The present application provides a wearable air purification mask, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, which mainly includes an airtight cover 10, a body 20 and an adjusting strap 30.
The airtight cover 10 is used for covering the face of a user to form a breathing chamber (not numbered), and comprises a soft rubber frame 11 and a light-transmitting cover 12. The light-transmitting cover 12 is covered corresponding to the outer edge of the soft rubber frame 11. In the embodiment, the soft rubber frame 11 is made of a soft adhesive material such as silicone rubber for contacting the face of the user, but the application is not limited thereto.
The body 20 is disposed on top of the airtight enclosure 10. In the present embodiment, the housing 21 preferably has an arc-shaped housing structure, but the present application is not limited thereto. The machine body 20 includes a casing 21, a high-voltage electric field sterilization module 22, a fan 23, an air inlet filter 24, a control module 25 and a battery module 26. The high-voltage electric field sterilization module 22, the fan 23, the air inlet filter element 24, the control module 25 and the battery module 26 are all disposed in the housing 21, and the control module 25 is electrically connected to the high-voltage electric field sterilization module 22, the fan 23 and the battery module 26. The high-voltage electric field sterilization module 22 generates a high voltage mainly by electrifying a plurality of electrode plates (not shown), so that germs carried in the airflow can be destroyed and killed by the energy of the high voltage when passing through each electrode plate (not shown) to achieve the sterilization effect. In the present embodiment, the material and structure of the air inlet filter element 24 are similar to those of commercially available medical mask cloth, but the present application is not limited thereto.
Accordingly, the control module 25 can control the battery module 26 to supply power to the high voltage electric field sterilization module 22 and the fan 23, so as to control the high voltage electric field sterilization module 22 and the fan 23 to operate. Specifically, the control module 25 drives the fan 23 to suck air from the external environment, and inputs the air into the airtight cover 10 after sterilization and filtration by the high-voltage electric field sterilization module 22 and the intake filter 24, respectively.
The adjustment strap 30 includes a pair of connecting straps 31 and an abutting ring 32. In the present embodiment, the connection belts 31 are respectively inserted and fixed to the left and right sides of the back cover 211 of the housing 21. The abutting ring 32 is detachably provided between the respective connecting bands 31. Each connecting band 31 is provided with a plurality of fastening holes 311 along the longitudinal direction thereof, and two sides of the abutting ring 32 are respectively extended with a fixing section 321. Each fixing segment 321 is provided with at least one fastening post 322, and the fastening post 322 can be selectively fastened to one of the fastening holes 311 of the connecting band 31. In the embodiment, the number of the fastening posts 322 on each fixing section 321 is plural, so that the user can adjust to fit the head circumference more easily, but the application is not limited thereto. Preferably, a collar 323 is formed at the end of each fixing section 321, and the collar 323 is sleeved on the corresponding connecting band 31 and located between the fastening post 322 of the fixing section 321 and the housing 21, so as to further fix the abutting ring 32 on each connecting band 31.
For further explanation, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3 and fig. 5, the housing 21 includes a back shell 211, a frame 212 and a front cover 213. The fan 23 and the control module 25 are disposed on the back cover 211, and the frame 212 is sleeved on the back cover 211 to shield the fan 23 and the control module 25. The high-voltage electric field sterilization module 22 is disposed on the frame 212, the air inlet filter element 24 is disposed on the frame 212 at a position corresponding to the fan 23, and the front cover 213 is assembled with the frame 212 to shield the high-voltage electric field sterilization module 22 and the air inlet filter element 24. The frame 212 is provided with an air inlet 214 and a through opening 215, the air inlet 214 being located at the top of the frame 212 and being capable of communicating with the external environment, the through opening 215 being located between the fan 23 and the air inlet filter element 24. The back shell 211 has an input port 216 at the bottom, and the input port 216 is connected to the air outlet of the fan 23 and the breathing cavity of the airtight cover 10. Specifically, the high-voltage electric field sterilization module 22 is disposed to correspond to the air inlet 214, the fan 23 and the battery module 26 are disposed in a stacked manner, and the control module 25 is disposed on one side of the fan 23, thereby effectively utilizing the space inside the housing 21. In addition, when the fan 23 is operated, air in the external environment can be sucked in from the air inlet 214, and after the air is sterilized by the high-voltage electric field sterilization module 22, impurities are filtered by the air inlet filter element 24, and then the air enters the breathing cavity through the port 215, the fan 23 and the input port 216 in sequence for the user to breathe.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the soft rubber frame 11 has a plurality of fastening grooves 111, and the light-transmitting cover 12 has a plurality of hooks 121. The hooks 121 are respectively buckled corresponding to the buckling grooves 111, so as to fix the light-transmitting cover 12 on the soft rubber frame 11. In addition, the housing 21 has a plurality of positioning holes 217 on the inner edge of the back shell 211, and the front edge of the top of the flexible frame 11 has a plurality of positioning posts 112, and each positioning post 112 is fastened to correspond to each positioning hole 217. The control module 25 drives the fan 23 to draw air from the external environment through the air inlet 214. The control module 25 drives the high-voltage electric field sterilization module 22 to generate high voltage for sterilization, so that when external air passes through the high-voltage electric field sterilization module 22, the high voltage can destroy germs in the air to achieve the sterilization effect. The sterilized air is purified by filtering particulate impurities through the air inlet filter 24 and is input into the airtight cover 10 through the input port 216 for inhalation. The exhaust air exhaled by the user is filtered by the exhaust filter element 52 of the exhaust damper 50 and then exhausted to the external environment, and the one-way valve 53 of the exhaust damper 50 can prevent the non-sterilized and filtered air in the external environment from entering the respiratory cavity and being inhaled by the user.
