In the description of the present embodiment, expressions such as up, down, front, rear, and the like indicate relative positions or directions, and technical meanings are not limited to meanings on dictionaries.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a raw bean coffee filter bag according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an exploded view illustrating the raw bean coffee filter bag of fig. 1, and fig. 3 is a sectional view illustrating an I-I direction of the raw bean coffee filter bag of fig. 1.
As shown in the drawing, the raw bean coffee filter bag of the present embodiment includes a filter part 100, a hanging part 200 fixing the filter part, and a lid part 300 covering an opening of the hanging part.
The filter unit 100 has a bag or funnel shape with an open top, and is filled with ground coffee beans and accommodated therein. The filter part 100 enables coffee to fall down when filtering the coffee by dropping hot water, may be made of a paper material harmless to the human body, and may have a mesh or porous structure.
The hanging part 200 is hung on the upper end of the coffee cup to mount the filter bag for raw coffee beans to the coffee cup, and is combined and fixed with the filter part 100 at the lower side and combined with the cover part 300 at the upper side. For this, the hanging part 200 is formed to have a diameter larger than that of the upper end of the coffee cup so that the hanging part 200 can be hung on the upper end of the coffee cup to be mounted. The hanging portion 200 may be made of cardboard, but is not limited thereto, and may be made of various other materials.
The hanging part 200 may have a circular shape corresponding to the shape of the inlet of the coffee cup, and a circular opening 210 having a predetermined diameter may be formed at the center. Therefore, the hanging portion 200 has a circular flange shape having a predetermined width. The opening 210 allows the inside and the outside of the filter unit 100 to communicate with each other, and allows hot water to drip.
The lower surface of the hanging part 200 is coupled to the filter part 100 along the edge of the opening 210, and the filter part 100 is positioned inside the coffee cup when the coffee cup is attached thereto. The upper surface of the hanging part 200 is coupled to the lid part 300 along the edge of the opening part 210.
The lid 300 is coupled to the upper surface of the suspension unit 200 while covering the opening 210 of the suspension unit 200. Therefore, the cover part 300 has a plate shape having a diameter at least larger than that of the opening part 210. The lid 300 of the present embodiment is made of a cardboard that is a paper material for food and drink, and is bonded to the hanging portion 200 through a heat bonding step.
Specifically, the cover 300 may have a shortest diameter larger than the diameter of the opening 210, and may have a coffee bean shape as shown in the drawing, for example. Lid 300 may be made of a paper material having one surface coated with a resin, and may be bonded to hanger 200 by instantaneous thermal bonding applied along the periphery of opening 210 while being positioned above hanger 200 to shield opening 210. In this case, heat bonding may be applied to a range having a predetermined width in the edge direction along the periphery of the opening 210. Accordingly, the cover part 300 and the hanging part 200 are bonded along the thermal bonding line 310 having a predetermined width, and in this case, the thermal bonding line 310 may be rounded near the opening part 210.
As described above, the lid part 300 of the present embodiment can be manufactured in various shapes unlike the hanging part 200, and thus, designs of various raw bean coffee filter bags can be selected. In addition, the cap 300 of the present embodiment uses a paper material, thereby manufacturing the green bean coffee filter bag.
The cover 300 has a non-adhesive portion 330 separated from the hanging portion 200 in an outer region of the thermal bonding line 310. The non-bonded portion 330 is in face-to-face contact with the suspended portion 200 through the thermal bonding line 310, but is separated from the suspended portion 200 because thermal bonding is not applied. Such a non-adhesive portion 330 facilitates separation of the lid portion 300 from the hanging portion 200. That is, when the user attempts to separate the lid section 300 from the hanging section 200, the non-adhesive section 330 is grasped and pulled, and the bonded state by the thermal bonding line 310 is forcibly released, so that the lid section 300 is completely separated from the hanging section 200.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view illustrating a green bean coffee filter bag according to still another embodiment of the present invention. In the raw bean coffee filter bag of the present embodiment, the heat bonding line 310 for bonding the lid portion 300 and the hanging portion 200 is formed discontinuously.
As shown in fig. 4, the thermal bonding lines 310 are discontinuously formed in the circumferential direction, and the non-bonding lines 320 are formed between the thermal bonding lines 310, and a circular shape is formed while the thermal bonding lines 310 and the non-bonding lines 320 are overlapped with each other. As described above, the heat bonding lines 310 formed discontinuously easily separate the lid part 300 from the hanging part 200 while firmly bonding the lid part 300 to the hanging part 200.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view illustrating a filter bag for green bean coffee according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the green bean coffee filter bag of the present embodiment, the lid 300 is formed in a sunflower shape.
As described above, the lid 300 of the present embodiment can be manufactured not only in the shape of coffee beans or sunflowers, but also in various shapes such as circles, polygons, stars, etc., and thus has an effect of enabling the raw bean coffee filter bag to be manufactured with more various design choices.
Further, the cover 300 of the present embodiment can print images of various shapes on the surface.
Therefore, the filter bag for green bean coffee of the present embodiment can be bonded to the hanging part 200 by changing the shape of the cap 300 or the image printed on the front surface, and thus, it is possible to manufacture the filter bag for green bean coffee of different designs at low cost without changing the process.
While the exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, various modifications and other embodiments can be made by one skilled in the art. Such modifications and other embodiments are intended to be included within the scope of the utility model as defined in the appended claims and are intended to be within the true spirit and scope of the utility model.
