2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a packing box of this kind is formed of a material such as corrugated cardboard and has six surfaces inside which articles are arranged. When the volume of the articles contained in the packaging box is smaller than the volume of the packaging box and a space is formed in the packaging box, a cushioning material such as Styrofoam is packed in the space, and when the packaging box is transported and stored, The movement of stored items in the packing box is prevented.

In the conventional packaging box, it is necessary to procure the cushioning material, and a storage place for the cushioning material is also required. Also, if the amount of cushioning material packed in the packaging box is insufficient, the stored items may move inside the packaging box during transportation of the packaging box, and abnormal noise may occur or the stored items may be damaged or deformed. is there. Further, after use, the cushioning material is often discarded without being recycled, which causes a problem of consuming a large amount of resources.

(8) and a step having a contact surface (9a) and a support surface (9b) formed on the rear wall (3) and the bottom wall (7) by a pair of fold lines (9c) and a pair of cut lines (9d). And a section (9). The contact surface (9a) and the support surface (9b) are folded back, and the contact surface (9a) is brought into contact with the partition wall (8) bent along the fold line (8a), and then placed inside the packing box (1). Since the reduced internal space (17b) smaller than the maximum internal space (17a) can be formed, the reduced internal space (17b) can accommodate a small-sized article. In this case, the reduced internal space (17b) having a desired size can be formed by appropriately setting the sizes of the contact surface (9a), the support surface (9b), and the partition wall (8). Further, since the mechanical strength of the partition wall (8) can be increased by supporting the partition wall (8) with the stepped portion (9), the partition of the floating motion of the articles accommodated in the reduced internal space (17b) can be partitioned. Since it can be surely prevented by the wall (8), the predetermined shape of the packaging box (1) can be held. Furthermore, since the packaging box (1) can be assembled by bending and inserting the single body without a cutout portion, workability is good.

When assembling the packaging box (1), as shown in FIG. 3, first, the left outer wall (5c) is moved along the fold line (5d) to the rear wall.
Bend at a right angle to (3), bend the left inner wall (5a) along the fold line (5e) and stack it on the left outer wall (5c) so that the pair of protrusions (12) form the rear wall slit (13). ). The bottom wall (7) is also bent at a right angle to the rear wall (3), and the left inner wall (5) that stands up the ear (7b) provided near the left side wall (5).
Inserted between a) and the left outer wall (5c), the ear (7b) provided near the right wall (4) is bent at a right angle to the bottom wall (7). In this state, the front wall (2), the rear wall (3), the right side wall (4), the left side wall (5), the top wall (6) and the bottom wall (7), the maximum internal space (17a)
Therefore, a large-sized article such as a semiconductor device can be accommodated in the maximum internal space (17a). afterwards,
As shown in FIG. 4, fold the right side wall (4) and front wall (2)
Bend along a) and make maximum internal space (17a) by the front wall (2)
Can be closed and the protrusion (10) can be inserted into the intermediate slit (11) to fix the front wall (2). Further, as shown in FIG. 7, after the front top wall (6a) is bent at a right angle to the front wall (2) along the fold line (6c), the rear top wall (6b) is along the fold line (6d). The lid portion (14) is brought into close contact with the outer surface of the front wall (2) along the fold line (14a) and then folded. Furthermore, the tongue piece (15) is inserted into the upper slit (16) to form the top wall (6), and the maximum internal space (17
Assembly of the packaging box (1) having a) is completed.

In order to form the reduced internal space (17b), as shown in FIG.
Partition wall (8) so that it is almost parallel to bottom wall (7)
After bending it at right angles to the front wall (2), as shown in Fig. 6, hit the step (9) along the fold lines (9c, 9e) so that it is parallel to the bottom wall (7). Bend the contact surface (9a) as well as the rear wall
Step along the fold line (9c, 9e) so that it is parallel to (3)
Bend the support surface (9b) of (9). Contact surface (9a) and support surface
(9b) is folded back, and the contact surface (9a) is brought into contact with the partition wall (8) that is folded along the fold line (8a) to reduce the size smaller than the maximum internal space (17a) in the packing box (1). Since the internal space (17b) can be formed, a small size article can be accommodated in the reduced internal space (17b). In this case, contact surface (9a) and support surface
By appropriately setting the sizes of (9b) and the partition wall (8), the reduced internal space (17b) of a desired size can be formed. Further, the step (9) supports the partition wall (8) to increase the mechanical strength of the partition wall (8) and reduce the internal space (17).
Since the partition wall (8) can surely prevent the articles housed in (b) from moving, the packing box (1) can be kept in a predetermined shape. Furthermore, since the packaging box (1) can be assembled by bending and inserting the single body without a cutout portion, workability is good.

The embodiment of the present invention can be modified.
For example, in the packaging box (1) shown in FIG. 9, the bottom lid (19) is integrally formed on the edge portion (7a) of the bottom wall (7) opposite to the rear wall (3) according to the second aspect of the present invention. 2 shows a packaging box according to the embodiment. After the packaging box (1) shown in FIG. 9 is assembled as shown in FIG.
As shown in 1, the bottom lid (19) is bent inward along a fold line (19a) formed between the bottom wall (7) and the bottom lid (19), and the bottom lid (19) closes the bottom. Close the upper space (20), step (9)
And the bottom wall (7) is torn from the cut (9d).
It can be prevented by (19). In this case, the bottom cover (19) is fixed to the front wall (2) with adhesive tape or the like to reinforce the mechanical strength of the partition wall (8) and the step (9) of the packaging box (1). You can

In the third embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 12, a step portion (9) having an expanded support surface (9b) is provided and an expanded partition wall (8) is provided. Partition wall
The extension of (8) is approximately a multiple of the width of the right side wall (4). Therefore,
By bending the partition wall (8) along the central crease line (8e) and abutting it on the stepped portion (9), a reduced space smaller than the reduced internal space (17b) can be formed. FIG. 13 shows a step
The bottom slit (22) is formed along the fold line (9c) of (9), and the tongue piece (21) formed on the bottom of the partition wall (8) is attached to the bottom slit (22) to divide the partition. Back wall (8)
It can be securely fixed to (3). Also, the positions of the front wall (2) and the right side wall (4) and the left side wall (5) can be exchanged to freely change the design of the front wall (2) by opening it to the right or left. .
