The left 61 and right 62 walls are made in the form of L-shaped strips, the dimensions of which along the axis approximately correspond to the dimensions of the wall 4 along the axis, and their dimensions in the direction perpendicular to the axis approximately correspond to the dimensions of the wall 5 along the axis, and the dimensions of the internal corners of these L-shaped stripes approximately correspond to the dimensions of the wall 7 along the axis and the dimensions of the second part 8 of the front wall along the axis.

Description

The invention relates to the field of packaging, in particular to cardboard packaging.

In a preferred embodiment, the box is intended for packaging those products and sets of products for which it is preferable to have a step at the top of the box, particularly in situations where the box is placed inside an outer box and another one can be placed in the space formed by the outer box and the step. a product whose shape and dimensions correspond to this space.

BACKGROUND OF THE ART

A box is known, in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, obtained by cutting or cutting a blank from a single sheet and folding it along the fold lines, in which the said blank contains a central part, which in turn contains the first part (3) of the lid, the first long side wall (4), bottom (5), second long side wall (6), second part (7) of the lid, sequentially connected to each other along the long sides in the order listed by means of transverse fold lines, and arranged in such a way that a longitudinal an axis of symmetry (32) of said workpiece, and side parts connected to the short sides of the first and second long side walls (4, 6) by longitudinal fold lines; the mentioned side parts contain: bends (9, 9', 19, 19'), directly connected to the short sides of the first and second long side walls (4, 6), when folded, located vertically at right angles to the first and second long ones side wall (4, 6) and equipped with overlapping slots (14, 14', 20, 20') for palms, bends (10, 10', 24, 24') connected to said bends (9, 9', 19, 19') by transverse fold lines, when folded, located horizontally at right angles to the mentioned folds (9, 9', 19, 19'), and the folds (11, 11', 27, 27'), connected with said bends (10, 10', 24, 24') transverse fold lines, when folded, located vertically at right angles to said bends (10, 10', 24, 24'); characterized by the fact that in it the bends (9, 9', 19, 19') are equipped with fixing bends (21, 21') on its short edge and response slots (15, 15') at the fold line, while the mentioned fixing bends ( 21, 21') pass through the counter slots (15, 15') in the folded state (RF patent for invention No. 2629144).

Although the known box, like the one proposed, can be obtained by folding it from a single solid sheet with cut-out elements along the fold lines, it nevertheless has a different shape: it does not have a stepped part.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to provide a box with a stepped part. This shape allows the box according to the invention to fill all the free space when placed inside the main box, where there is a free volume of a stepped shape (see, for example, Figs. 7 and 8). Thus, the volume inside the main box is used as efficiently as possible for placing and storing products and sets of products in it.

The technical result achieved by using the invention is that a box with a stepped upper part can be obtained by folding one sheet of material.

At the same time, however, the possibility of making a box by gluing a workpiece from several parts is not excluded.

As will be appreciated by one of ordinary skill in the art, the technical result is achieved by providing a box with a stepped portion, characterized in that it is formed by folding from a sheet containing:

sequentially connected to each other and delimited from each other by bending lines parallel to each other, the outer part 2 of the upper wall, the rear wall 4, the first part 6 of the front wall, the wall 7 forming a stepped transition, the second part 8 of the front wall and the inner part 9 of the upper wall,

left 61 and right 62 walls,

characterized by the fact that it

the mentioned left 61 and right 62 walls are made in the form of L-shaped strips, the dimensions of which along the axis approximately correspond to the dimensions of the wall 4 along the axis, and their dimensions in the direction perpendicular to the axis approximately correspond to the dimensions of the wall 5 along the axis, and the dimensions of the internal corners of these L- shaped stripes approximately correspond to the dimensions of the wall 7 along the axis and the dimensions of the second part 8 of the front wall along the axis.

The walls of the box can be equipped with bends and tongues, which serve to connect the elements of the box to each other, to increase rigidity and/or to fix the elements relative to each other.

In particular, the aforementioned walls 61, 62 can be provided with bends 63, 64, respectively, which are located parallel to the walls 61 and 62, respectively, on the inside of the box.

The above-mentioned wall 5 may be provided with bends 51, 52, which are located parallel to the above-mentioned walls 61, 62, respectively, in the internal space; the aforementioned flaps 63, 64 are provided with tabs 65, 66, respectively, each of which has a first and second portion, and the aforementioned flaps 51, 52 are provided with holes 53 and 54, respectively, with the first portion of the tongue 65 and the first portion of the tongue 66 being passed through the holes 53 and 54, respectively, so that they are located between the folds 51, 52 and the walls 61, 62, respectively, and the second parts of the tongues 65, 66 are located in the internal space. This design makes it possible to firmly fix the angle between the walls 5 and 6 and increase the rigidity of the side walls 61, 62.

The above-mentioned folds 63, 64 may be provided with projections 651, 641, respectively; the aforementioned inner corner of the L-shaped strip of the wall 61 is provided with a tongue 613 having a hole 615 at its base; the aforementioned inner corner of the L-shaped strip of the wall 66 is provided with a tongue 624 having a hole 626 at its base, while the said tongues 613, 624 are located parallel to the above-mentioned wall 8 in the internal cavity, and the mentioned protrusions 651, 641 are threaded into the mentioned holes 615, 626 , respectively. This arrangement allows the walls 61, 62 to be fixed relative to the second part 8 of the front wall.

The above-mentioned wall 7 may be provided with tongues 71, 72, the above-mentioned inner corner of the L-shaped strip of the wall 61 may be provided with a tongue 611 having a slot 617 at its base, the above-mentioned inner corner of the L-shaped strip of the wall 66 may be provided with a tongue 622, having at its base a slot 628, while the tongues 611, 622 are located parallel to the above-mentioned wall 7 in the internal cavity, and the ends of the tongues 71, 72 are threaded into the said slots 617 and 628. This arrangement allows the walls 61, 62 to be fixed relative to the wall 7.

The above-mentioned wall 4 may be provided with tongues 41, 42 located on the inside of the box. This arrangement prevents the wall 4 from moving laterally to the left and/or to the right.

The above-mentioned outer part 2 of the upper wall may be provided with tongues 21, 22 located in the narrow space between the folds 63, 64, respectively, and the walls 61, 62, respectively. The tongues 21, 22 fix part 2 of the upper wall in one plane at an angle of approximately 90 degrees to the wall 4.

The aforementioned wall 9 may be provided with tongues 91, 92 located parallel to the walls 61, 62, respectively, in the space between the mentioned walls 61, 62 and the aforementioned bends 63, 64, respectively. The tongues 91, 92 fix part 9 of the upper wall in one plane at an angle of approximately 90 degrees to the wall 4 and increase the strength of the connection between part 9 and walls 61, 62.

The above-mentioned outer part 2 of the upper wall may be provided with a tongue 1 having a slot formed by the cutting line 13, and the above-mentioned inner part 9 of the upper wall is provided with a tongue 10 and cutting lines 101, 102, while the aforementioned tongue 1 is threaded into the slot formed by the cutting lines 101 and 102, and the tongue 10 is threaded into the slot formed by the mentioned cutting lines 13 (see Fig. 3). Thanks to this design, spontaneous opening of the upper wall is practically eliminated.

In the most preferred form, the box is made from a single sheet with slots. At the same time, however, the possibility of making a box from a sheet of a similar design, glued together from separate parts, is not excluded.

The preferred material for the above sheet is corrugated cardboard.

The design of the box is clearly illustrated in Figures 1-6 using specific embodiments as examples.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Figure 1 shows a flat sheet in an unfolded state, by folding it along the fold lines to form a box according to the invention. Fold lines, cutting lines and sheet boundaries are indicated in red. The blue line indicates the mirror axis of symmetry. The sheet is oriented in such a way that the outer part of the upper wall 2 is located in the upper part of the figure, and the inner part of the upper wall is located at the bottom. The names “top” and “bottom” walls in relation to a flat sheet of material should be understood in the sense that after folding the sheet of material to form a finished product (box), they will take the corresponding position, if we assume that the “top” of the box is that its part, which is equipped with a handle, and its “front” is that part that has a stepped shape.

In fig. 2 shows a photograph of the sheet from FIG. 1 from the wrong side in the same orientation.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVENTION

The sheet shown in FIG. 1 is produced by cutting from sheet material, preferably cardboard such as corrugated cardboard, and then folding along fold lines.

In a fully folded state, when the box is placed horizontally on the lower wall 5 (bottom), wall 6 is located in front.

Elements 61 and 62 form the left and right (side) walls of the box, respectively, located vertically parallel to each other.

The bends 63 and 64 are located parallel to the walls 61 and 62, respectively, on the inside of the box.

Bends 51 and 52 are located parallel to walls 61 and 62, on the inside of the box from below.

The first part of the tongue 65 and the first part of the tongue 66 are threaded through the holes 53 and 54, respectively, so that they are located between the flaps 51 and 52 and the walls 61 and 62, and the second part of the tongue 65 and the second part of the tongue 66 are located on the inside of the box.

The first 6 and second 8 parts of the front wall in the box are located vertically at the bottom and top, respectively. They are connected to each other by wall 7, located horizontally and forming a stepped transition.

The tabs 611 and 622 are located parallel to the wall 7 on the inside of the box, with the ends of the tabs 71 and 7 2 threaded into the slots 617 and 628 at the base of the tabs 611 and 622.

The tabs 613 and 624 are located parallel to the second portion of the front wall 8 on the inside of the box, with the proximal portion of the tabs 651 and 641 extending through the slots 615 and 626, respectively, and the distal portion thereof being located along the recesses 81 and 82 of the wall 8, respectively.

The tongues 91 and 92 of the upper wall are located parallel to the walls 61 and 62, respectively, in the narrow space between these walls 61 and 62 and the flaps 63 and 64.

The tongues 41, 42 are located on the inside of the box and prevent the rear wall 4 from moving to the left and right.

The tongues 21, 22 are located in a narrow space between the bends 63, 64 and the walls 61, 62.

Tongue 1 is threaded into the slots formed by cutting lines 101 and 102, and tongue 10 is threaded into the slot formed by cutting lines 13.

The holes 93 receive the ends of the handle shown in FIG. 4.

The sequence of assembling the box from the sheet shown in Fig. 1 may be different. The optimal one is the following:

- bend walls 61 and 62 approximately 90 degrees inward,

- bend walls 8 and 7 to the required position,

- place tongues 91 and 92 along walls 61 and 62, tongues 611, 628 along wall 7, tongues 613 and 624 along wall 8, bends 51 and 52 along walls 61 and 62,

- bend the bends 63 and 64 inwards parallel to the walls 61 and 64 so that the tongues 91 and 92 are located in a narrow space between the bends 63 and 64 and the walls 61 and 64,

- thread the projections 651, 641 through the slits 615 and 626, the ends of the tongues 71, 72 through the slits 617 and 622, and the first parts of the tongues 65 and 66 through the slits 53 and 54, so that they are located between the bends 53, 54 and the walls 61, 62 , and the second parts of the tongues 65 and 66 remain inside the box,

- place the rear wall 4 parallel to the planes of the first 6 and second part 8 of the front wall, and the tongues 41 and 42 are parallel to the planes of the side walls 61, 64 and the bends 63, 64 from the inside of the box,

- install the handle in the slots 93, 94,

- place the tongues 21, 22 between the walls 61, 62 and the bends 63, 64, pass the handle out through the hole 3,

- insert tongue 1 into the slots formed by slots 101, 102, and tongue 10 into the slot formed by slot 13.

Thus, a box with a stepped top can be obtained by folding one sheet of material.

Claims (13)

1. A box with a stepped part, characterized in that it is obtained by folding from a sheet containing: sequentially connected to each other and delimited from each other by fold lines parallel to each other, the outer part 2 of the upper wall, the rear wall 4, the first part 6 of the front wall, the wall 7 forming a stepped transition, the second part 8 of the front wall and the inner part 9 of the upper wall, left 61 and right 62 walls, characterized by the fact that in it the mentioned left 61 and right 62 walls are made in the form of L-shaped strips, the dimensions of which along the axis approximately correspond to the dimensions of the wall 4 along the axis, and their dimensions in the direction perpendicular to the axis approximately correspond to the dimensions of the wall 5 along the axis, and the dimensions of the internal corners of these The L-shaped stripes approximately correspond to the dimensions of the wall 7 along the axis and the dimensions of the second part 8 of the front wall along the axis. 2. The box according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned walls 61, 62 are equipped with bends 63, 64, respectively, which are located parallel to the walls 61 and 62, respectively, on the inside of the box. 3. The box according to claim 2, in which the above-mentioned wall 5 is equipped with bends 51, 52, which are located parallel to the above-mentioned walls 61, 62, respectively, in the internal space; the aforementioned flaps 63, 64 are provided with tabs 65, 66, respectively, each of which has a first and second portion, and the aforementioned flaps 51, 52 are provided with holes 53 and 54, respectively, with the first portion of the tongue 65 and the first portion of the tongue 66 being threaded through the holes 53 and 54, respectively, so that they are located between the folds 51, 52 and the walls 61, 62, respectively, and the second parts of the tongues 65, 66 are located in the internal space. 4. The box according to claim 2, in which the above-mentioned bends 63, 64 are provided with projections 651, 641, respectively; the aforementioned inner corner of the L-shaped wall strip 61 is provided with a tongue 613 having a hole 615 at its base; the aforementioned inner corner of the L-shaped strip of the wall 66 is provided with a tongue 624 having a hole 626 at its base, while the said tongues 613, 624 are located parallel to the above-mentioned wall 8 in the internal cavity, and the mentioned protrusions 651, 641 are threaded into the said holes 615, 626, respectively. 5. The box according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned wall 7 is provided with tongues 71, 72, the above-mentioned inner corner of the L-shaped strip of the wall 61 is provided with a tongue 611 having a slot 617 at its base, the above-mentioned inner corner of the L-shaped strip of the wall 66 is provided a tongue 622 having a slot 628 at its base, wherein the tongues 611, 622 are located parallel to the above-mentioned wall 7 in the internal cavity, and the ends of the tongues 71, 72 are threaded into the said slots 617 and 628. 6. The box according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned wall 4 is equipped with tongues 41, 42 located on the inside of the box. 7. The box according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned outer part 2 of the upper wall is provided with tongues 21, 22 located in a narrow space between the bends 63, 64, respectively, and the walls 61, 62, respectively. 8. The box according to claim 2, in which the above-mentioned wall 9 is equipped with tongues 91, 92, located parallel to the walls 61, 62, respectively, in the space between the above-mentioned walls 61, 62 and the above-mentioned bends 63, 64, respectively. 9. The box according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned outer part 2 of the upper wall is provided with a tongue 1 having a slot formed by a cutting line 13, and the above-mentioned inner part 9 of the upper wall is provided with a tongue 10 and cutting lines 101, 102, while the above-mentioned tongue 1 is threaded into the slot formed by cutting lines 101 and 102, and tongue 10 is threaded into the slot formed by said cutting lines 13. 10. The box according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned sheet is single. 11. The box according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned sheet is made of corrugated cardboard.
