The integrated supporting device provided by the embodiment integrates the body support of the exhaust gas aftertreatment device component with the transition support required by the shock pad, so that the overall height is reduced, and meanwhile, an adjustable device is designed for the double-cylinder aftertreatment device. The overall height of the integrated supporting device is 228mm, which is reduced by 40mm compared with the prior art; the transition support and 12 required bolts are structurally reduced, and the cost of nearly 120 yuan/platform is reduced; and the assembly time is reduced by nearly 30 s/station.

An integrated supporting device matched with a double-cylinder type postprocessor is used for relatively supporting and fixing the double-cylinder type postprocessor on a flat plate support (2) positioned on an engine cylinder cover, and is characterized by comprising a shock pad (1), an integrated supporting base plate (3), a hoop (4) and an adjustable support (6), wherein the integrated supporting base plate (3) comprises two inverted omega-shaped supports (31) arranged in parallel and a middle transverse plate (32) connected with the two inverted omega-shaped supports, the bottom plate of the inverted omega-shaped support (31) is connected with the upper end of the shock pad (1) through a connecting piece, and the lower end of the shock pad (1) is connected with the flat plate support (2) through a connecting piece; the adjustable support (6) is arranged in the space of the inverted-omega-shaped support (31), the main body of the adjustable support (6) is in an inverted-omega shape, a connecting hole is formed in the bottom plate of the adjustable support (6), a long waist hole (7) matched with the connecting hole is formed in the bottom plate of the inverted-omega-shaped support (31), and the connecting piece penetrates through the connecting hole and the long waist hole (7) to be connected with the adjustable support (6) and the integrated support bottom plate (3); the upper edges of the two side plates of the adjustable support (6) are set to be arc-shaped to match the anchor ear (4), the height of the two side plates of the adjustable support (6) is larger than that of the side plate of the inverted omega-shaped support (31), the connecting position of the anchor ear (4) and the adjustable support (6) is released, and the anchor ear (4) is connected with the side plate of the adjustable support (6) through a connecting piece.
2. An integrated support device for a twin-tube type aftertreatment device according to claim 1, wherein the shock-absorbing pad (1) and the adjustable support (6) are not coincident in vertical projection.
3. The integrated support device for a twin-tube type post-processor as claimed in claim 2, wherein the shock-absorbing pads (1) are at least four, and are respectively provided at four corners of the integrated support base plate (3).
