At the same time, the scraper 4 abuts against the rear rolling brush 3, and blocks the wet garbage attached to the rear rolling brush 3 in the garbage passage 8, and then the wet garbage is brought into the dust collecting box 7 by the front rolling brush 2. Or the scraper 4 extrudes the sewage on the rear rolling brush 3, so that the sewage flows onto the working surface along the garbage channel 8 and is sucked into the sewage bucket by the sewage suction mechanism or is thrown into the dust collection box 7 by the front rolling brush 2 by using centrifugal force. the cleaning device comprises a front rolling brush (2) and a rear rolling brush (3), wherein the front rolling brush (2) and the rear rolling brush (3) are arranged on the machine body in the front and back direction of the traveling direction of the cleaning device, a garbage channel (8) is formed among the front rolling brush (2), the rear rolling brush (3) and the machine body, and the front rolling brush (2) and the rear rolling brush (3) are configured to rotate in opposite directions so as to bring garbage or sewage on a working surface into the garbage channel (8) from bottom to top;
a scraping plate (4) is rotatably arranged on the machine body and positioned in the garbage channel (8), and is configured to have a movement tendency of abutting against the rear rolling brush (3) under the action of an elastic pre-tightening piece so as to block the garbage attached to the rear rolling brush (3) into the garbage channel (8).

10. The cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
