节转盘旋转螺丝与左关节支架和右关节支架活动连接,实现左右来回旋转40度,该设计更合理,通过调节角度进行视觉变化,来达到用户有不同的驾驶视觉来提高驾驶安全,避免发生事故。

技术领域
本实用新型涉属于车载显示器支撑结构技术领域,具体涉及一种不仅方便、稳固性好,而且安全性又高的显示器支架装置。
背景技术
一般常见的支架,其设置为固定方式,通常开车视觉很不方便,由此造成安全事故的起因点,对大多车主用户在安全上是个困扰。
市面上出现两种支架1、固定型,2、左右型,虽然左右型具有一定的实用性,但对于身高不同观看的角度也有所不同,这个时候就很容易造成安全事故的引发。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种显示器支架装置,其可上下、左右旋转,方便、稳固性好,而且安全性又高,能有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:
一种显示器支架装置,包括支架组件、设于支架组件外部的覆盖外壳和旋转护罩,所述支架组件包括上关节旋转支架、左关节支架、右关节支架和旋转盘支架,所述上关节旋转支架的顶面为用于连接且支撑起显示器的支撑平台,所述上关节旋转支架的底面往下凸出设有旋转连接部,所述旋转连接部的中间设有上关节装配孔,该上关节装配孔的一侧设有上关节卡柱,所述左关节支架与右关节支架通过关节转盘旋转螺丝连接于旋转盘支架的左右两侧,所述左关节支架的内侧设有左关节卡柱,所述右关节支架的内侧右关节卡柱,所述旋转盘支架的左侧设有与左关节卡柱配对转动的左40度卡槽,所述旋转盘支架的右侧设有与右关节卡柱配对转动的右40度卡槽,所述旋转盘支架的中间贯穿设有旋转盘装配孔,所述旋转盘装配孔的一侧设有旋转盘40度卡槽,所述旋转盘装配孔内设有转盘旋转螺丝,所述旋转盘支架通过转盘旋转螺丝与旋转连接部的上关节装配孔连接。
优选的,所述上关节旋转支架的两端均设有与显示器相互固定的固定孔,所述固定孔上设有固定螺丝。
优选的,所述旋转护罩套设在上关节旋转支架的外部,所述旋转护罩的两端分别设有组装孔,所述旋转护罩通过组装螺丝与显示器的连接处螺接固定。
优选的,所述左关节支架和右关节支架上均设有与车身方管配对安装的安装孔,所述安装孔上设有安装螺丝。
优选的,所述覆盖外壳的外侧边沿往外凸设有若干个卡勾,所述覆盖外壳通过卡勾与车身中控处扣合。
优选的,所述覆盖外壳和旋转护罩均由塑胶材质构成。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型操作简单,稳固性好,上关节旋转支架的旋转连接部通过转盘旋转螺丝与旋转盘支架连接,实现上下40度旋转;旋转盘支架通过关节转盘旋转螺丝与左关节支架和右关节支架活动连接,实现左右来回旋转40度,与现有技术相比,该设计更合理,通过调节角度进行视觉变化,来达到用户有不同的驾驶视觉来提高驾驶安全,避免发生事故。

如图1-5所示,一种显示器支架装置,包括支架组件、设于支架组件外部的覆盖外壳1和旋转护罩2,所述支架组件包括上关节旋转支架3、左关节支架4、右关节支架5和旋转盘支架6,所述上关节旋转支架3的顶面为用于连接且支撑起显示器24的支撑平台,所述上关节旋转支架3的底面往下凸出设有旋转连接部7,所述旋转连接部7的中间设有上关节装配孔8,该上关节装配孔8的一侧设有上关节卡柱9,所述左关节支架4与右关节支架5通过关节转盘旋转螺丝10连接于旋转盘支架6的左右两侧,所述左关节支架4的内侧设有左关节卡柱11,所述右关节支架5的内侧右关节卡柱25,所述旋转盘支架6的左侧设有与左关节卡柱11配对转动的左40度卡槽,所述旋转盘支架6的右侧设有与右关节卡柱25配对转动的右40度卡槽12,所述旋转盘支架6的中间贯穿设有旋转盘装配孔13,所述旋转盘装配孔13的一侧设有旋转盘40度卡槽14,所述旋转盘装配孔13内设有转盘旋转螺丝15,所述旋转盘支架6通过转盘旋转螺丝15与旋转连接部7的上关节装配孔8连接。
具体的,所述上关节旋转支架3的两端均设有与显示器24相互固定的固定孔16,所述固定孔16上设有固定螺丝17。通过固定螺丝17与上关节旋转支架3两端螺接固定。
具体的,所述旋转护罩2套设在上关节旋转支架3的外部,所述旋转护罩2的两端分别设有组装孔18,所述旋转护罩2通过组装螺丝19与显示器24的连接处螺接固定。
具体的,所述左关节支架4和右关节支架5上均设有与车身方管20配对安装的安装孔21,所述安装孔21上设有安装螺丝22。
具体的,所述覆盖外壳1的外侧边沿往外凸设有若干个卡勾23,所述覆盖外壳1通过卡勾23与车身中控处扣合。覆盖外壳1通过卡勾23扣合在车身中控处,并将部分支架组件覆盖在内。
具体的,所述覆盖外壳1和旋转护罩2均由塑胶材质构成。通过覆盖外壳1和旋转护罩2将支架组件包裹更美观,起到了装饰的作用。
本实用新型的使用过程及工作原理:安装时,将左关节支架4和右关节支架5对位插入汽车中控的车身方管20上,通过安装螺丝22进行锁紧,显示器24放置在上关节旋转支架3的支撑平台上,通过两颗固定螺丝17紧固;使用时,当上下转动调节显示器24时,上关节旋转支架3同步转动带动旋转盘支架6转动,旋转盘支架6沿着左右两端的关节转盘旋转螺丝10上下来回旋转,在旋转的过程中,旋转盘支架6的左右两端各设有左40度卡槽和右40度卡槽12与左关节卡柱11和右关节卡柱25配合,起到限位的作用,从而使显示器24上下转动的角度为40度;与上下转动的原理相同,当左右摆动显示器24,上关节旋转支架3的旋转连接部7沿着转盘旋转螺丝15左右来回旋转,在旋转的过程中,上关节旋转支架3的上关节卡柱9与旋转盘40度卡槽14衔接配合,起到限位的作用,从而使显示器24左右转动的角度为40度;与现有技术相比,该设计更合理,通过旋转角度进行视觉变化,来达到用户有不同的驾驶视觉来提高驾驶安全;从而避免了一些可避免发生的事故。

1.一种显示器支架装置,包括支架组件、设于支架组件外部的覆盖外壳和旋转护罩,其特征在于:所述支架组件包括上关节旋转支架、左关节支架、右关节支架和旋转盘支架,所述上关节旋转支架的顶面为用于连接且支撑起显示器的支撑平台,所述上关节旋转支架的底面往下凸出设有旋转连接部,所述旋转连接部的中间设有上关节装配孔,该上关节装配孔的一侧设有上关节卡柱,所述左关节支架与右关节支架通过关节转盘旋转螺丝连接于旋转盘支架的左右两侧,所述左关节支架的内侧设有左关节卡柱,所述右关节支架的内侧右关节卡柱,所述旋转盘支架的左侧设有与左关节卡柱配对转动的左40度卡槽,所述旋转盘支架的右侧设有与右关节卡柱配对转动的右40度卡槽,所述旋转盘支架的中间贯穿设有旋转盘装配孔,所述旋转盘装配孔的一侧设有旋转盘40度卡槽,所述旋转盘装配孔内设有转盘旋转螺丝,所述旋转盘支架通过转盘旋转螺丝与旋转连接部的上关节装配孔连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示器支架装置,其特征在于:所述上关节旋转支架的两端均设有与显示器相互固定的固定孔,所述固定孔上设有固定螺丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示器支架装置,其特征在于:所述旋转护罩套设在上关节旋转支架的外部,所述旋转护罩的两端分别设有组装孔,所述旋转护罩通过组装螺丝与显示器的连接处螺接固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示器支架装置,其特征在于:所述左关节支架和右关节支架上均设有与车身方管配对安装的安装孔,所述安装孔上设有安装螺丝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示器支架装置,其特征在于:所述覆盖外壳的外侧边沿往外凸设有若干个卡勾,所述覆盖外壳通过卡勾与车身中控处扣合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示器支架装置,其特征在于:所述覆盖外壳和旋转护罩均由塑胶材质构成。
