Abstract

The present invention relates to a packing box and a sheet thereof, and more particularly, to a packing box for containing a faucet and accessories thereof and a sheet thereof. The packing box comprises a box body with a box body containing space for containing the faucet, a box cover for covering the box body containing space and a separator arranged in the box body containing space. Background

The faucet and the accessories thereof are usually placed in a packaging box during storage and sale, and the common packaging box is not provided with a positioning structure for protecting the faucet and the accessories thereof, so that the faucet is easy to collide with the accessories thereof due to shaking in the packaging box during transportation, and the surface of the faucet is damaged or scratched.

In order to solve the above problems, the conventional method is to provide a bulb shell made of paper pulp, baolilong or other materials and having an appearance shape in a packaging box, where the bulb shell has a receiving groove for receiving the faucet and its accessories, so that the faucet and its accessories can be adapted to a single receiving space, and thus mutual collision or friction can be avoided. For example, chinese patent application publication No. CN104925350 a discloses a packing box, the inner cavity of the packing box has a groove for placing a faucet and its fittings, so that the faucet and its fittings are well fixed, but the inner cavity of the packing box is too complex in structure, so that the mold cost of a new product and the corresponding carton development cost are greatly increased. In other words, the existing packaging box for containing the faucet and the accessories thereof has a complicated positioning structure, so that there is still room for improvement. That is, how to provide a packing box which has a simple structure, can protect a product, and can greatly reduce the packing cost requires the effort of a practitioner.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages, an object of the present invention is to provide a packing box for containing a faucet and its accessories and a sheet thereof, which can protect the faucet to prevent the faucet from colliding with its accessories and being damaged.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a packing box and a sheet thereof for containing a faucet and its accessories, which can stably support the faucet, and make the faucet independently and compactly arranged in the packing box.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a packing box and sheet thereof for containing taps and fittings thereof, which are suitable for packing taps and fittings of various specifications, thereby greatly reducing the packing cost.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present application clearer, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of and not restrictive on the broad application.

It should be noted that throughout the specification, including the examples described below and the claims, directional terms are used with reference to the directions in the drawings. Next, in the embodiments and the drawings to be described below, the same element numbers represent the same or similar elements or structural features thereof.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a packing box 10 is provided, which includes a box body 21, a box cover 30 and a separating member 40, wherein the packing box 10 is formed by folding and assembling the sheet 20 in a planar state as shown in fig. 7a and 7 b. In this embodiment, the sheet 20 includes a body 20a cut into a predetermined shape and a partition 40a separated from the body 20a, and the body 20a and the partition 40a may be (but are not limited to) paper or plastic. The body 20a has a box body base 22 and a box cover base 31 integrally connected with the box body base 22, the box body base 22 and the box cover base 31 are provided with folding lines 20b with specific length and direction at specific positions, so that the box body base 22 can form a box body 21 by folding the folding lines 20b, and the box cover base 31 forms a box cover 30 connected with the box body 21. In addition, the partition plate 40a is also provided with folding lines 40b having a specific length and a specific direction at specific positions, and by folding the folding lines 40b, the partition plate 40a can form a partition 40 having a positioning function.

Next, the lid base plate 31 has a lid body 32 connected to the rear sidewall 225 of the box base plate 22, and a rear flap 33, a left flap 34 and a right flap 35 integrally connected to the lid body 32, respectively, and fold lines 20b are disposed between the lid body 32 and the rear, left and right flaps 33, 34, 35, so that the lid body 32 of the lid base plate 31 can be folded with respect to the rear sidewall 225 of the box base plate 22, so that the lid base plate 31 forms a lid 30 capable of covering the box accommodating space 28 (see fig. 4 b).

In addition, referring to fig. 4a, the partition plate 40a has a top wall 43, a bottom wall 44, a side wall 46 connected between the top wall 43 and the bottom wall 44 and capable of bending relative to the top wall 43 and the bottom wall 44, and three tabs 431 connected to the periphery of the top wall 43, wherein a folding line 40b is disposed between the top wall 43, the bottom wall 44, the side wall 46 and each tab 431, and the bottom wall 44 has a generally U-shaped slit 441, so that the bottom wall 44 corresponding to the slit 441 can be lifted up to form a positioning portion 442 for positioning the faucet 12, and in addition, the side wall 46 has a positioning hole 461 corresponding to the positioning portion 442 and used for sleeving the faucet 12. In this way, by folding the folding lines 40b, the partition plate 40a can form a partition 40 with a positioning function, and the partition 40 has various structural features corresponding to the partition plate 40a (hereinafter, the same reference numerals as used for the partition plate 40a will be used for the partition 40 corresponding to the various structural features of the partition plate 40 a).

In use, the partition member 40 is detachably disposed in the box accommodating space 28, and the bottom wall 44 of the partition member 40 abuts against the bottom surface 26 of the box 21 and is exposed out of the box accommodating space 28, so that the box accommodating space 28 can be divided into a faucet accommodating space 48 (as shown in fig. 5) above the bottom wall 44 and an accessory accommodating space 49 (as shown in fig. 6) below the top wall 43 by the partition member 40. Therefore, the faucet 12 and each fitting 12a (e.g., seat tube, water pipe, screw and nut) of the faucet can be properly placed in the faucet accommodating space 48 and the fitting accommodating space 49, and the faucet 12 can be clamped against the positioning portion 442 and inserted into the positioning hole 461 to be firmly fixed, in other words, the present invention can achieve the effect of protecting and positioning the faucet 12 by using the separating element 40 with a simple structure. Secondly, when the partition 40 is disposed in the box receiving space 28, each of the flaps 431 at the periphery of the top wall 43 of the partition 40 abuts against the inner peripheral surface 24 of the box and firmly abuts against the bottom surface 26 of the box 21 together with the side wall 46 of the partition 40, so that the structural support strength of the packing box 10 can be enhanced.

In the first embodiment, the box body 21 and the partition 40 of the packing box 10 are formed by folding and assembling the sheet 20 composed of the two large and small bodies 20a and the partition 40a, respectively, however, the form of the sheet 20 for forming the packing box 10 is not limited to the disclosure of the first embodiment. For example, fig. 13 discloses a sheet 20 'for manufacturing a package 10' according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 to 12 and 14 show a package 10 'formed by bending the sheet 20'. Further, the sheet 20 'provided in the second embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the sheet 20 provided in the first embodiment, and the difference is that the partition plate 40a of the sheet 20' provided in the second embodiment is integrally connected to the front sidewall 224 of the box base plate 22, in more detail, the top wall 43 of the partition plate 40a is connected to a portion of the front sidewall 224 of the box base plate 22, and a folding line 50 is provided between the top wall 43 and the front sidewall 224, and a cut edge 51 is provided between the bottom wall 44 and the sidewall 46 of the partition plate 40a and another portion of the front sidewall 224 of the box base plate 22, so that the bottom wall 44 and the sidewall 46 are separated from the front sidewall 224. Therefore, the partition plate 40a can be folded back along the folding line 50 and the cut edge 51 to the central portion 223, thereby forming the package 10'. Since the package 10 'formed by the sheet 20' of the present embodiment is substantially the same as the package 10 formed by the sheet 20 of the first embodiment in structure, in the second embodiment (as shown in fig. 8 to 14), the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment are used for the same or corresponding elements and features of the elements, and the detailed structure and efficacy thereof are not repeated herein.

It should be noted that different shapes may be provided. The divider 40a may be sized or the divider 40a may be provided with a plurality of selectively usable fold lines 40b to provide a plurality of dividers 40a having different sized and shaped top walls 43, bottom walls 44 and side walls 46, and a second receiving space (not shown) may be formed below the bottom wall 44 and above the central portion 223, such that the divider 40 formed by the divider 40a may have various geometric dimensions for packaging different sized faucets 12.

Moreover, as can be seen from the above description, the structure of the package 10, 10' is simple and convenient to manufacture and assemble, and no additional bulb partition structure is needed to house and protect the faucet 12 and the faucet accessories 12a, thereby reducing the cost.

Claims (12)

the box body is provided with a bottom surface, an inner peripheral surface and a box body accommodating space formed by the bottom surface and the inner peripheral surface in a surrounding mode;

the box cover is used for covering the box body accommodating space; and

the separator is configured in the box body accommodating space;

the partition is provided with a bottom wall exposed in the box body accommodating space, a side wall connected with the bottom wall and a top wall connected with the side wall, so that the box body accommodating space is divided into a faucet accommodating space positioned above the bottom wall and an accessory accommodating space positioned below the top wall.

2. The package of claim 1, wherein the top wall is connected at its periphery to at least one flap, and the flap abuts against the bottom surface of the shell.

3. The package of claim 1, wherein the bottom wall has a detent that abuts the faucet.

4. The package of claim 3, wherein the bottom wall has a slit so that a portion of the bottom wall corresponding to the slit can be lifted to form the positioning portion.

5. The packaging box according to claim 3, wherein the side wall has a positioning hole corresponding to the positioning portion on the same side for receiving a faucet.

6. The package according to claim 1, wherein the bottom wall of the partition member abuts against the bottom surface of the box body, and the side wall of the partition member is integrally connected between the bottom wall and the top wall so as to extend upward.

7. The packing box according to claim 1, wherein a second receiving space is provided below the bottom wall.

8. A sheet material for forming a package according to claim 1, wherein the sheet material comprises:

the box body base plate is provided with a central part, a front side wall, a rear side wall, a left side wall and a right side wall, the front side wall, the rear side wall, the left side wall and the right side wall are connected with the periphery of the central part, the front side wall, the rear side wall, the left side wall and the right side wall are turned over relative to the central part to form the box body, the central part forms the bottom surface of the box body, and the central part, the front side wall, the rear side wall, the left side wall and the right side wall jointly surround the box body accommodating space;

the box cover base plate is provided with a cover body connected with the rear side wall of the box body base plate, and the cover body is turned over relative to the box body base plate to cover the box body accommodating space; and

the partition plate is provided with a top wall connected with the front side wall, a bottom wall separated from the front side wall and side walls connected between the top wall and the bottom wall, the side walls are separated from the front side wall, the side walls can be opposite to the top wall and the bottom wall, the partition plate can be opposite to the central part, the bottom wall is abutted against the central part and is exposed in the box body accommodating space, and the box body accommodating space is separated into a water faucet accommodating space positioned above the bottom wall and an accessory accommodating space positioned below the top wall.

9. A sheet material for forming a package according to claim 1, wherein the sheet material comprises:

the box body base plate is provided with a central part, a front side wall, a rear side wall, a left side wall and a right side wall, the front side wall, the rear side wall, the left side wall and the right side wall are connected with the periphery of the central part, the front side wall, the rear side wall, the left side wall and the right side wall are turned over relative to the central part to form the box body, the central part forms the bottom surface of the box body, and the central part, the front side wall, the rear side wall, the left side wall and the right side wall jointly surround the box body accommodating space;

the box cover base plate is provided with a cover body connected with the rear side wall of the box body base plate, and the cover body is turned over relative to the central part to cover the box body accommodating space; and
