驱动器可以实现为例如伺服马达。这实现了跟踪辊和加热辊的灵活控制以及同时其独立的移动。
进一步可以设置,密封机包括在跟踪辊对下游的第二加热辊对,其中第二加热辊对可以被停用以便不接触在第二加热辊对之间移动的鳍部,其中该方法包括根据待施加到密封材料的张力来停用或启用第二加热辊对。
由此,需要不同的张紧的密封材料也可以在不需要对机器进行这种耗时的结构变型的情况下执行。
在一个更具体的实施方式中,第二加热辊对在大致垂直于密封材料的输送方向的平面中在密封状态和停用状态之间移动,在密封状态下,第二加热辊对接触在第二加热辊对之间移动的鳍部,在停用状态下,第二加热辊对不接触在第二加热辊对之间移动的鳍部。
在大致垂直于输送方向的平面中的移动还可能包含这样的情况:当从辊的配置的上方观察时,第二加热辊对(或该第二加热辊对中的至少一个辊)的移动在曲面中或在与精确地垂直于密封材料和/或鳍部的输送方向的平面相比略微倾斜(例如最大10°或最大20°)的方向上发生。这些实施方式中的每一者都可以有利地实现简单的构造,同时确保第二加热辊对的灵活移动。
在一个实施方式中,密封机包括用于将第二加热辊对在停用状态和密封状态之间移动的致动机构。
该致动机构可以自动地或手动地或半自动地(例如需要用户交互或者至少需要用于致动第二加热辊对的用户输入或确认)实施。
在另一实施方式中,第二加热辊对与加热辊对联合地被驱动,或者其中第二加热辊对独立于加热辊对和跟踪辊对被驱动。
根据所使用的密封材料的特征,联合地驱动第一加热辊对和第二加热辊对可以是有利的,以由此确保在第一加热辊对和第二加热辊对之间没有施加不同的张紧。替选地,如果这种不同的张紧是可行的,则可以是有利的。
在另一实施方式中,密封机包括控制单元,其中控制单元基于用户的输入使第二加热辊对在停用状态和密封状态之间切换;和/或
其中控制单元适于控制跟踪辊对和/或加热辊对和/或第二加热辊对的驱动。
由此,在启用状态和停用状态之间的切换可以由用户控制或者自动地控制,从而减少了用户或操作者与密封机的交互,由此降低了受伤的风险。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本公开的一个实施方式的密封机100的示意性侧视图。
密封机通常已知包括用于输送产品160的输送装置103,产品例如是内部具有食品的包装件或需要用密封材料密封的任何其他类型的产品。
这些包装件沿着输送方向T被输送,输送方向T由沿着输送装置103的箭头示意性地描绘。特别地,输送装置可以实施为用于输送包装件的链式输送器或其他合适的输送器。
附加地,根据本公开的密封机100可以包括用于提供片状材料的供应系统105。该供应系统105可以特别地包括密封材料辊151和附加元件152(如偏转辊),其促进片状材料的输送使得片状材料在输送装置103的区域中在产品160下方被提供。
根据本公开的密封机旨在将片状材料折叠在产品周围,使得材料膜包覆在产品周围,从而在此处提供的描绘图中的包装件的顶部留有鳍部,密封材料的边缘沿着产品的输送方向T在该鳍部处彼此接触。这可以通过采用成形设备101来实现,该成形设备101以呈现相应形状的方式形成片状材料,从而提供鳍部104(此处仅示意性地描绘)。
在成形设备101的下游,可以设置密封机的密封站102。密封站可以至少包括跟踪辊对121。如下面将参照图2进一步解释的,这些跟踪辊接触密封材料的鳍部104,并且由于跟踪辊对121的跟踪辊在输送方向T的方向上旋转,使鳍部104张紧并因此使密封材料张紧。在该跟踪辊对121的下游可以设置至少一个加热辊对122,其可以将热施加到在加热辊对122之间移动的鳍部104。例如,这可以通过加热加热辊对122的加热辊的材料来实现,从而通过物理接触鳍部104发生热传递,该热传递加热形成鳍部的密封材料。
由此,实现了鳍部的密封,并且由此实现了产品160的至少纵向密封。
在产品的输送方向T上的密封站102的下游,可以设置其他站,例如横封站,其对在大致横向于输送方向T的方向上延伸的密封材料施加密封以便也在横向上密封产品。
图2示出了在图1中描绘为密封站102的密封站202的俯视图。
如在此更详细地观察到的,密封站202包括在密封材料的鳍部104的输送方向T上的跟踪辊对221。跟踪辊是可旋转的,优选地绕垂直于产品被输送的输送平面的旋转轴线旋转。因此,旋转轴线会垂直于图2所描绘的平面。跟踪辊对221中的跟踪辊可以设置为平坦的、筒形或锥形的盘,并且可以在垂直于在此所描绘的平面的方向上延伸大约1cm或2cm或3cm或之间的任何值或更多的值。
优选地,跟踪辊具有相对于密封材料具有相对高的摩擦系数的表面结构。
特别地,每个跟踪辊的表面可以包括如下材料,该材料相对于由PET或其他塑料材料制成的密封材料的摩擦系数大于铁或PET或塑料相对于密封材料的摩擦系数。由此,确保了在鳍部104和跟踪辊对221中的跟踪辊之间的高摩擦,导致鳍部104的可靠的抓紧和张紧。
如从图2所观察的,密封材料的鳍部104沿着输送方向T在跟踪辊对221中的跟踪辊之间被输送。优选地,驱动器(如伺服马达)231与跟踪辊对221相关联。尽管在此示出了与跟踪辊均关联用于使其旋转的仅一个驱动器231,但是可以设置成跟踪辊中的每一者与一个驱动器相关联,使得除了此处示出的一个驱动器231之外,设置有用于驱动或旋转跟踪辊对221中的另一跟踪辊的附加驱动器。
如图2进一步所示,在鳍部104的输送方向上设置有第一加热辊对222和第二加热辊对223。根据本公开的实施方式,可能仅有一个加热辊对222或第二加热辊对(对222或对223)可以在启用状态和停用状态之间切换,在启用状态下,加热辊对与密封材料的鳍部104接触,在停用状态下,它们不接触密封材料的鳍部。
每个加热辊对222和223中的加热辊类似地设置成与密封材料的鳍部104接触,并且还适于在加热辊接触鳍部的接触区域中将热施加到密封材料的鳍部。通过将形成鳍部104的密封材料的边缘压在一起并且同时将热施加到该压在一起的区段,获得了密封材料的鳍部104的密封,由此沿着鳍部施加密封材料的纵向密封。
加热辊对中的加热辊可以以与跟踪辊相同的方式构造,并且也可以附加地或替选地设置有相对于跟踪辊的上述高摩擦系数材料。由此,可以改善加热辊与待加热的密封材料的物理接触,从而得到可靠的密封。
根据本公开的实施方式,加热辊对222和/或223与附加驱动器232相关联,该附加驱动器232可以独立于用于跟踪辊对221的驱动器231被驱动。由此,加热辊对(或它们中的至少一者)可以独立于跟踪辊对被驱动,允许调整施加到在跟踪辊对221和加热辊对222和/或223之间的密封材料的鳍部104的张力。
尽管在一些实施方式中驱动器231和驱动器232集成为单个驱动器,但是优选地设置两个结构上独立的驱动器,比如两个伺服马达,其中一个伺服马达与跟踪辊对221相关联并且一个伺服马达与加热辊对222和/或223相关联。
附加地可以设置,加热辊对222和223均与一个驱动器相关联,从而代替用于驱动第一加热辊对和第二加热辊对的单个驱动器232,在一些实施方式中可以设置两个驱动器,其中第一驱动器可以与第一加热辊对222相关联,并且第二驱动器可以与第二加热辊对223相关联。附加地或替选地,如对于跟踪辊对221一样也可以设置成每个加热辊对中的每个加热辊均与单个驱动器相关联。
此外,在一些实施方式中,如将参照图3a和3b进一步解释的,可以设置至少一个致动机构233和/或234,用于使加热辊对222或223中的至少一者在大致垂直于输送方向T的平面中移动。如参照图1所述,致动机构233和234可以例如设置为转轴(spindle),该转轴允许调整加热辊对222和/或223中的加热辊相对于密封材料的鳍部104或相对于输送装置103的中心轴线的距离。
由此,可以增加加热辊对中的加热辊到鳍部的距离,从而当加热辊以不足以与鳍部接触的距离设置时使加热辊停用。由此,可以停用加热辊对,例如对222或对223,以便不对鳍部104加热。这可以实现至少一个优点:防止向鳍部104提供过多的热(由此可能导致对鳍部104的损害)和/或调整施加到密封材料的鳍部的张力。在根据本公开的实施方式的密封机要用于不同类型的密封材料的情况下,这可以是有利的。例如,具有相当大的材料厚度的密封材料需要被施加更多的热和可能还有的更大的张力,以对鳍部104提供可靠的密封。在这种情况下,可以使用两个加热辊对222和223并设置成它们与鳍部104接触的启用状态。其他密封材料,特别是较薄的密封材料,可能需要较少的热和/或较小的张力。然后,在这种情况下,仅使用加热辊对中的一者就足够了,并且甚至是有利的。在这种情况下,可以致动至少一个致动机构,以将加热辊对222和223中的一者从启用状态(在本文中也称为密封状态)移动到停用状态。
尽管图2的实施方式描绘了两个致动机构233和234,但可以设置,仅提供一个致动机构,以便以该加热辊对可以被启用或停用的方式仅提供一个加热辊对。
在这方面,在一个实施方式中,在跟踪辊对221的下游的方向上首先到达的加热辊对可以设置有致动机构,如致动机构234,或者第二加热辊对223可以设置有致动机构233。这可以取决于密封材料的情况或者实际要求。如果加热辊对均设置有对应的致动机构233和234,则在启用和停用加热辊方面获得了最高的灵活性。
在图2中示出了控制单元270,该控制单元270优选地与致动机构233和/或致动机构234通信,用于启用和/或停用加热辊对222和223中的一者或两者。附加地,可以设置,控制单元270与驱动器232和/或231可通信地联接,用于驱动跟踪辊对和加热辊对或多个加热辊对。在一些实施方式中,用户可以经由输入装置(如触屏或键盘)向控制单元270提供输入,表明用于启用或停用加热辊对的致动机构将被致动,以使加热辊对在启用状态和停用状态之间切换。
附加地或替选地,可以使用控制单元270以独立地控制驱动器231和232,以便独立地控制跟踪辊对221和加热辊对222和/或223的旋转。由此,可以按需调整施加到鳍部的张力。特别地,控制单元270可以实现为具有关联存储器的计算机。
在一些实施方式中,存储器可以包含表明关于启用和/或停用加热辊对的要求以及具体的密封材料所需的张力的数据。因此,根据所使用的密封材料,控制单元可以通过控制致动机构233和/或234自动地调整驱动器231和232和/或加热辊对的启用和/或停用。例如,用户可以输入识别待使用的密封材料的信息,并且基于该输入信息,控制单元270可以向驱动器231和/或232提供对应的调整和控制,或者可以致动致动机构233和234中的一者或两者。
附加地或替选地,控制单元可以自动地识别密封材料(例如经由借助辊151对密封材料的识别)。它可以包括能够被控制单元识别的具体标记或条形码,例如通过使用具体的识别部件、如扫码器。基于所识别的密封材料,可以控制驱动器231和232的特征的调整以及加热辊对的启用和/或停用。
图3a和图3b示出了根据关于密封材料的鳍部的张紧和/或加热的需要来调整加热辊对的一种模式。在图3a中,产品360被密封材料361包封。如在垂直于图3a中的输送方向T的平面中截取的略微放大的视图中所示,这种包封的实现使得密封材料361在产品360上方形成鳍部362。然后,该鳍部362首先在输送方向T上被输送到跟踪辊对222,该跟踪辊对以能向鳍部362施加所需的张力的速度旋转,并且还可选地将形成鳍部362的密封材料361的两个边缘压在一起。
随后,在输送方向T上,鳍部362穿过两个加热辊对222和223。在图3a所描绘的情况下,加热辊对222和223均被启用,其中在输送方向T上的跟踪辊对221的下游的第一加热辊对是可调整的,即与参照图2所解释的对应的致动部件相关联。在此处描绘的启用状态下,加热辊对222的两个加热辊的旋转轴线可以具有距离D1,该距离D1可以近似等于(但略微大于)加热辊对222的加热辊的半径之和。特别地,距离D1可以比半径之和大对应于形成鳍部362的密封材料的厚度的量,或者其可以对应于该量的50%或40%或30%或更小,以确保在加热鳍部时将密封材料可靠地压在一起。
如上文所解释地,在密封材料可能需要例如额外的张紧或加热的情况下,可以假定这种情况。
在图3b中的情况下,可以使用需要较小的张力和/或较少的热的不同的密封材料361。在该情况下,参照图2所示的致动机构可以被致动,以通过将距离从距离D1增加到所示距离D2来停用加热辊对222。在该情况下,加热辊对222中的加热辊不再接触密封材料的鳍部。D2与D1的差可以是几毫米到几厘米,例如从3mm到4cm、特别地从1cm到4cm、更特别地2cm到3cm。由此,确保了加热辊对222中的加热辊不接触并且无法接触在它们之间被输送的密封材料361的鳍部362。同时,加热辊必须移动的距离保持较小,从而降低了对致动机构的结构要求。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于密封密封材料的密封机,其特征在于,所述密封机(100)通过加热包覆在产品(160)周围的密封材料的鳍部(104)来密封密封材料,所述密封机(100)在密封材料的输送方向(T)上包括用于使密封材料张紧的跟踪辊对(121)和用于通过将热施加到在加热辊对(122)之间移动的鳍部(104)来密封密封材料的加热辊对(122),其中所述跟踪辊对(121)和所述加热辊对(122)独立地被驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于密封密封材料的密封机,其特征在于,第一驱动器(231)与所述跟踪辊对相关联,并且第二驱动器(232)与所述加热辊对相关联,其中所述第一驱动器和所述第二驱动器彼此独立。

9.根据权利要求3至6中任一项所述用于密封密封材料的密封机,其特征在于,所述密封机包括控制单元(270),其中所述控制单元适于基于用户的输入来启用和停用所述第二加热辊对(223)。
