It can be understood that the base 22 and the jig base 21 may also be provided with a guide groove and a guide rod to ensure that the base 22 can be accurately placed on the jig base 21 again, which is not described in detail in the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to enable the tilting mechanism 40 to fix the carrying seat 23, a protrusion 236 is further disposed on the carrying seat 23. Specifically, one end of the protrusion 236 is disposed on the floating plate 233, and the other end passes through the loading plate 232 and protrudes from the loading plate 232.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the turnover mechanism 40 includes a cover plate 41, a latch driving member 42, a latch 43, and a turnover driving member 44. The cover plate 41 is disposed above the jacking mechanism 30, and the cover plate 41 is provided with a protrusion avoiding hole 411 matched with the protrusion 236, so that the protrusion 236 on the floating plate 233 passes through the protrusion avoiding hole 411 under the jacking of the jacking mechanism 30. The latch driving member 42 is disposed on a side of the cover plate 41 facing away from the jacking mechanism 30. The latch 43 is slidably disposed on a side of the cover plate 41 away from the jacking mechanism 30 and connected to the latch driving member 42 to cooperate with the protrusion member 236 passing through the protrusion avoiding hole 411 under the driving of the latch driving member 42, so that the tilting mechanism 40 receives and fixes the floating plate 233, and further receives and fixes the bearing plate 232, the product and the small piece on the floating plate 233. The output end of the turnover driving member 44 is connected to the cover plate 41 to drive the cover plate 41, the latch driving member 42, the latch 43 and the received carrier 23 to turn. In this way, the tilting mechanism 40 achieves the fixing and tilting of the carrier 23. In one embodiment, the canting mechanism is mounted to the assembly platform 50 by a frame 60 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4. In addition, canting mechanism 40 may also include mechanisms such as bearing mounts, bearings, etc. to enable rotational coupling of canting mechanism 40 to frame 60.
In the embodiment of the present application, the number of the protruding members 236 is four, the number of the pins 43 is two and is in a shape of a Chinese character 'ao', and the pin driving member 42 is a double-headed linear cylinder, so that two output ends of the double-headed linear cylinder are respectively connected with one pin 43, and each pin 43 corresponds to two protruding members. In the illustrated embodiment, the protrusion is T-shaped, and after the protrusion passes through the protrusion avoiding hole 411, a gap is formed between the protrusion and the side of the cover plate 41 away from the jacking mechanism, and the latch 43 can be inserted into or withdrawn from the gap to enable the cover plate 41 to receive and fix the bearing seat 23 or release the bearing seat 23. The working process of the turnover mechanism 40 is as follows: the jacking driving member 31 drives the jacking member 32 to pass through the jacking avoiding hole 211 so as to enable the jacking base 22 and the carrying seat 23 to move close to the turnover mechanism 40, the protrusion member 236 on the carrying seat 23 passes through the protrusion avoiding hole 411 in a matching manner, and the bolt driving member 42 drives the bolt 43 to slide so as to be matched with the corresponding protrusion member 236, so that the carrying seat 23 is fixed on the cover plate 41; meanwhile, in the process that the bearing plate 232 approaches the cover plate 41, the cover plate 41 abuts against the floating pin 223, so that the floating pin 223 moves downwards to compress the elastic member 224 until the cover plate 41 contacts with the product and presses the product and the small member against the bearing plate 232; the jacking driving part 31 drives the jacking part 32 to drive the base 22 to move away from the bearing seat 23, so that the base 22 is separated from the bearing seat 23, the interference between the cover plate 41 and the bearing seat 23 when the overturning driving part 44 overturns the cover plate and the bearing seat 23 is avoided, and the floating pin 223 retreats out of the locking hole 2311 along with the base 22; the turnover driving member 44 drives the cover plate 41 and the bearing seat 23 to turn over, so that the small piece is positioned above the product. The locking mechanism passes through the locking hole 2311 to lock the small piece on the product through screws, so that the small piece and the product are turned and locked. After the lock attaches the completion, upset driving piece 44 drives apron 41 and bears the seat 23 and overturn once more, jacking driving piece 31 drive jacking piece 32 drives base 22 and is close to and bears the motion of seat 23, until base 22 with bear the seat 23 butt, bolt driving piece 42 drive bolt 43 keeps away from corresponding protruding piece 236, thereby make apron 41 loosen and bear seat 23, jacking driving piece 31 drive jacking piece 32 drive base 22 and bear the seat 23 and keep away from apron 41 motion, until base 22 with bear the seat 23 and place on tool base 21.
In some embodiments, the latch 43 and the protrusion 236 may be a beveled fit or a male-female fit. For example, a groove is formed on the protrusion 236, and one end of the latch 43 is provided as a protrusion matching with the groove, and the protrusion is inserted into the groove to fix the cover plate 41 and the carrier plate 232.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to ensure that the base 22 is placed on the jig base 21, the carrying seat 23 is placed on the base 22, and the product is placed on the carrying seat 23, the jig mechanism 20 further includes a base sensor 25, a carrying seat sensor 26, and a product sensor 24. The base sensor 25, the carrier sensor 26 and the product sensor 24 are disposed at intervals and all disposed on the fixture base 21. The base sensor 25 is used for sensing the base 22 to determine that the base 22 is placed on the jig base 21. The carrier sensor 26 is used for sensing the carrier 23 to determine that the carrier 23 is placed on the base 22. The product sensor 24 is used for sensing a product to confirm that the product is placed on the carrier seat 23. For example, when the product sensor 24 generates a signal, it indicates that a product has been placed on the carrier plate 232, whereas, a product is not placed on the carrier plate 232. In this way, it is ensured that the base 22 is placed on the jig base 21, the carrier seat 23 is placed on the base 22, and the product is placed on the carrier seat 23. The base sensor 25, the carrier sensor 26 and the product sensor 24 may be distance sensors, correlation infrared sensors or other sensors capable of sensing the product, the base 22 and the carrier 23.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the number of the assembling devices 100 formed by the slide mechanism 10, the jig mechanism 20, the jacking mechanism 30, the turnover mechanism 40 and other corresponding mechanisms may be two, three or more, and two, three or more assembling devices 100 are arranged at intervals and share one assembling platform 50. Thus, by providing two, three or more assembling devices 100, it is advantageous to improve the efficiency of assembling small parts and products.

Claims (10)

1. An assembly device for assembling a widget with a product, the assembly device comprising:
a slide table mechanism extending in a first direction;
the jig mechanism comprises a jig base, a base and a bearing seat, wherein the jig base is arranged on the sliding table mechanism, the base is detachably arranged on the jig base, the bearing seat is detachably arranged on the base, a profiling block is arranged on the bearing seat and used for bearing and positioning the small pieces, and the product is placed on the bearing seat;
the jacking mechanism is arranged adjacent to the sliding table mechanism, the sliding table mechanism is used for driving the jig mechanism to slide below the jacking mechanism along a first direction, and the jacking mechanism is used for jacking the base and the bearing seat relative to the jig base; and
and the turnover mechanism is arranged above the jacking mechanism and used for receiving the bearing seat and driving the bearing seat to turn over so as to lock the small piece on the bearing seat and the product.
2. The assembly device of claim 1, wherein the jacking mechanism comprises a jacking driving member and a jacking member connected with the jacking driving member, the jacking driving member is arranged below the slipway mechanism, and the jacking member is arranged on one side of the slipway mechanism;
the tool base is provided with a jacking avoiding hole, so that the jacking piece penetrates through the jacking avoiding hole under the driving of the jacking driving piece to abut against the base and lift the base and the bearing seat.
3. The assembly device of claim 1, wherein the carrier is further provided with a protruding member;
the turnover mechanism comprises a cover plate, a plug pin driving piece, a plug pin and a turnover driving piece;
the cover plate is arranged above the jacking mechanism, and the cover plate is provided with a protrusion avoiding hole matched with the protrusion piece, so that the protrusion piece on the bearing seat can conveniently penetrate through the protrusion avoiding hole;
the bolt driving piece is arranged on one side of the cover plate, which is far away from the jacking mechanism;
the bolt is arranged on one side, away from the jacking mechanism, of the cover plate in a sliding manner and is connected with the bolt driving piece so as to be matched with the protrusion piece penetrating through the protrusion avoidance hole under the driving of the bolt driving piece, so that the turnover mechanism receives and fixes the bearing seat;
the overturning driving piece is arranged above the jacking mechanism and connected with the cover plate, and is used for driving the cover plate, the bolt driving piece, the bolt and the bearing seat to overturn.
4. The assembly device of claim 3, wherein the protrusion is T-shaped, and the latch is inserted into a gap between the protrusion and the cover plate to secure the carrier.

The assembly apparatus of claim 1, wherein the loading base comprises a loading plate and a floating plate, the loading plate is connected with the floating plate in a floating manner and faces the turnover mechanism, the loading plate is provided with a receiving hole for receiving the shape block, and the shape block is disposed in the receiving hole and elastically connected with the floating plate.

The assembly device of claim 5, wherein the base comprises a guide plate, a mounting plate, a floating pin and an elastic member, the guide plate is connected with the mounting plate and positioned between the mounting plate and the floating plate, one end of the floating pin is abutted against the mounting plate through the elastic member and is stopped on the guide plate, the other end of the floating pin movably penetrates through the guide plate, the floating plate, the bearing plate and the contour block and protrudes out of the contour block, and the other end of the floating pin is used for positioning the small piece and the product.

The assembly device according to claim 6, wherein a guide groove is formed in a side of the floating plate facing the guide plate, a guide bar is provided on a side of the guide plate facing the floating plate, and the guide plate is engaged with the guide groove through the guide bar to guide the floating plate.

The assembly device of claim 1, wherein the carrier is further provided with a first positioning member and a second positioning member; the first positioning piece is used for positioning the product along a second direction vertical to the first direction, and the second positioning piece is arranged on the bearing seat along the outline of the product and used for positioning the product along the first direction and a third direction vertical to the second direction.
9. The assembly device of claim 1, wherein the fixture mechanism further comprises a product sensor disposed on the fixture base, the product sensor being configured to sense the product to determine that the product is placed on the carrier.
10. The assembly device of claim 1, wherein the fixture mechanism further comprises a base sensor and a carrier sensor; the base inductor and the bearing seat inductor are arranged on the jig base at intervals, the base inductor is used for inducing the base to ensure that the base is placed on the jig base, and the bearing seat inductor is used for inducing the bearing seat to ensure that the bearing seat is placed on the base.
