Detailed Description
The present invention and the technical problem to be solved by the embodiments of the present invention will be made clear by the preferred embodiments described below. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a coffee ear hanging bag according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a plan view showing the ear hanging bag of fig. 1, fig. 3 is a sectional view in the direction I-I showing the ear hanging bag of fig. 2, fig. 4 is a plan view showing another example of the ear hanging bag of fig. 1, and fig. 5 is a sectional view in the direction ii-ii showing the ear hanging bag of fig. 4.
As shown in these drawings, the coffee hanging bag of the present embodiment includes a filter unit 100, a locking unit 200 for fixing the filter unit, and a lid 300 for covering an opening of the locking unit.
The filter part 100 has a shape in which an upper surface thereof is opened so that ground coffee beans can be filled and accommodated therein. The filter part 100 can filter coffee by dropping hot water while allowing it to flow downward, may be made of a paper material harmless to the human body, and may have a mesh or porous structure.
The filter unit 100 is supported by the engagement of the upper end portion with the engagement portion 200, and the portion in contact with the engagement portion 200 is folded to form the overlap region 110. When the upper end of the filter unit 100 is bent in the horizontal direction and joined to the locking portion 200, the portion contacting the locking portion 200 may be deformed by the bending to relatively lower the durability thereof, and may be broken or torn. However, when the overlapping region 110 is formed and bent as in the present embodiment, the durability to the bent portion is improved.
The locking part 200 is configured to lock the coffee ear hanging bag to the upper end of the coffee cup and mount the coffee ear hanging bag on the coffee cup, and the filter part 100 is coupled to fix the filter part to the upper surface thereof and the lid part 300 is coupled to the upper surface thereof. Therefore, the diameter of the locking part 200 is larger than the diameter of the upper end of the coffee cup, and the locking part 200 is mounted to be locked to the upper end of the coffee cup. Latch 200 may be made from paperboard, which is an environmentally friendly material.
The locking part 200 may have a circular shape corresponding to the shape of the inlet of the coffee cup, and a circular opening 230 having a predetermined diameter is formed in the center thereof. Therefore, the locking portion 200 has a circular flange shape having a predetermined width. The opening 230 communicates the inside of the filter unit 100 with the outside so that the ground coffee beans can be filled and hot water can be dropped.
The locking part 200 couples the filter part 100 along the edge of the opening 230, and when mounted on a coffee cup, the filter part 100 is positioned inside the coffee cup. The locking part 200 is formed of a circular plate paper having an opening 230 formed at the center thereof, and may include an upper 1 st locking member 210 and a lower 2 nd locking member 220 in order to allow the filter part 100 to be coupled to the center thereof.
The 1 st locking member 210 presses the upper surface of the filter unit 100, and the 2 nd locking member 220 presses the lower surface of the filter unit 100, thereby coupling the filter unit 100 therebetween. For this reason, a PET coating layer may be applied to the lower surface of the 1 st locking member 210 and the upper surface of the 2 nd locking member 220, and the filter part 100 may be bonded by thermal fusion using the PET coating layer.
Lid 300 covers opening 230 of locking part 200 and is coupled to the upper surface of locking part 200. Therefore, the cover 300 has a plate shape having a diameter larger than at least the opening 230.
The lid 300 is formed of a paperboard of a paper material used for food and drink applications, and may have various shapes having a shortest diameter larger than the diameter of the opening 230. In the present embodiment, the circular lid 300 is illustrated, but may have various shapes such as a coffee bean pattern, a star pattern, a sunflower pattern, and a quadrilateral shape. Although not shown, the cover 300 may have an advertisement design printed on its surface.
In this way, lid 300 of the present embodiment can be manufactured in various shapes independently of engagement portion 200, and can be printed with a design on the surface thereof, so that the design of the coffee ear hanging bag can be selected more variously. Further, since the cover 300 is made of a paper material, an environmentally friendly coffee ear hanging bag can be manufactured.
The lid 300 is further formed with adhesive points (not shown) to be adhered to the locking portion 200 at the edge region outside the adhesive line 310. The plurality of adhesive points are formed at predetermined intervals along the circumference in the edge region of the lid portion 300, and have a spot structure (spot) to thermally adhere the lid portion 300 and the engagement portion 200 to each other. The adhesive points prevent the end of the cap 300 from being separated from the locking part 200 due to external interference, and maintain a non-adhesive state between adjacent adhesive points, thereby allowing a user to easily separate the cap 300.
In this manner, in the cap 300 of the present embodiment, stable adhesion between the cap 300 and the locking portion 200 is achieved by applying the 1 st adhesion of the linear structure and the 2 nd adhesion of the dot structure, and these can be easily separated, so that the convenience of use can be improved.
In the coffee ear hanging bag of the present embodiment, the cutting line 240 is formed on the side of the bonding line 310. The cut line 240 may be formed by half-cutting (half-cutting) the surface of the locking portion 200. Also, the cutting line 240 may be formed at an inner side portion or an outer side portion or both side portions of the bonding line 310. Also, the cutting line 240 may be formed by applying half-cutting continuously or discontinuously. That is, the cutting line 240 may have a continuous line shape or a discontinuous dotted line shape.
Such a cut line (240) is formed on the surface of the locking part (200) (i.e., the upper surface of the locking part), but may be formed on the surface of the lid (i.e., the lower surface of the lid) or on both sides.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the coffee hanging bag of the present embodiment, the cut line 320 is formed in the cover 300 and the cut portion 330 is formed in the inner region thereof. The cut line 320 is formed in the area of the opening 230, and functions to separate the cut portion 330 from the lid 300 along the cut line 320 and open the filter unit 100.
The cutting line 320 may be formed of a plurality of holes discontinuously penetrating the cover part 300. The incision line 320 may have various shapes such as a circular shape and a rectangular shape, and the shape is not limited, but is preferably a shape corresponding to the shape of the opening 230. The cutting line 320 may be a closed circular or rectangular line, or may be an imageThe shape is a structure formed only in a partial region.
The cutting line 320 is formed with a pressing portion 340 inside or outside the cutting line 320 by concavely or convexly protruding one region thereof. In order to separate the cut portion 330 along the cut line 320, first, the user presses the pressing portion 340 to separate, thereby easily separating the entire cut portion 330 from the lid 300.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a coffee ear hanging bag according to another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7 is a sectional view in the iii-iii direction showing the ear hanging bag of fig. 6.
The ear bag of the present embodiment has a structure in which lid 400 is assembled along opening 230 of locking portion 200. Therefore, in the cover 400, the locking flange 410 of the edge region and the shielding plate 420 of the inner central region thereof have a vertical difference, and the connecting portion in the vertical direction between the locking flange 410 and the shielding plate 420 has a horizontal difference, so that the end coupling groove 430 and the end locking step 440 are formed at the outer upper portion and the lower portion, respectively.
Specifically, in lid 400, locking flange 410, which has a circular shape and is locked so as to contact the upper surface of the locking portion, is formed in a circular shape along the end of locking portion 200 in the area of opening 230. That is, the locking flange 410 is formed to have a diameter larger than that of the opening 230 so that the cover 400 can be assembled while covering the opening 230.
The end coupling groove 430 is formed along the outer side surface as the inner end of the locking flange 410 is continuously extended downward and outward. The end coupling groove 430 is formed at a height corresponding to the thickness of the locking portion 200 so that the opening region end 200a of the locking portion 200 is inserted.
The inner end of the locking flange 410 is further extended outward to form an end locking step 440, and is connected to the shielding plate 420. That is, as the locking flange 410 is separated from the end locking step 440, the end coupling groove 430 is formed therebetween. The end locking stand 440 supports the lower surface of the opening area end 200a of the locking part 200.
Therefore, the lid 400 can be fixed by being assembled by supporting the upper and lower surfaces of the inner end of the locking portion 200 by the locking flange 410 and the end locking stand 440, respectively.
The end locking table 440 protrudes outward and has a plate insertion groove 450 recessed inward. As the reinforcing plate 460 is stably seated on the upper surface of the shielding plate 420, the edge end thereof is inserted into and fixed to the plate insertion groove 450.
The reinforcing plate 460 is formed of a circular plate that reinforces the coupling force of the cover. Reinforcing plate 460 is inserted and assembled in plate insertion groove 450 on the upper surface of shielding plate 420 to reinforce the coupling force of cover 400. That is, the reinforcing plate 460 exerts a force that causes the end locking base 400 to be forced outward by inserting the edge end into the plate insertion groove 450. Therefore, reinforcing plate 460 makes lid 400 less likely to separate from locking portion 200 and can firmly maintain the coupled state, thereby improving the use stability.
The reinforcing sheet is a circular sheet printed with a pattern for the purpose of advertisement, product description, or the like, and the surface thereof may be printed with various shapes of patterns such as a trademark, a figure, and a character. Therefore, the design of the coffee ear hanging bag of the present embodiment can be selected more variously by the reinforcing plate 460, and the design can be changed variously by merely replacing the reinforcing plate 460.
As described above, the exemplary embodiments of the present invention are shown and described, but various modifications and other embodiments may be applied by those skilled in the art. Such modifications and other embodiments are considered in the appended claims and are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
