In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 9, the cleaning head mechanism includes a side plate 51 and a drive mount 52; the side plate 51 is attached to the transmission mounting portion 52, the transmission assembly 2 is mounted to the transmission mounting portion 52, and the side plate 51 is provided with a through hole 511, and the elastic structural member 42 can be ejected from the through hole 511. The transmission mounting portion 52 is provided with an operation hole (not shown in the drawings) through which lubricant can be added to the transmission assembly 2, ensuring the normal operation of the transmission assembly 2.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the cleaning head mechanism may further include a roller mounting portion 92 and a garbage can mounting portion 95, the roller assembly 4 is detachably mounted on the roller mounting portion 92, and the garbage can 83 is detachably mounted on the garbage can mounting portion 95, so as to facilitate cleaning, maintenance and replacement of the roller assembly 4 and the garbage can 83.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the cleaning head mechanism may further include a bottom cover 6, where the bottom cover 6 is detachably mounted above the brush assembly 3, so that the brush can be prevented from splashing when cleaning the roller, and the bottom cover 6 can be separately detached and cleaned, thereby reducing cleaning workload.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the cleaning head mechanism may further comprise a shovel bar 82 disposed behind the drum assembly 4, the shovel bar 82 being connected to the dustbin 83 below the opening for shoveling the rubbish into the dustbin 83 when the drum assembly 4 is rotated. There is a gap between the front end of the blade 82 and the roller assembly 4 through which ground waste can enter the waste bin 83.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the cleaning head mechanism may further comprise an integrated water tank 81, wherein the integrated water tank 81 is in pipe connection with the drum assembly 4 for supplying clean water to the drum assembly 4 and recovering sewage generated by the drum assembly 4. The clean water provided by the integrated water tank 81 wets the wiping layer 412 on the surface of the drum body 41, so that the wiping layer 412 can clean the floor.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the cleaning head mechanism may further comprise a gland 7 disposed above the roller assembly 4; the bottom of gland 7 sets up the wringing strip (not shown in the drawing) and receives water strip (not shown in the drawing) respectively, and the one end of wringing strip is partly embedded in cylinder subassembly 4 at least, can extrude the surface of cylinder subassembly 4 for the excessive moisture on the cylinder subassembly 4 is dried in the wringing, prevents that rubbish from being too wet and not being cleared up well, receives water strip and cylinder subassembly 4 butt for form a basin between the top of wringing strip, receiving water strip and gland 7. The cleaning head mechanism provided by the embodiment wipes the garbage on the ground through the roller assembly 4, and the garbage on the ground is shoveled into the garbage box 83 through the cooperation of the shovel bar 82 and the roller assembly 4; sweeping the garbage adhered to the surface of the drum assembly 4 into the garbage can 83 through the brush assembly 3; recovering the sewage adsorbed by the wiping layer 412 on the surface of the drum assembly 4 through the water tank, and supplying clean water to the wiping layer 412 on the surface of the drum assembly 4; through the cooperation of cylinder subassembly 4, brush subassembly 3, rubbish box 83, shovel strip 82 and integral type water tank 81, improved the clear efficiency of ground, promoted clean effect.
In a third aspect, based on the same inventive concept, the present embodiment provides a cleaning device including the cleaning head mechanism and the handle (not shown in the drawings) described in the foregoing second aspect; the cleaning head mechanism is provided with a handle mounting portion 93, and a handle is mounted to the handle mounting portion 93. The cleaning device can be moved by pushing the handle, and the area to be cleaned is cleaned.

Claims (14)
1. A brush assembly for use in a cleaning head mechanism, comprising a brush body and a clip;
the hairbrush body is movably connected with the clamping piece and can rotate relative to the clamping piece;
the cleaning head mechanism comprises a hairbrush installation part, a transmission assembly and a roller assembly, wherein the clamping piece is clamped on the hairbrush installation part, and the transmission assembly is respectively in transmission connection with the hairbrush body and the roller assembly;
the roller assembly can rotate under the action of external driving force, so that the brush body is driven to rotate in the same direction relative to the roller assembly under the transmission action of the transmission assembly.
2. A brush assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first end of the brush body is provided with a driven connection;
the driven connecting part is in transmission connection with the transmission assembly, so that the brush body can rotate under the drive of the transmission assembly.
3. A brush assembly according to claim 1, wherein the second end of the brush body is provided with a shaft, the catch being provided with a bearing, the shaft passing through the bearing.
4. A brush assembly according to claim 1, wherein the second end of the brush body is provided with a shaft, and the clip comprises a clasping structure;

the bristles are at least partially in contact with the roller assembly.
9. A cleaning head mechanism comprising a brush mounting portion, a transmission assembly and a roller assembly, and a brush assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8;
the brush assembly is arranged on the brush installation part, and the transmission assembly is respectively in transmission connection with the brush body of the brush assembly and the roller assembly;
the roller assembly can rotate under the action of external driving force, so that the brush body is driven to rotate in the same direction relative to the roller assembly under the transmission action of the transmission assembly.
10. The cleaning head mechanism of claim 9, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a first gear member, a second gear member, and a third gear member;
the first gear piece is connected with the roller assembly;
the third gear piece is connected with the hairbrush body;
the second gear member is engaged with the first gear member and the second gear member, respectively.
11. The cleaning head mechanism of claim 10, wherein the roller assembly comprises a roller body and a resilient structure;
the elastic structural member is connected with the first gear member;
the roller body is internally provided with a mounting groove, and the elastic structural member is mounted in the mounting groove.
12. The cleaning head mechanism of claim 9, further comprising a bottom cover;
the bottom cover is detachably arranged above the brush assembly.
13. The cleaning head mechanism of claim 9, further comprising a gland disposed above the roller assembly;
the bottom of the gland is respectively provided with a water squeezing strip and a water receiving strip, and one end part of the water squeezing strip is at least partially embedded into the roller assembly and can squeeze the surface of the roller assembly; the water receiving strip is abutted with the roller assembly.
14. A cleaning device comprising a cleaning head mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 9 to 13.
