When the user rotates the knob 51a to cause the arrow of the indicator cover 52a to point to the indicator mark of "high humidity", the humidity control shutter 531a is not overlapped with the communication port 421a of the seal cover 42a so that the humidity control shutter 531a does not block the communication port 421a, the communication ports 421a are all opened, the accommodating space 43a in the drawer 4a is communicated with the air intake gap 6a through the communication port 421a, and the humid air generated by the humidifying device can enter the accommodating space 43a through the fully opened communication port 421a in a large amount so that a large amount of humid air enters the accommodating space 43a, and the accommodating space 43a in the drawer 4a is in a highly humidified state during humid air.
The drawer 4a further includes a humidity control seal 31a interposed between the front seal 411a and the seal cover 42 a. The humidity control weather strip 31a includes a first sealing portion and a second sealing portion, the first sealing portion is interposed between the front sealing member 411a and the sealing cover 42a, a front end of the first sealing portion abuts against an inner side surface of the front sealing member 411a, the second sealing portion is a notch that is open upward, a strip-shaped third engaging portion 352a that extends downward is provided on a lower side surface of the front molding 35a, and the third engaging portion 352a is engaged with an inside of the notch of the second sealing portion.
The material of the first seal portion is soft, and the gap between the front seal 411a and the seal cover 42a can be flexibly attached. The second seal portion is made of a relatively hard material and can be engaged with the third engaging portion 352a, so that the humidity control weather strip 31a can be connected to the front molding 35a against gravity.

The return air deflector 24 further comprises a reinforcing inclined rib arranged below the wing plate 2422, and the strength of the wing can be enhanced. The return air guide plate 24 comprises a return air front plate and return air side plates connected to two sides of the return air front plate, and the return air guide plate 24 forms a return air channel of the variable temperature zone 3, so that the return air function is realized, and the diversion effect is realized.
The present example provides a method of foaming a freezing partition plate 2:
firstly, assembling and molding the freezing partition plate 2, then placing the freezing partition plate 2 into a foaming mold of the freezing partition plate 2 for independent foaming, and then placing the foamed freezing partition plate 2 into the box body 1 for foaming the box body 1.
Independent foaming is carried out to the refrigeration baffle 2 earlier and is favorable to the foaming material to play good thermal-insulated effect to refrigeration baffle 2, can independently control the temperature each other between the region of refrigeration baffle 2 top and the region of refrigeration baffle 2 below, avoids influencing each other.
Freezing baffle 2 carries out the foaming of box 1 again and is favorable to fixed connection between freezing baffle 2 and the box 1, under the effect of the pressure of foaming material and the supporting force of foaming mould, makes box 1 and the cooperation of freezing baffle 2 inseparabler and firm, compares among the prior art technical scheme that box 1 foaming back reassembling has the characteristics that do not need the assembly once more, makes box 1 and the cooperation of freezing baffle 2 inseparabler, reduces the not hard up problem of freezing baffle 2.

1. A refrigerator, characterized by comprising:
a box body, wherein a storage space is formed in the box body;
a humidifying device provided in the storage space and supplying humid air into the storage space;
a drawer provided in the storage space, the drawer including a body portion and a sealing cover connected above the body portion, the sealing cover having a communication port;
a first shelf provided in the storage space, wherein an air inlet gap into which humid air can flow is formed between the first shelf and the sealing cover; when the communication opening is opened, the air inlet gap is communicated with the accommodating space in the drawer;
and the humidifying device is arranged in the communication port in a penetrating manner, and comprises a knob and a humidifying blocking sheet fixedly connected with the knob, the humidifying blocking sheet is correspondingly arranged on the lower side of the communication port, the upper side surface of the humidifying blocking sheet can cover the communication port, and the knob is rotated to drive the humidifying blocking sheet to rotate so as to open or close the communication port.
2. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the first shelf is provided with a humidity control device mounting hole for mounting the humidity control device, the humidity control device mounting hole is provided corresponding to the communication port, and the knob is provided at least partially on an upper side of the first shelf so that a user can directly contact the knob.

The refrigerator according to claim 2, wherein the humidity control apparatus further comprises an indicator cover fixedly attached to a center of the knob, wherein an indicator arrow is provided on the indicator cover, wherein an indicator mark located on an outer peripheral side of the humidity control apparatus mounting hole is provided on the first shelf, and wherein the knob is rotated so that the indicator arrow indicates different indicator marks.

The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the humidity control device includes a humidity control block, the humidity control block includes the humidity control baffle and a humidity control block connecting portion connected to an upper side of the humidity control baffle, the humidity control block connecting portion is inserted into the communication port, and an upper side surface of the humidity control baffle and a lower side surface of the sealing cover are closely attached to each other.

The refrigerator as claimed in claim 4, wherein the humidifying block has at least two first bosses having different sizes at an upper end thereof, the knob has a coupling hole at a center thereof, and at least two first catching grooves having different sizes are formed at outer edges of the coupling hole, and the size and shape of the first catching grooves are matched with those of the first bosses to couple the first bosses with the first catching grooves.

The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the first rack comprises a curved track provided on an outer peripheral side of the humidity control apparatus mounting hole, and wherein a lower side surface of the knob is provided with a moving projection connected to the curved track, the moving projection being restricted in a moving direction by the curved track so that the knob can rotate along the curved track.

The refrigerator according to claim 2, wherein the first shelf includes a cantilever provided on an outer peripheral side of the humidity control apparatus mounting hole, a gear protrusion is provided at a distal end of the cantilever, a gear recess is further provided on a lower side surface of the knob, the gear recess is arc-shaped and includes at least two gear recesses uniformly distributed, the gear protrusion is connected in the gear recess, and when the knob rotates, the gear protrusion falls into the gear recesses periodically.

The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the drawer includes a front sealing member and a humidity control sealing strip, the first shelf includes a front decorative strip, the humidity control sealing strip includes a first sealing portion and a second sealing portion which are clamped between the front sealing member and the sealing cover, a strip-shaped third clamping portion extending downward is arranged on a lower side surface of the front decorative strip, and the third clamping portion is clamped in the second sealing portion.
9. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the first shelf includes a rear molding, a glass plate, a shelf cover plate, and a front molding;
the glass plate comprises at least two strip-shaped clamping grooves; the rear side of the front trim is provided with a first clamping portion, the rear side of the rear trim is provided with a second clamping portion, and the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are respectively clamped in the strip-shaped clamping grooves.

The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the first shelf includes a rear trim, a glass plate, a shelf cover plate, and a front trim; the upper side surface of the shelf cover plate is provided with at least two front decorative strip clamping grooves, the front decorative strips are provided with front decorative strip connecting parts, and the front decorative strip connecting parts are connected in the front decorative strip clamping grooves; the upper side surface of the layer frame cover plate is provided with at least two rear decorative strip limiting parts, the opposite side surfaces of the two rear decorative strip limiting parts are provided with positioning columns, the rear decorative strip is provided with at least two positioning holes, and the two positioning holes are matched and connected with the positioning columns.
