According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the sorting mechanism 4 includes a tray shaping seat 41, a second side rod 42 and a tray stopping rod 43, one end of the second side rod 42 is connected to the tray shaping seat 41, the other end of the second side rod 42 is fixedly connected to the tray stopping rod 43, the surface of the tray shaping seat 41 is arc-shaped and has two different heights, and the higher side of the tray shaping seat 41 is attached to the conveying mechanism 3. The circular arc-shaped tray reshaping seat 41 with different heights on two sides is beneficial to enabling the trays on the conveying platform 32 to be turned to the front and then to slide into the discharging conveying line 5, and the second side rods 42 and the tray stop rods 43 are matched with each other and used for controlling the sliding speed of the trays from the tray reshaping seat 41 and preventing the tray stack from toppling over.

According to some embodiments of the present application, there is provided a tray sorting apparatus. A tray sorting device is disclosed, when the sorting device is opened, stacked tray stacks are conveyed into a turnover mechanism 2 from a feeding conveying line 1, stay on a roller platform 223 of the turnover mechanism 2 to wait for turnover, turnover seats 222 on the side edges keep the tray stacks stable, at the moment, an oil cylinder is started to enable movable ends to contract to drive the turnover seats 222 to turn over with the roller platform 223, the vertically stacked tray stacks are also driven to lie down, a central push plate 225 hidden in the roller platform 223 is driven by a first chain driving component 224 to push the tray stacks to gradually move towards a conveying mechanism 3, the tray stacks entering the conveying mechanism 3 meet the side push plates 33, the side push plates 33 are provided with springs 334 capable of being opened in a one-way mode, under the matching of the central push plate 225 and the side push plates 33, the trays can sequentially enter the conveying platform 32, and in the process that the trays enter the conveying platform 32 one by one, inspectors or detection devices can inspect the damage condition of the tray, the damaged tray is taken out, independent scrapping treatment is carried out, intact trays are stacked on the conveying platform 32, due to the inclined conveying platform 32 and the side pushing plate 33 which is opened in one direction, the tray stack cannot topple over, after a certain amount of inspection is finished, the second chain driving assembly 31 is opened, the side pushing plate 32 is driven to move towards the arrangement mechanism 4 to drive the tray stack to move, the tray blocking rod 43 fixed on the tray shaping seat 41 is blocked, the tray blocking rod 43 blocks the upper area of the tray, but along with the thrust of the side pushing plate 33, the lower portion of the tray inclines and slides into the arc-shaped tray shaping seat 41, in the sliding process, the tray is turned over to face up from side to side, enters the discharging conveying line 5 and is conveyed to a discharging port for use.

Claims (10)
1. A tray sorting device is characterized by comprising a conveying mechanism and a turnover mechanism positioned on one side of the conveying mechanism;
the turnover mechanism comprises a turnover base, a turnover frame and a turnover driving assembly, wherein the turnover frame is arranged on the turnover base, and the turnover driving assembly is arranged on one side of the turnover base and can drive the turnover frame to turn over;
this conveying mechanism includes second chain drive assembly, conveying platform, side push pedal and transport base, and this conveying platform both sides are provided with this transport base, are provided with this second chain drive assembly on this transport base, and this side push pedal sliding connection is on this transport base, and this second chain drive assembly slides with this side push pedal fixed connection and this side push pedal of drive.

The tray sorting device according to claim 1, wherein the roll-over stand comprises a bearing with a seat, a roll-over seat and a roller platform, the outer ring of the bearing with a seat is fixedly connected with the roll-over seat, the inner ring of the bearing with a seat is fixedly connected with the roll-over seat, the roller platform is obliquely arranged on one side of the roll-over seat, and an obtuse angle is formed between the roller platform and the roll-over seat.

The tray sorting device according to claim 2, wherein the turnover frame further comprises a first chain driving component and a central pushing plate, the first chain driving component is arranged on the turnover seat, the central pushing plate is slidably connected with the turnover seat, and the first chain driving component is fixedly connected with the central pushing plate and drives the central pushing plate to slide.
4. The tray sorting device according to claim 3, wherein the turnover driving component is an oil cylinder, a fixed end of the oil cylinder is hinged with the turnover base, and a movable end of the oil cylinder is hinged with the turnover base.
5. The tray sorter as in claim 3 wherein the first chain drive assembly includes a center chain, a hydraulic motor and a hydraulic station, the hydraulic motor cooperating with the hydraulic station to drive the center chain in rotation.

The tray sorting device according to claim 1, further comprising a sorting mechanism, wherein the sorting mechanism comprises a tray reshaping seat, a second side bar and a tray stop bar, one end of the second side bar is connected with the tray reshaping seat, the other end of the second side bar is fixedly connected with the tray stop bar, the surface of the tray reshaping seat is arc-shaped, the two sides of the tray reshaping seat have different heights, and the higher side of the tray reshaping seat is attached to the conveying mechanism.

The tray sorting device according to claim 6, further comprising a feeding conveyor line and a discharging conveyor line, wherein the feeding conveyor line and the discharging conveyor line are roller conveyor lines, the feeding conveyor line is located on one side of the roller platform, and the discharging conveyor line is located on the lower side of the tray shaping seat.

The tray sorting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the side pushing plate includes a first side bar, a pushing plate and a spring, one end of the first side bar is fixedly connected to the second chain driving assembly, the first side bar is movably connected to one side of the pushing plate, the other side of the pushing plate extends toward the inner conveying platform, one end of the spring is connected to the first side bar, and the other end of the spring is connected to the pushing plate.

The tray sorting device according to claim 7, wherein the conveying platform and the conveying base are arranged at the same inclination angle as the feeding conveying line, and the side provided with the turnover mechanism is lower in height and the side provided with the sorting mechanism is higher in height.
10. The tray sorting apparatus of claim 4, wherein the number of the seated bearings is set to two, and the number of the oil cylinders is set to two.
